Great location but it is extremely hot in that location. If you go , you should use the mobile check in otherwise you will burn up. If you have to check in work with Taylor as she is awesome

Moving my daughter went without a hitch truck was available ready to go did not take long to get out of there and they had great customer service I go direct recommend this location I've been to many moves and they made this a seamless as possible I'd recommend them to anybody and probably before other locations I would try this location first!! Thanks for helping me make my daughters move easy you guys rock!!

I had never rented a truck/van in my life. I expected this to be challenging. Online ordering was seamless. when I picked up the truck, the woman behind the counter was wonderful. Upon return this morning, I had the same delightful staff member. I would definitely use this site and recommend it to friends and neighbors. The location was within 5 minutes of my home. Hats off to U-haul and the staff at this location. Woohoo!!!

The 2 employees are new from what the lady handling my issue stated. The accidentally charted my car $1100 for a 2 day van rental used less than the 100 linked I prepaid for. She started the general manager does not have time to properly get new smokes trained efficiently so unfortunately this is the result Anthony Blankenship GM. The lady at the front tried hard to assist me by calling him to tell him what happened. I really hope I get my money out back in my card. She said I would, she also couldn’t give me a receipt

I did after hours drop off so didn’t talk to any personnel. Lot was crowded and wasn’t really sure where I was supposed to park the truck.

Easy to make an online reservation. Onsite staff was friendly / helpful / efficient. Maybe 10 mins total from arrival to in my rental. Drop off was smooth and efficient. Highly recommend this location on Greenville in Dallas.

Had a reservation to return the vehicle at a different location. Upon return, was informed that the specific location could not accept any additional vehicles and was therefore referred to this location. Would have been nice to receive a heads up before driving to the original drop off location.

The person I dealt with to rent the truck could not have cared less that I was there. Very short and curt interacting with me. Maybe she was having a bad day but it certainly wasn't a good interaction.

I apologize, but I do not remember the gentleman's name that checked us in, but he reminded my guy to fill up the tank before returning it. That could have made them a few extra bucks, sure, but they will definitely get my business again for being trustworthy.

They Arey charging for gas while the fuel is full

Truck was in rough shape mechanically. AC compressor was locking up so AC would only come out intermittently. Transmission was slipping pretty bad in the higher gears. Engine is having some sort of fuel/air issue as it would sputter bad attempting to accelerate, even without any load in the truck.

Right side rear view mirror wouldn’t stay in place, limiting my vision. Unsafe. Plastic sunshade on driver’s side was so loose it hit me in the head. The truck clock was two hours off. I was told to pick up the truck parked on the street behind the office. The truck had parking violations all over it. Plus, the truck is advertised as costing 19.95 but my bill for about 4 hours was over 80. Bad experience

The Uhaul main call center sent me to a much more convenient location, but they do not take trailers so I had to reroute out of my way and burn an hour.

The lady at this uhaul location advised "a reservation does not mean a truck is available". This makes no sense; my thought process was lookup another truck rental company. Had to call Uhaul Customer Service again due to difficulties speaking with the Hispanic disgruntle employee. The Uhaul customer service agent was nice and provided a discount for the trouble.

Get the mileage right. I was overcharged by $500 because they put the wrong starting mileage. A manager needs to reach out to me now.

I got right in there and they checked me out. And said the trucks outside. So I go out there’s several trucks out there. I have no idea which one I’m supposed to take and I did not know where to park my car because I was going to have to leave it up there. So I finally found the guy that was outside and ask him where to park my car and he said oh they didn’t tell you that inside. so he told me to park my car next-door to the pet store and so I did and I came back to get in the truck that I had rented and the windshield was so dirty. I could barely see out of it and nobody told me to take pictures and send them in before I left the lot. I’ve seen the text when I got home about 45 minutes later. I had taken pictures while I was in the lot because I have rented cars and things before and I knew that you were supposed to do a check of what was wrong with the vehicle before you took it so I have pictures, but I did not turn them in on the text that they had sent me because when I tried to do that, it had expired so I called the number and talk to a lady and ask her what I needed to do because I said I had taken pictures, but I did not know I was supposed to send them and I did not know any of that because nobody even mentioned it to me. So I took the truck I did my moving and I brought the truck back that night and I get up to the door to drop the keys and it says if you are dropping the keys, you have to check in on the return website so I get on there and it will not accept my card so I try another card and it will not accept that so I called the number that’s on the door and left a message a text message explaining that it would not accept my card. Even the one that I had used earlier that day when I got the truck. It was very confusing. Nobody told me I was supposed to take the pictures. Nobody told me I was supposed to get on the website to return it they said just drop the keys in here When you bring it back. so now I am going up there to find out how much they charge me for the trip. Communication is the problem I had with them.

I only had one issue. It took multiple phone calls and in person visit to get my unit closed out. Not sure what the hold up was because the office knew we’d been moved out for a week. Besides that, the staff was excellent 100%, the unit was very nice, they were also very helpful with my truck rental. I’ll definitely refer them to people.

I am grateful that after the wedding there was an open unit to store my decorations and I was seeking somewhere to bring all of my event decor. Unfortunately the access hours do not align with what I need. Also saturdays are big event days for me, having to wait in line just to see if I paid so that someone can escort me back to unlock my unit was a little unsettling. All in all the staff at this location are phenomenal and friendly!

Not enough space to move belongings to be able to fit in the Storage. The hallways are way too small. Was not able to maneuver to put my couch in the storage unit because there was not enough space in the hallway and everything was cluttered and dusty. Trucks were also in the way

This is the best location in Dallas Texas. The staff is super polite, professional, and goes out of there way to be helpful. I had this storage unit for over a year and my experience was awesome from day one till my move out date on 9/9/23. The website caused me some payment problems. It can be a little glitchy. I moved out this week due to the continuing, increases in storage fees. Keeping my treasures was no longer worth the cost. The staff was always helpful.

I called on Sunday A.M. to make a reservation for a van and storage. I received the reservation and when to church. I came back from church and wnet to the Greenville location to get van and storage to use between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. No, the man at the desk took one hour to complet the transaction. Not one time during the one hour did he tell me, "Oh by the way, this storage is on the fourth floor." I took van at now 3:30 P.M. and went to my garage to load over 60 one gallon cans and at least 4 Five gallon drums of paints. I came back to the Greenville location at around 3:45 P.M. and then I was told by the attendant outside that the storage was on the fourth floor. I had to take the cans of paint an place them at my home on the front porch and sidewalk because of the hour of the day, now 4:00 P.M. I am seventy-two and cannot load these items upstairs which is what I was directed to do. When I complained inside, one of the men remarked, "Well, if you had been nice about this, we would have helped you." I believe that you have a business run by fools. My $19.95 van rental cost me almost $90.00 with all your charges of fraud and fees. I will never use your company again. I will never fail to discourage others from using your crazy and fradulent business.

This location is great. All of the staff are amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are incredibly accommodating. This particular storage unit is great because you have to go through the office to access it so it is incredibly safe. I was on the bottom level so even in the 100 degree Texas summer my items were still nice and cool. I would 100% recommended.

Dealing with, Mr. Ryan A. Dressler, GM was easy and a pleasure. Mr. Dressler made me feel like part of the U-Haul family, ever so comfortable and he was especially accommodating to the difficulties I was having. Mr. Dressler walked me into resolving and he was especially easy to talk with. Mr. Dressler should hold seminars with other U-Haul managers on how to address customers... especially some other's I have had the displeasure to deal with...
