Management is rude, proactive, and needs training on how to work with customers. Escalation u haul with a tendency to hold grudges when you first check in. They may revoke access and move out immediately based on how they think about you. If you don't provide customer skills to them and not the other way around goo luck on keeping a unit. Unprofessional, unhappy, grudge holding, and very annoyed is how I can describe this unfortunate location. Would not recommend the facility solely due to employees that have a short fuse with customers. Not skilled in just getting people checked in and they get hung up on if you seem "rude" to them based on one person's judgements. Will not be back and submitting a formal complaint which I will follow up on.

People were great, truck was clean and we appreciate the last minute accommodation to our needs!

The only reason for providing a 4-star rating is simply the location of this facility. As much as I appreciate being offered a free month of storage, it would have been easier and more convenient if offered storage closer to Boulder/Broomfield. This is by no fault of the owners of the 3885 Highland Dr facility however, and I must re-emphasize that my experience with them was wonderful.

That concerned special arrangements with the main UHaul offices, that had not been directly relayed, and ultimately took about two months for that to reach your office. Customer was treated like a dog, all the way around, by UHaul. UHaul can’t talk directly with a storage facility? Ridiculous. Manager there did a good job however.

Why would I not know that my storage facility is not the same as my drop off location!

When renting I believe the rep should tell you, "BEFORE you leave this lot, you need to inspect your UHAUL", not "As soon as possible"; my "as soon as possible" was 12 hours later due to the stress of moving solo during a global pandemic, etc. Not to mention that the NYTimes rates moving higher on the stress scale than death & divorce; the only thing rated higher is the loss of one's child! That being said the gentleman in Longmont, CO was very professional and VERY HARD WORKING; you are lucky to have him running that facility. I also really appreciated the opportunity to share boxes and the ULINE packding plastic that I purchased on line, but did not use!!! What a great idea to have a way to recycle and help another human being. That option should be at all of your centers!
