I rented the trailer for a side by side. The over the tire straps only gave me about 4 inch’s to start the ratcheting. Longer straps would be a good idea.

KEVIN JIt was not the people at the pickup that were the issue, they were great. It was the booking and changes made to my confirmed reservation that had me upset. They changed my trailer type and because my vehicle could not tow it, they added a U-Haul van to my reservation. So 3 days before pickup, I have nothing. Terrible.

BRYAN BCannot comment on this location as it was closed. This wasn't the original drop-off location. The first drop-off location actually refused to accept the truck. So I had to call to find a different location and they gave Hickey road. Overall dealing with ubaul has now become quite stressful and a waste of time. From phone reps who were not helpful to location of pickup being changed to kids at the counter and staff refusing trucks...overall way more stressful than necessary. I use uhaul to move for work and to be quite honest the level of service has gone way down over the last few years. Some phone reps are ok to deal with but others aren't at all and as far as the uhaul locations for pickup and drop off are concerned...very questionable. No-one seems to be trained properly or know anything at all about the rental process. Very disturbing how an adult that is in charge of ubaul rentals would leave 2 kids at a location to deal eith a pickup. Oh and FYI...your app is terrible for adding a driver. We have tried on numerous occasions to add a driver and it has never worked. I do not recommend uhaul whatsoever anymore. Things need to change. I am going to be looking at using a different company becasue this has gotten ridiculous.

NAOMI DThe agent was great and very helpful. However, the computer system at the location was extremely slow. Agent said it was due to the U-Haul network congestion. A lineup of people waiting. Something needs to be addressed like a new computer or a larger office for all the people to wait in. Not even enough chairs for everyone to sit in.

Brian KKeys to the truck could not be found at check out. Truck was not fueled to the start level provided which resulted in me putting 20 litres extra in fuel on return. No discount for this was offered.

ROLAND AWe found the end price quite hi, for what we used it for. The pricing promotion state $19.95. Our final bill was close to $200.00. Service was great. Truck was perfect.

KEVIN EThe tires on this unit were completely unacceptable and unsafe, especially given that this occurred in the middle of winter. It took me over two hours and a quarter tank of gas just to get out of my own driveway. That is unreasonable and avoidable. For context, other vehicles on this property, a Chevy Cruze, a GMC Terrain, and a rear-wheel-drive pickup truck, have no issues whatsoever in the same conditions. The problem was not the driveway or the weather. The problem was the U-Haul equipment. These tires should never have been rented out in winter conditions. I lost a significant amount of time, wasted fuel, and was put in an unsafe situation due to inadequate equipment. This experience was frustrating, costly, and entirely preventable.

I tried to get my stuff out as quickly as possible. Had it been cheaper I would have been able to have more time ,not to mention when I got the unit it was the only one they had and it was too big for what I needed ,they should have lowered the price .I will never rent a storage unit from any Uhaul again because of the price, other than that the staff was great.
