We were told that we could change our truck in the soo for a smaller version and the extended time rate would apply as it would be a continuation of the original contract. This was not the case and after being told what we were told was incorrect the new truck rental would have been extremely costly considering we had just rented the bigger truck for over one thousand dollars. We walked across the street to Budget were they rented us a real nice small truck for our one way return trip at considerable savings to us. I would say over three hundred dollars.

Have gas in the truck. I was left with less than a quarter tank and was ‘given’ a 12$ gas credit but got charged for it upon return when I returned the truck with more gas than when I received it..wth is that?!

I would suggest that drop offs be closer where I brought my furniture. Instead I had to travel to the opposite end of the city.

I was extremely frustrated the mobile check in did not work during COVID. It wouldn’t let me bypass after saying my “location services were off”. They were certainly on. I was forced to go into the physical store where patrons and employees were not respecting my personal distance even after requesting they please give me space. Being forced to move during COVID was bad enough. Get your technology up to par please.

Hi there how are you to who it may concern if you look up my account and my business name I have VM services to my business we do removal of any unwanted Goods and the one day I rented the U-Haul I have to go to Grand Bend and deliver something I rented a 16-footer and for the half a day it cost me $180 as a business owner that is way too much I think it should be maximum $70 or $80 with unlimited kilometres for businesses my phone number is 519-319-9012 if you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to call me but yes it should be reasonable prices for small businesses and then I just started renting trailers because it's too much money where you guys are charging like discount charges $42 unlimited kilometres

The location is not the problem. I think the UHaul App could be improved. I wanted to check in early, but couldn't. However, it was very easy to return the vehicle after hours.

I opted for the mobile pickup but could not get It to work. I could not get the uhaul site to verify my location. The workers inside were helpful and got me on my way though

provide locking device for trailer tongue. Trailer was stolen with 2 motorcycles out of Lowes parking lot. Was recovered by OPP later same day, empty, and returned to you undamaged but I lost $16,000 of motorcycles.

Experience was great. Ordered online, booked my pickup time and even checked-in online. This made the whole pick-up process much smoother. I may have missed it, but having the ability to add multiple drivers during the check-in process would be handy.

I had to repair the trailer light wiring. Right side stopped working because of a broken wire. It took time out of my already busy day. Thought about submitting an invoice.

My husband and i weren't aware of the time frame we would have with the u haul without pay additional $150 so we weren't able to complete our move. So we are going to have to rent another truck to finish it.

I was very impressed with the people who firstly (on Saturday) took my reservation booking and then on Sunday got me into the truck amazingly quickly. Judging by the lineups to the door both days I was there, word's already out that you provide excellent service.

I think that the customer service was great. I did have to go back the rental location to pick up the towels but luckily enough, I was just around the corner. I also feel that the price was right! Thank you for helping me out with my moving day!

20 minute wait on arrival. Windshielf wipers on both sides needed to be replaced. Safety hazard driving in snow storm on 401. Called location to advise and get replaced but instead put on hold for 20 mins transfer to call centre in US. Returned truck early and next day got call following day that they couldnt find it. Dont understand my bill because kilometres to don't match odometer. Terrible all around experience

I did not have a good experience at all. First off I felt I didn't need insurance on my unit because it was indoors but to my surprise water damaged my box spring and mattress in March still waiting
