Excellent service. I had tried to drop off at a smaller site on First street in London but that was by appointment only and the person did not answer when I tried to drop off the trailer. The no hassle, no appointment required aspect of the Clarke Rd site made it quick and easy. We were in and out in 5 minutes.Melissa S.

I didn't have an issue with this location but my experience with UHaul booking and mobile pickup/dropoff was terrible. I updated my booking weeks in advance from 8hrs to 24 but instead it made two bookings. When I picked up the van in the chat they mentioned this and I said I wanted the 24hr booking. That's not what I got, shortly after I left I got a text saying I had to return it in 8 hrs. I took multiple attempts to go through the mobile pickup but once it did I got my keys and in the van, where you are suppose to take photos, enter the odometer and the app exited so I never got to submit this. Picking up using the mobile pickup took about an hour and I had to contact Uhaul, since the location services that worked when I picked up my van didn't work when I dropped it off. Uhaul representatives were extremely helpful, however the mobile pickup/dropoff and booking was frustrating and didn't work very well.Sawyer B.

There is no point buying any materials or moving supplies online because the staff don't notice it on the order. I had to mention that I had bought some stuff and deal with the confusion. Makes no sense. Just buy any equipment in store if you need it - or buy it elsewhere beforehand.Andrew W.

Hi there, I didn't rent a vehicle- I was having a trailer hitch installed and was kindly offered a vehicle to take home as it was taking longer than anticipated. The service at this U-Haul is amazing-considering how busy is is! The ladies are phenomenal!! UHaul is lucky to have them! Every one is pleasant and professional and Fatima rocks! I had to walk to the furthest part of the parking lot to get my van, which was the last one parked in a row of unrented vans (which was past a large number of unrented trucks). Having a gas tank at less than 1\2 is poor service in my world. Although it was convenient to where I live, the experience was lousy.KARYN C.

I registered online and when I got there I had to go through the whole process again which meant I had to deal with long wait times as the line ups were long as we all hade to go through the same process as what was done online! I believe a outside crew to handle the hook ups and walk arounds while the info gathering crew works inside.Michael W.

There was a slight mix up upon me returning the van after hours with regards to my bill but when I called Fatima and explained to her my concerns, she looked into the situation and resolved my issues promptly and with an apology for any inconveniences. My only other concern is that the inside of the windshield could have been cleaned.It was brutal when heading into the sun.CARL H.

One staff was helpful, but another was aggressive and unfriendly. The amount of parking is poor, and there were no free spots left. The aggressive staff told me to move my car out of the very large truck parking lot so they could park the trucks there. However, as mentioned, there were no free spots left. Mobile check in doesn't work and even if it did, key pickup is a problem here. In store check out is a nightmare with long lines, not enough staff and a convoluted, high-touch check out process that has too many steps, some privacy challenges (taking a photograph of my licence) and a whole lot of verbal interaction. Need to visit National car rental agency and learn how to make it work for the customer.ROBERTS T.

Found out after renting the unit on 2nd floor and arriving in London with my things there's no elevator on the premises and had to pay extra for a unit on the ground as stairs would have been a problem. Terrible customer service! We cancelled storage before actually renting a “container”. U haul still charged us a full month rent. We never occupied it at any time! (check your cameras) We received threatening emails we owed money, from this Fatima women, who also called our daughter, breached our Confidential personal information, defaming us & insisting it was “fishy” (in her jargon)! Good thing....this phone conversation was Recorded. This woman, Fatima was very unprofessional & rude! This woman needs to be REPRIMANDED or you will lose customers. We will be pursuing this further with our Attorney & have contacted The Canadian Consumer Protection Act! My experience from the day I arrived until I moved out was horrible. When I arrived they didn't have the size storage I reserved so they gave me a bigger one at the same price. Then a month later they called and said I had to move my things to a different unit or I would have to pay more. I live out of town so I couldn't do that and it was COVID The manager insisted that it be moved so we did. Then they tried to charge me more that the price I was quoted every month.
