Why does check in take forever? Reservation done online, shouldn't take 10 minutes

Vehicle shakes violently on slightly uneven road surfaces and continues to do so until you take your foot off the gas and slow down. Scary!

My issue is not the equipment but my card was charged one amount and then charged another and no one knows what's going on and that's a problem.

The only issue I had with the drop-off(doing the contact less drop off via the app) was that as I was going through the final process it didn't tell me where to put the uhaul keys. So I ended up having to go in to the location anyways to ask. It ended up not being contact less

I had to call corporate to get a refund cause they charged my credit card $6.65 for gas even though we went over what we was supposed to put in! But they were very nice on helping us get that straightened out! Very friendly

The 26' truck had over 150,000 miles on it and made considerable strange sounds and vibrated terribly. Glad I had my adult sons to drive it because it terrified me just following it! Maybe time to retire it? At least tell the customer what to expect. Everything else in the process, reserving it, picking it up, staff, was great. Overall a very good experience so would recommend.

Place was closed when we dropped off the truck. Easy to navigate the lot and drop off the keys in the door. Will use this location if moving in the future.

The online checkin process was a joke. I am renting a vehicle - why do you need two additional contacts to allow me to do that? In addition, i needed to go into the shop to check out. The computer systems there were extremely slow and the two representatives working were extremely unprofessional showing frustration - slamming fists on the desk and cussing. They also did not were masks to protect themselves or others from covid, they also did not require others entering to do the same. Finally when i entered the vehicle, it reeked of cigarette smoke, there was no ramp attached for loading and unloading, and no cruise control to regulate speed. Next time i will rent from enterprise - less hassle, more professional, and better vehicles.

The equipment was fine but the front desk worker was extremely rude. I made the reservation with Trent (a Friend if my bosses) and I told him I'd be getting the vehicle sometime after nine, around 10 am. He said I'll put you down for 9 and if you get it at 10 that'll be fine. I get there at ten like I initially planned and the front desk worker was super rude about me being an hour late and had an attitude the whole time. I would have cancelled my uhaul with you guys but it was last minute and I didn't have time to find a different place to get one.

My reservation was for a 10 foot truck. They gave me (and made me pay) for a 15 foot truck. My reservation also said I had 200 miles. They asked where I was going and they gave me the exact miles to that location. I had to go to the place I loaded from first which was 30 miles further. Why I didn't get 200 miles is a mystery. Uhaul then charged my card the over miles fee. Not Happy at all.

The van box smelled like cat urine and I had to clean that out and disinfected and then when I dropped the unit off at the Bismarck U-Haul at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday night the 19th and handed the keys to the attendant his name was Justin I got a bill from Bismarck U-Haul or U-Haul Incorporated that said I owed for an extra day and it wasn't due until 7:00 a.m. the following morning so I hope that will get straightened out
