Dennis was able to fix the issue I had with my trailer hitch wiring. My only feedback is, the location at the back of the building is difficult to maneuver the car in and out, of the workshop. It is very tight space.

When I booked a uhaul for Saturday November 12/22 from 9am-5pm at 1500 Highbury north location in London Ontario I was extremely upset when I showed up at 8:45am and by 9:25am no one was there at the location to give me my uhaul. I called and got no answer but left a message which was never returned! I then contacted Uhaul and they apologized and had to relocate me to a different location across town. The service and uhaul at the Clarke location was A+. I was told by the gentleman on the phone that he would do something for the inconvenience but nothing was done. I have used Uhaul several times over the years in Barrie Ontario and now in London but due to the major screw up and nothing being done about it almost a week later I will no longer use this company in the future.

I had no issues with the pickup or drop off location. However the location I reserved the unit originally weeks in advance all of a sudden wasn't a active dealer. Even though I called and spoke with the owner and the trailer was there I had to drive over an hour out of my way. If a dealer is being sold or going out of business which I was told you knew about, why do you allow reservations to be made there. Get your act together .

The pick up location was excellent!! The drop off location was absolutely unprofessional!!! I returned my trailer less than 3 hours after I rented it, the employee put it in the system as I returned it 3 days after in rented it which now has charged me en extra day!! I have sent an email stating that I would Not pay this and to remove the charge from my card!!! Of course I have not fit a response!! I will not pay for the incompetence of this employee….

Charged me 75$ for over KMs that shouldve been accounted for in my original contract. The pick up location also charged me 900$ for no reason, never got a receipt detailing the extra 900$ charge. Not their fault but as a company you get looked at as a whole. And the way their customer service has handled this is shameful. Great job Clarke road, you're a good player on a terrible team!

Everything except the inside of the windshield was clean. The only clean part of the windshield was in front of the driver seat, while the passenger side looked like someone spit coffee on the bottom half of the window, and had toddler sized hand prints along the top half. Trying to return the vehicle using the website took almost an hour because it doesn't work in the Firefox browser, and in Chrome it timed out, crashed, and failed to upload things repeatedly, and when I'd try to refresh the page to fix it, the page would load a list of "this is what you need to do", without actually giving me any ability to do any of those things. The website also asks for miles, but the vehicle is in kilometres, and everything I filled out is in kilometres. So other than the website, and the dirty windshield, everything else was great.

The customer service agent who helped us, was unprofessional. She continued to talk and complain about a fellow employee who was dealing with some situation in the parking lot. It was very off putting and not our need to know. We do not recall her name, but she had dark hair and many tattoos.

I topped up the van with fuel before returning to avoild paying $2.00 a litre at U-Haul . I had driven about 30 KM and it cost me $32.39 to add 18.3 litres to bring gas guage up to full, which tells me the van was not full when I first took it. I complained to the clerk upon returning the van and she replied,well maybe somebody had siphoned some fuel out of the van the night before.Was not overly happy with the cost for fuel for such a short drive and the "oh well" attitude of the clerk!

Make sure that when a customer calls to extend their rental it gets documented. I had a motorcycle trailer rented, was told if I didn't have it back by the end of the 24 hours (2:00pm) it would be another 24 hour charge. The service rep asked “should I extend that for you?” Yes please… the next day I received a call at 11:00am asking me about the trailer that I had not returned!! Made it sound like I was trying to run off with the trailer… i did what I was supposed to do… and seriously… if I brought the trailer back an hour late it would be another 24 hour charge? Many places have an hourly fee for late returns…

First truck we received was on empty instead of 1/2 tank we were told. I went in and told the lady it was empty and she told us to fill it up and we will be reimbursed. Contract sates that we aren't reimbursed for fuel fill over the alloted amount given. The truck stalled before we even left the lot. This delayed us a lot for our time the movers were coming. These trucks need a digital gauge for the fuel tanks. It's hard to get "exact" amount with a normal fuel gage. We filled up and we had 3/4 tank instead of 3/18 of a tank. Literally 1 line and they didn't like that. I will never use uhaul again. It was a hassle and just under par. I'll be using someone local that operates within Canada instead of an American company.

I was 3 days over due with my payment and I was taking my stuff out of storage but was still made to pay the full month even though it is now empty and lock is off!!! Was not happy at all that I had to pay in full for a whole month when I do not need it anymore and have removed all my belongings!!!! Would like some compensation and money returned to me for that or I will not be a returning customer!!! Rented a truck as well and had problems with a truck and was not compensated for that either!!!

My truck broke down mid move and a tow truck had to come!! Was told that there was nothing wrong with the truck when obviously there was if a tow truck had to bring it back and that I wouldn't receive any money off my rental for the inconvenience!!! Was not very good customer service at all and will never rent a truck again!!! I had to remove all my belongings in the truck onto the grass in front of my new place so the tow truck could take the moving truck and couldn't finish my move with stuff I still had to get

Booked in a month advance for a one way move. Uhaul called me 2 days before moving saying that the truck wouldn't be available. Had to drive it to Hamilton from London then back to London. Originally was supposed to be hamilton to London that's it. Also truck was clean but windows were poorly cleaned. Brought it back with the same amount of fuel I picked it up at. And still got charged for fuel. Paid way over what I was quoted. I'll probably never use uhaul again.

When I called in to book my truck, I was on hold for 28 minutes, quite a long wait. All of your booking in staff were busy each time I arrived, more staff during busy hours might shorten the wait time both answering calls and assigning vehicles.

