The pick up location sent out my trailer I reserved months in advance while I was standing there filling out the paperwork then I had to wait till they could find one for me. Then they hooked me up wrong by putting the trailer wires under the safety chains causing it to rub through the wires mid trip and me having no light till I got out and taped them back up.

I would really like to talk to someone in charge who can actually help me. I rent uhauls 1-3 times a day. First i talked to trenton field manager about uhaul ay country aire storage being filthy dirty on the inside. Then rented it again days later and truck was still not yet cleaned. Then a contract we had in lima was charged incorrectly. Called and spoke with someome who said they were crediting the $40 charge for extra day when it shouldn't have been because returned same day. Also a extra charge was made in lima again where we chose not to have insurance... But guy at the counter put on the insurance and charged us for it. I do not want to add more to the lists of problems i am having recently. I want them resolved before to much to remember. Thank you, Colbie - Moving Made Easy.

Biggest issue is that they never answer the phone. Next issue was the windshield was really dirty so I learned that the hard way when the sun went down and I couldn't see. Other than those two things everything was great

I got in contact (over the phone) with UHaul about a combination lock I left in the truck. The phone operator told me that he talked with this specific location and that they would contact me over the phone, but I've never heard anything from them.

I rented a truck and trailer to haul a pool. I originally rented it for two days and explained to the cashier that I was waiting for the confirmation on whether we we're gonna be able to do it today. The lady said if not just bring it back. I left went a Total of 23 miles round trip back to the store because we were not gonna be able to move the pool. I was gone for 2 hours from the time I picked it up. I brought it back and they checked me out telling me it was 69 dollars. For 2 hours really. I told them I wanted to keep the trailer for the day since I was gonna be charged the 24 hours for 2 hours. They said to late they already checked me out. In the last couple months I have used uhaul quite a bit to be raped like this. Fix it or I'll never use uhaul again.

The four wheel cart was not secure in the 17 foot truck I rented. It bounced around the back until I arrived at my location. When we turned the four wheel cart over it was loaded with dirty water and mud and got all over the floor of the truck. Now I had to clean up mess on the floor and what was transferred to my mattresses. Even after putting down plastic. I returned to truck to find the fenced in gate that holds your extra dolly equipment to be opened and unlocked. Not a very secure or clean facility. I expected better. Its ok to recommend to a friend. I did not use the dolly in the truck so I asked for a refund of the 7.00 and no one has responded to my request.

I made this same trip in reverse three years ago. (Great Falls to Lima). The fee for the truck was less than half. I drove this truck to great falls which has a high demand for trucks. Can you please re-evaluate the very high fee i paid—especially given that I brought it to a high demand area. Thanks.

Arrived at 9 am, left at 9:40 with my truck rental. Mileage was off by 4 miles from my slip and gas was barely at 1/2 tank, slip stated 5/8. Returned within my 50 mile estimate at 11:30 am with more than 1/2 tank. Only received about $25 back on my $100 deposit, estimated bill was about $75. How can only receive $25 back when I 1)returned the rental 3 1/2 hours early after receiving it 40 mon late, 2) returning it with more fuel than it had when I picked it up and 3)returning it with less mileage than my estimate of $50? Seems to be some shady practices happening at this facility and while my customer service rep was polite the other guy was not, telling another customer that his card was declined when in fact it was his improper training or knowledge that caused the issue with the customer's card. I have had several great experiences at this facility which is why I chose to send this review, something is not right with either crews training or management practices.

Other renters did not pull their return vehicles all the way through to the back of the lot. This did not give much room for me to park my return vehicle since the front entrance is a small lot. Otherwise, I am very satisfied.

Have someone there who is service oriented. The location wasn’t open on time, the person came to the door after I was there a few minutes was in no rush. Went thru the checkout process and didn’t notice till I dropped off the truck I got the wrong paperwork. The truck itself was loud and rode hard ( almost bouncy) but it’s almost brand new.

Online it said return time was 7pm when I reserved. The paper said 12pm. There was an $40 charge just for that when we had arranged 7pm originally.

Picking up the trailer took way too long. Was at the location for over 45 minutes. Did the online checkin, but still had to go through all that info again.

The young man who waited on me started the conversation with. "I don't want to be here...I have a woman waiting for me back at the dorm." I returned the truck on a sunday and waited an hour in line ....only one person working.
