The pickup location was not the problem for my rental....Reserved 15 ft truck 12/2/2021..... Around 12/10/21 Uhaul called said a 15' one way rental would not be available....I could take a 20' for the same price as 15'....I agreed...Then on 12/24 at 9 am UHaul called...the 20' would not be available....can you take a 26' truck or drive 45 minutes one way to get a 15' on Christmas Day....Getting the truck was a really frustrating - my new motto - a reservation is not a reservation with UHaul.James O.
Was not well lit. Had to vigorously wave arms to get light to come on and it still didn't go on till we were walking out. Storage unit was very dark at all times. Large pipe running through the middle of it that I hit my head on several times, must be a known issue due to it being wrapped in foam which helped but still made moving anything very difficult. Late fees are outrageous, in one month its the same as the rent for the unit making it nearly impossible to catch up and not lose your belongings.martina j. | Overall Experience

I was overcharged for the fuel I used. I drove the truck 21 miles when I returned it. I was charged over $33. for fuel. I disputed the charge but was told that the charge was correct. At $4.75 per gallon how can the fuel charge be that high? You are ripping me off!David B.

Booked a couple weeks in advance, but site did not have furniture blankets I reserved. Fortunately, they found one pack. I had reserved 2. Location was playing radio station that used crude language and inappropriate content. Commercials for places like Adam and Eve, selling sex toys, etc. Their location was clean and neat and had good variety of moving items for sale like rope, plastic wrap, tape and boxes, etc, or I would give it 1 star for the radio.Karen H.

I got hit with surprise fees after the location clerk told me I paid for 50 miles somehow it was only 15 instead now my account was overdrafted and I not only got to be the 24.95 the 7.95 fee for whatever else I was charged now I have to pay 37 overdraft fee and I was a repeat customerEric S.
I have used this location more than once, they are my go to for any UHaul need I may have. They are curtius and accommodating, even when there are 20 people deep at the counter. Thanks guys, I'll continue to use this location.Charles B.
The 10' truck I rented was not very pleasant to drive. I think the shocks need fixed. Also, the check engine light was on the whole time. And the screen said that the left front tire was low. There was also another warning light on, but I am not sure what it was.Patty M.
Complain. Returned uhaul boxes and since I didn't have receipt I had to take in store credit but I couldn't use it. On trailer rental?? Why? There were no signs in store starting no return without receipt associate said manager told him that u can not make a policy without posting it in store so customers can read it i what my money back. We have had problems for 2 months with this location. Uhaul needs to get their act together. Had a credit Cardâ€on fileâ€ and then inconsistent use of rentals. Some weeks they use the credit card on file and then suddenly they had to have a hardcopy credit card to rent which causes problems since we are a school system. Customer service not goodShane R.

the u boxes (1 of them) showed up damaged and we had to screw the door shut and it was to much of a pain to access it while it was in storage because you needed a drill, etc. so thats why i decided to get them out and put everything in a storage unit, they did waive 1 month of storage but I felt they should of not charged me at all. even when the u boxes were delivered to me the driver said oh my what happened to this and she said they should of got you a new one and not let you put your stuff in this damaged box(i agree), i also have a credit on my account and I'm hoping thats coming back to me via check or credit, I'm waiting for a responseLori K.

The truck I was given pulled to the right every time I put the brakes on. There was a dent in passenger door when I picked it up. For 2 days and safety package was too expensive. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time I need a truck.Christian W.

Everything was perfect except for two things. The drivers side mirror was so loose and moved on every single bump in the road or the wind from driving, that it might as well not even be there. It felt quite dangerous to constantly having to readjust it to be able to see. The 2nd thing is that the rear roll door was very hard to open and close due to one of the rollers were broken. If those two things were fixed, it would have been a damn good truck.Bryan C.

I rented a car dolly. I told what I was towing and it didn't fit onto the car dolly. If I would have put it up all the way on the dolly, it would have tore my front bumper off. I returned it as soon as I realized it wouldn't fit. They wouldn't refund my money even though I couldn't use it. The person I talked to about it said they would have the manager call me. I still have not heard back from the manager. I paid for services not rendered. I will not refer anyone to this location.Ivan E.