The trailer we rented was 5 ft wide. The ramp 4 ft. The argo we wanted to transport is a little more than 4 ft. It was not possible to get the argo on the trailer. No where is mentioned that the ramp is only 4 ft. I have to find another trailer and wasted a whole day driving with a rented trailer that didn't work.

I was called the day before my rental was scheduled to be informed that Kitchener did not have a rental for me and I would have to go to Guelph to pick it up. I was told I would be given a 50$ credit for this inconvenience on my final bill. My reservation was for a 6x12 trailer, 1 dolly and the insurance coverage. 179.00 plus tax for Thursday to Monday. I asked them to move the rental to London if possible as Guelph is out of my way, which they were happy to do. I go to pick up the rental at London and they inform me that there is no dolly available and I could go to Kitchener to get it. My credit card is then charged 214.00, with no dolly being included how did the fee's increase? The staff were very unhelpful, chatting among themselves instead of dealing with customers. My agent stands up and leaves and then the manager is there claiming I called them incompetent which I did not. Other customers in the store were also confused by this as I was quite friendly considering my whole reservation was a mess from the start. When I go to return the trailer to Kitchener location (which was my original reservation ) I'm told there is a fee for dropping it at a different location. I tried calling U haul customer service, they just hang up on you. My credit card was just billed another 108.87 for some unknown reason, which I just called my credit card company to report as fraud. This company does nothing but shady business practices, they actually accused me of stealing the trailer because my contract didn't have my signature on it? Like I would take the time to clean it and return it after stealing it. Top notch U haul. I think my next call is CTV news to see if they'll do a story on the shady business practices.

I have rented 20' truck and the van. Both were clean and well maintained. Drove over 3000km. Ladies were helpful with advice when you rent and return. Would most likely rent here again. I hope you can get a van with maybe 2 rows of seats to rent with cargo space would be fantastic❤️

Incredibly rude morning service, manager is horrible to. She needs to be fired. Put a bad note on my account, I had someone read it to me and it’s not even what happened. Between me, my husband and my late father in law, we have been with uhaul for well over 30 years and everyone liked us, but now because of bad morning service, and some old uhaul guy yelled at us to try to get my ptsd angry even after I asked him to leave us alone and that my husband is mentally ill. I’m banned from uhaul. Horrible manager, horrible experience.

The unit is great, only downside is being climate controlled and it being on the second level your having to walk up stairs to move your heavy boxes is the only downside. Having a ramp or elevator would be convenient.

Our family have been using U Haul storage for years, off and on, with various members of family moving to and around London and away as well. One of the main reasons I have depended on this particular storage U Haul is due to Fatima. Some time ago I ran into issues and complications from booking via phone and Fatima resolved the issue with excellent Management and Customer Service skills. this is something that has always played a role in our family's decision making when having to choose a merchant or dealer. Hopefully prices will not go too high as the need to find storage, at times in life, is difficult enough as it is but the added expense can be difficult for many to afford. Thank you, especially to Fatima, for your help when we needed it and hopefully all your staff will blossom under your influence and customer service. Support staff member was trying to register my room request. She tried several times to complete the move in request. Unable to because of a computer system issue. The store manager Fatima was great by securing the room which I wanted until the system issue was resolved. My only issue of concern was that I was not made aware of the insurance information which is required to rent a storage unit. This caused a further delay. All ended great. Got my rental. Rating would have been higher if the system malfunction did not cause the delay .Thank you staff at 112 Clarke Rd in London Ontario for your excellent support and understanding.

Inside my storage unit there was a mousetrap, and I was assured that the facility was regularly sprayed against insect pests. Was pleased with secure and clean indoor storage, because I had stored several rare books. At another storage facility in another city, my indoor storage unit had flooded because of a heavy rain.

Parking was a problem. I believe people other than customers who were renting a unit were parking their cars in front of the storage building leaving me with no place to park except for the disabled parking spot which is considered illegal parking. Without a parking spot, I didn't have access to my storage locker and had to return at another time which was inconvenient for me.

Found out after renting the unit on 2nd floor and arriving in London with my things there's no elevator on the premises and had to pay extra for a unit on the ground as stairs would have been a problem. Site should be more specific. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Terrible customer service! We cancelled storage before actually renting a “container”. U haul still charged us a full month rent. We never occupied it at any time! (check your cameras) We received threatening emails we owed money, from this Fatima women, who also called our daughter, breached our Confidential personal information, defaming us & insisting it was “fishy” (in her jargon)! Good thing....this phone conversation was Recorded. This woman, Fatima was very unprofessional & rude! This woman needs to be REPRIMANDED or you will lose customers. We will be pursuing this further with our Attorney & have contacted The Canadian Consumer Protection Act! Never ever we will utilize this business again & will be informing others of this type of corrupt service‼️

My experience from the day I arrived until I moved out was horrible. When I arrived they didn't have the size storage I reserved so they gave me a bigger one at the same price. Then a month later they called and said I had to move my things to a different unit or I would have to pay more. I live out of town so I couldn't do that and it was COVID The manager insisted that it be moved so we did. Then they tried to charge me more that the price I was quoted every month. I could never get someone to call me back to discuss it. I would never use a Uhaul storage again.

The people at uhaul are awsome espeacally there manager fatima . I have been renting from uhaul for years and she has been super helpful and very professional. I am very happy with all my experiences and the employees and equipment . Fatima needs a raise and made district manager if you want somebody to represent your company she is the person that that people should deal with
