Originally reserved a medium sized trailer, then received a call from the location stating they didn't have the equipment and instead of offering a different size trailer with a ramp they sent me to a different location which was only open until noon so i missed the pickup, I called the original location again and they finally offered a different size trailer with a ramp. Why did they not recommend the different size trailer with a ramp in the first place before sending me on a goose chase?ARTURO A.

We did online check in. Our Reservation was still canceled tho. I also inform as I make reservations that we hire drivers and sometimes they'll be early sometimes a little late and was told that was ok. My Reservation was 69 cents a gallon got charged 99 And we had to use our mileage and pay for it to go back to have fluids put into our truck for it stalked and check engine light came on. RPMs raced and shut the vehicle down. It leaked fluids at the event I was getting ready to vend at leaving a huge spot that patrons walked through! We called for Services The Smart Move Road Side you pay extra for and got no where. Calling Corporate today because I don't get far calling the store I rent from. Oh and applying for Business accounts are a hoot too! Uhaul you're slacking! Another company will take your place one day! Maintain your vehicles and check in system!Eric A.

This location and the staff on hand were a god send when I had a terrible experience trying to pick up an auto transport at a UHaul location in Davis Junction. I arrived there to find an open door, lights on, and no one around. I also want to give a shout-out to the staff at the UHaul location in DeKalb, Illinois who helped me locate and book an auto transport at the last minute when our travel plans for a move to NH were impacted by a health emergency. And also to the staff member on the phone out of Green Bay who helped redirect my reservation when I could not get the equipment reserved at Davis Junction. Apart from the awol situation there, EVERYONE at UHaul treated me with kindness, professionalism, respect, empathy, and courteousness.DENNIS L.

We registered and applied credit card info along with my DL on line. When I went to pick up the truck it took less than 5 minutes for me to get in the truck and drive away!! This was all due to having the online reservation. The lobby was clean and well stocked with boxes and packing supplies. Staff were extremely friendly and professional!Michael T.

I could not get the size truck I needed as it was not returned therefore I'm going after rent another Truck in the near future. I was given a discount on the gas but that does not pay for my time and the inconvenience and cost of having to hire movers again. How about answer the phone. I have called multiple times and never get an answer only to be kicked into another system that you stay on hold for over 20 minutes and they never update you on you wait time. Customer service is horrible. Calling to make a minor change to my account information and you guys can never get that done. Just horrible.John D.

My only complaint has nothing to do with my pickup or drop off facility. The Extremely long on hold waiting for a representative is very irritating, and a waste of your customer's time. I'd suggest a more direct line to whoever is responsible for locating the one way rental vehicle. During the week long process I was very concerned that my rental would not be fulfilled. Service was fast and most helpful and pleasant staff. The only thing is you almost have to reserve online. Waited on phone for over 15 minutes to try to talk to someone and I never did speak with anyone! If you have questions it seems you are out of luck as far as the phone is concerned.JACEQULINE M.

I had reserved the UHaul online for $241. When we got to the location to pick up the uhaul they tried charging $385. I had screenshot the reservation and price when booking online. After several questions and showing my screenshots I got the original price even though we had cancelled the moving blankets and dolly. We should have had $20 deducted from the $241. Then they said I needed to drop off at a site that was 38 miles away, I drove an hour to pick up the van. After showing my screenshot again that the reservation for drop off was only 10 miles away they let me keep that location. Drop location was great, it was just the pick up location.Amy S.

I had my mask in my back pocket and forgot to put it on. As soon as I entered the store, the clerk yelled from across the store, "Got a mask?" I said pardon me and he yelled it again. The storage space was rather expensive. The best thing about it was it’s on the first floor and by the door in the back of the building.
