Service was great Their computers may need updating as the poor employees were using their own personal phones to complete rentals as the locations computer system was down. This location stays open later and updates in the U-Haul system take them off line

When I rented the truck I also rented a dolly. When I got to my destination they did not put the dolly in the truck. I was really upset. I had to drive back and waste other people's time to do a simple pick up of a mattress. The gentlemen did take off 5 miles. after I returned the truck to my surprise the next day I check and could not believe they had charged me $1.11 and did not call me to tell me why.. This was ridiculous. Normally when I rent from U-Haul my experience is pleasant. Very unhappy about $1.11

The kids that work there have the worst people skills I've ever seen. I felt like I was imposing on their personal lives to rent me a trailer. Great location, got all the right stuff, too bad the employees straight up SUCK at their jobs

Have what was ordered online to be on the truck for e pick up. I was missing along items-blanks, extra dolly, furniture dolly. I was refunded some money but it was totally inconvenient to go back once things began for the move

The trailer was supposed to be in Dublin. When I arrived in Dublin, they sent me to Livermore. An email informing me of the change would have been appropriate. In Livermore there was only one person on duty. He was great and super efficient but it took a half hour to work through the line of customers.

Customer service rep IVAN was in a hurry to go home, he wouldn’t service anyone at 5:00pm even though I arrived at 4:50 pm he said u-haul has a strict policy, I told him the rental was only a few mins away getting gassed up, never again

Your computer systems are the biggest drawback for customers and employees. They are glacial. The employees have to apologize steadily for the slow rate of transactions. This really needs a fix.

On-site staff is great however their phone Representatives customer service they are horrible they are rude they add money when they shouldn't they they are the ones that give U-Haul a bad reputation
