The roll up door on the trailer we rented was way to difficult to operate. It was very tough to open and close. We made it work but you guys should repair that.

Overall very satisfied with my experience, however the oil pressure light came on the dash when I started the truck the day it was due back. Contacted what seems to be a corporate office (before this store opened), and they said "Oh I'm sure you could drive it." Ended up getting verification from the store once it opened. Drove the truck there without oil pressure, since the concensus was to drive it. The cargo area of the truck was missing the moving pads, the dolly was there however. Cab of the truck was very clean.

The online reservation process was quick & simple, as well as the pick up & return process. The employee that handled my pick up did leave a little customer service to be desired. It was raining when he brought up the truck and clearly didn’t want to have to stand out in it since he just handed me the keys & said here ya go. I had to speak up about a walk around the truck to ensure we were in agreement with damage already incurred before my rental. Also the employee didn’t really go over any of the contract with me just handed me the papers politely. When I placed my reservation online I had gotten a message that I would receive contact via text message,as I preferred that method of communication in the reservation, to confirm my order details at least 24 hours before the pickup date/ time. This did not happen. The message mentioned a $50 guarantee. I’d like information on this please. Thank you

When picking up the young man that helped us was not friendly and while waiting on us made the statement "come on 3:30" a couple times. The trailer door was very difficult to open and get closed. Also I booked for a one-way pickup and it was confirmed on line only to get a text the next morning telling me I had to drive an additional 35 minutes to pick up the trailer. I already had driven from my house which is an hour's drive to the Forest Hills location I requested as my pickup location. I do not thinking sending a text message is very good business in regards to a change in the status of my reserveration. Text message should be used as a reminder only.

I rent a good amount of vehicles from Uhaul's for my business. The Van had food on the steering wheel and spilled soda all over the cup holder. While driving in the snow I noticed the windshield wipers should have been changed a while ago and the change oil light was on the entire drive. Not the typical rental I expect from this location.

HIGHLY recommend this location, the staff went completely above and beyond for us and I can't thank them enough. Due to the blizzard that came in, our move took much longer than we anticipated and the staff at the Loves Park U-Haul were so incredibly understanding and let us keep the truck until the next morning at no additional charge. Thank you guys so much, you made what was already a really stressful day a little less stressful with your kindness and understanding!! :)

The store is nice. The prices are reasonable. It's always confusing who is in charge and which person to go to for service (in my case usually renting a small trailer). The workers don't ever seem super eager to help. The lower-level workers are usually the best. Still, I'm there frequently and usually get in and out quickly.

The mileage on the contract didn’t match I took a picture, they said it had been out for service. But then you should update the mileage and not have your customers pay the difference and I called for another day and was told I could have it till 530 because it was being rented again but got charged for another day , Insurance and dolly as well so if it was getting rented again you got paid 2 times for some of the same hours ridiculous ! I will think twice about renting here again , I’m a us marine and rented plenty of U-Hauls I’m done

I drove through the rain, and the trailer leaked. When I returned it, the U-Haul representative said he would have someone take a look at it and fix it.

Tell them that if they are a first time customer, there is a drop box outside on the wall where you return the truck. I was not told that, but a employee from U-Haul told me that when he was waiting to be picked up. I am grateful for him and for this company!

The fuel tank had less it than what was indicated on the ticket. So I spent a little more than what I was expecting on fuel. The rest of the expenses was at or less than what i was anticipating. Thank you for the use of the truck.

Way under staff there the young man that help me was very helpful. I had to pick up the truck there and the two wheel tow dolly at another location that was on east street and really busy and hard to get in and out of there with a uhaul truck and a two wheel tow dolly and the second location people did nothing but complain about uhaul. I have rented from uhaul in the past many times and this was the worst I have had. Drop off location very friendly and helpful great drop location. The two wheel dolly I rented the right tail light was out after we got on the road and some wrench the straps so far down in the ratchet that it took a hour to get them unstuck so we could load the jeep we were towing I have a picture of it on my cell phone if ur site had a place to up load it I would show you. Truck ran great on the trip so did the two wheel tow dolly except for the right rear running light.

I was never told about a .89 per mileage fee. I was surprised to see an additional 33.00 deducted from my account. If I were to recommend a friend I would tell them to beware of fees not discussed.
