People there didn’t have good customer service didn’t provide the best option had to go to a different location to get great service and more time with the U-Haul even though I rented with this company will never recommend anyone to this place

That truck smelled like someone had been smoking 20 packs of cigarettes and urinating all in the truck. You could see the animal hair all in the driver side floor of the truck. It was just horrible, I literally had to roll both windows down to try and air it out. Never in all my years renting from U-Haul had I received a truck that was in this shape. I will never rent from that location again, NEVER!!!! I only had the truck less than two hours and I just felt like I had to immediately shower to get that smell off of me.

Best U-Haul Experience! The team at the Lower Greenville U-Haul went above and beyond in customer service. They answered my call promptly, ensured my reservation, and provided helpful info about return times and alternative options. When I arrived, the attendant helped install the trailer ball, gave safety tips, and was incredibly knowledgeable. Despite being busy, they remembered me by name when I returned. I won’t go to another U-Haul location – their service was top-notch! Highly recommend!

You are doing great. The key drop location was not clear. it took me a bit to find out. better make a clear sign so when returning the car late people can find the drop key location easily.

Every time I have made a U-Haul truck reservation, the proper equipment I needed was not available. This is very frustrating when you need a utility dolly but they only have a furniture dolly and I am not notified until pick up. I also was not given furniture pads as listed on my reservation.

gas level was not accurately noted when i picked up the truck, but i took pics to prove it was not correct. it was a small issue when i returned the truck, but the people at the return location where great and fixed the problem.

At the location the lady helping me was not friendly, kept vaping- there is definitely room for improvement! When I got in the vehicle, it was all wet, including The Seat and the cups were full of liquid. I guess from them cleaning it. This could be a lot better! At least dry off the seat!

Leave some room in case extension is needed. At least an hour in between reservations. Not sure if that’s a thing but I had to call a rep to extend and I was given 30 minutes since someone was renting after me. I was rushing to get everything out the van and too get back on time lol.

You didn’t have any furniture dolly’s for rental which was less than ideal. The only ines there were for Uhaul staff’s own use in taking out the trash

The parking area is extremely small as compared to the business volume of trucks being rented or returned. It’s time to move to a larger and more efficient location for this store. The entire rental and maintenance team no all deserve a raise in payroll, at least a 10% raise. They are busting there tailed off and are good workers.

Greenville Ave U-Haul has an amazing staff that genuinely cares about their customers. Everything bad that could have happened during my move did and the location was gracious, kind, and went above and beyond to help me.

Not enough space to move belongings to be able to fit in the Storage. The hallways are way too small. Was not able to maneuver to put my couch in the storage unit because there was not enough space in the hallway and everything was cluttered and dusty. Trucks were also in the way

This is the best location in Dallas Texas. The staff is super polite, professional, and goes out of there way to be helpful. I had this storage unit for over a year and my experience was awesome from day one till my move out date on 9/9/23. I will recommend this place if I know someone needs storage and I would use them again if need at same location 1616 Greenville Ave, Dallas Texas

The website caused me some payment problems. It can be a little glitchy. I moved out this week due to the continuing, increases in storage fees. Keeping my treasures was no longer worth the cost. The staff was always helpful.

I called on Sunday A.M. to make a reservation for a van and storage. I received the reservation and when to church. I came back from church and wnet to the Greenville location to get van and storage to use between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. No, the man at the desk took one hour to complet the transaction. Not one time during the one hour did he tell me, "Oh by the way, this storage is on the fourth floor." I took van at now 3:30 P.M. and went to my garage to load over 60 one gallon cans and at least 4 Five gallon drums of paints. I came back to the Greenville location at around 3:45 P.M. and then I was told by the attendant outside that the storage was on the fourth floor. I had to take the cans of paint an place them at my home on the front porch and sidewalk because of the hour of the day, now 4:00 P.M. I am seventy-two and cannot load these items upstairs which is what I was directed to do. When I complained inside, one of the men remarked, "Well, if you had been nice about this, we would have helped you." I believe that you have a business run by fools. My $19.95 van rental cost me almost $90.00 with all your charges of fraud and fees. I will never use your company again. I will never fail to discourage others from using your crazy and fradulent business.

This location is great. All of the staff are amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are incredibly accommodating. This particular storage unit is great because you have to go through the office to access it so it is incredibly safe. I was on the bottom level so even in the 100 degree Texas summer my items were still nice and cool. I would 100% recommended.

Dealing with, Mr. Ryan A. Dressler, GM was easy and a pleasure. Mr. Dressler made me feel like part of the U-Haul family, ever so comfortable and he was especially accommodating to the difficulties I was having. Mr. Dressler walked me into resolving and he was especially easy to talk with. Mr. Dressler should hold seminars with other U-Haul managers on how to address customers... especially some other's I have had the displeasure to deal with...
