The 15' Truck I reneted had several issues: 1) The steergin repsonse was really loose...constantly drifting left<>right. Really had to pay attention to maintain lane; 2) Somethines it was hard to remove the key - or get it into positon to start the vehicle; 3) Seemed excessive time to shift from 1st into 2nd gear. Overall it was manageable - but perhaps this is due to my extensive experience with renatl trucks during moves over the past 25-years

I scheduled this order online inputted all the details. Plus I downloaded & registered on your app, in an effort to pickup the truck w/o having to check in at the desk. I tried 3x to use the app, from my iphone (iOs v16.1) and when I selected the order for check in, it never rendered the page. Then, I went inside and checked-in. Had to give my information all over again, which I already inputted online (e.g., credit card, CDL). Tyler was very helpful, but not a seamless customer experience, if you're wanting to provide a frictionless check-in process.

I will never use uhaul again!!! The manager of this location looked like I was bothering him when I asked a question. I rented a 15' truck with a faulty gas gauge. When I talked to the associate he acted like I was trying to get something for free. I spent almost $500 for a moving truck. I will tell all my union brothers about the treatment I got from your employees. It's not the money it was the total disrespect.

I had to return some boxes that we did not use they were still in bundle. The guy at the counter was should I say a jerk. Watch cameras on Sunday afternoon around 2:30pm. barley spoke to me , sat back in his chair like I was putting him out....just rude ! The guy at pick up on Saturday was AWESOME that was around 8am. He was super friendly and helpful.

Left tail light of the motorcycle trailer did not work. Staff was aware and had been complaining to the boss to fix and it. Because there was no other trailer, we had to use one with a broken tail light.

We had rented trucks three weekends in a row without a problem but this rental was a nightmare. First truck barely made it up the hills to our cabin and the second truck's back door cable kept jamming. Your people are great. The one thing that kept getting dropped through communication was that we are behind a locked gate on a large ranch and the providers kept getting lost despite our explicit instructions to meet us at a certain intersection. Usually our experience is great... this past weekend, not so much.

Figure out the app!!!!! I reserved a truck AND a dolly, to be picked up via the app at 730am Saturday. The truck was no problem at all; but there was no dolly in it. When I asked the employee at the front desk, he said "yea.............the app leaves a little to be desired". So would THINK that if somebody ordered a dolly or something, that the manager or somebody would load it up the day/night before???

Amazed that a 26 mile rental would charge 6 gallons in gasoline. Are your trucks really getting 4 miles per gallon!? Or perhaps you're just rounding up and stealing twice as much gas because you can. Not cool.

Only if they needed a covered trailer. I had to travel 25 miles over the hills as there aren't any covered trailers in my area. The trailer was dirty and had damage to the rollup door making it hard to open plus a big buckle in the floor. Also it seemed like there was some drag on the brakes as it impacted my gas millage noticeably.

The fuel gauge was directly on the full line when I picked up the truck. I was told it had to be returned full. When I filled it up before returning, the fuel gauge was well-passed the full line, meaning the truck wasn't actually full when I received it. I get that older vehicles might do that, but then tell me that. I drove 46 miles and put in 8.8 gallons. That is so absurd you know it's wrong. I should be reimbursed!

Honestamente iba con una expectativa más alta en cuanto al trato al cliente sin embargo, me fue incómoda la visita al lugar pues la actitud de la persona que nos recibió no fue la mejor. Y finalmente al regresar el vehículo también recibí una mala cara y actitud del otro chico. Considero que la actitud con la que brindas un servicio siempre será tu mejor carta de presentación. Es una lástima 😕 que no fue así esta vez.

There was one person working when I arrived which meant I had to wait in line for about 15 or 20 minutes. My husbands and sons had to wait about 30 minutes for the whole process before they could start moving our furniture into the unit. As we’re moving, the clerk reminds me that we will not have access after the office closes, although the confirmation I received and your website list access as available until 10pm. Then, when we were done, we could not get the lock on the door. After struggling with it, we finally had to ask the clerk for help, who had to use a screw driver to attach the lock.
