It may be the fault of corporate and not the locations, but there is very poor communication. I would not recommend using U-Haul for last minute needs. You talk to someone not at the location, they do not know what exists. It was a huge hassle.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to rent another vehicle and called to ask and was lied to and then hung up on. Will never recommend this location and was the worse experience I have ever had with uhaul.

Apparently U-Haul's system software updates are done on weekends. As this is U-Haul's busiest period during the week it seems very poorly timed. This is the second time on a weekend I have stood in a U-Haul location while the representative's computer locks up, stops responding, restarts....whatever. I don't blame the local reps as they are apologetic and obviously trying their best. Yesterday I stood in the shop for an hour waiting for a truck I had reserved online. The truck was ready. All the information was in the computer. But the transaction could not proceed as it would not complete online. This should have been a sub-10-minute transaction. If this trend continues, I will have to start using Budget, Penske, Ryder or some other company.

When told no charge to credit card and then u charge card that makes u a lier. I made it clear not to charge card that id pay cash. Plus you called me 3 times and each time i was told u wouldnt charge card n still another call. Please communicate within your office to avoid unhappy client. Thanks. I still gave u a good rating.

Your new rental procedures are absolutely ridiculous. I had to give a phone number name and address on the phone before I could even find out if you had what I needed. At the site, three phone numbers, an ID, a cc, an email address. If the site employee hadn’t vouched for me I would have needed two more phone numbers in order to rent an appliance dolly???!!! Are you kidding? Your procedures wasted so much of my time I will probably consider buying an appliance dolly as opposed to renting from you again. While the gentleman at the site was excellent - your bullshit procedures will make me seriously consider ANY other options before returning. Make me agree to a deposit, put a hold on my credit card - whatever- but I was seriously expecting to have to leave a pint of blood and/or give a DNA sample next- unbelievably inconsiderate of my time.

It was a nightmare from the beginning to the end they mixed up my reservation and I had to pick up the truck somewhere other than I had planned and when it was time to return the truck it took me one hour and I was the only person there. They tried to tell me I couldn't return it at that location. It was a terrible I will not ever use u haul again and will not recommende it to anyone

Very proactive. I gave my name and before pulling up my account, they knew about a change I had made to the account at the pick up location cross country from the drop off location and all the particular's of everything else. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. I was in and out quick. Strongly recommend!

The trailer we rented is old and should be replaced. The lights on the trailer would not work properly because our car is newer (2015) with LED lighting and the old trailer's lights need more voltage than available.

When you get a call and text conformation to pick up your rental it is frustrating that they call you the next day and change locations . After you make plans for the original pickup you have to make new ones . Then when you tell them your uhaul rep hangs up on you . Is that how uhaul treats a customer. It makes me think twice about using you
