I called was told I’d receive an email confirming that my unit had been moved out but never received it. Call back again today to confirm. Still have not received a final confirmation from anyone.

When I leased the unit the manager was being horrible to her employee who I finally figured out is her son. On an occasion while renting a truck to move my stuff, the son was working and trying to multitask which led it taking longer for my transaction but the part that was super unprofessional was the other party he was helping at the same time were young guys renting a car trailer and the son of the manager was talking about being high and smoking weed the entire time. Not only did it take forever but he was completely unprofessional.
