SAMMIE NI drove the truck 5 miles, but got charge for 2 gallons on gas.
JOEL DThe business office needs to be sure to clear up your records so people aren’t falsely flagged as unable to rent. Also, don’t make people wait to get whatever issue resolved by having them call a call center and be on hold for 10-15 mins, just to hear your system made an error, then make them wait at the end of the line. Empower your front desk people to at minimum act as a liaison to getting the situation rectified. The customer is there, face to face. Doesn’t make sense to push them off to a call center with lengthy hold times.

JOEL VI only had one issue. It took multiple phone calls and in person visit to get my unit closed out. Not sure what the hold up was because the office knew we’d been moved out for a week. Besides that, the staff was excellent 100%, the unit was very nice, they were also very helpful with my truck rental. I’ll definitely refer them to people.

Brannon MThe passengers seat was fithly, covered in dog hair, slobber, and reaked of dog urine. We stopped at home to clean the seat and spray deodorizer on it. The move was less than pleasant having to smell dog urined all day long.
PATRICIA SRental reservation was easy. Cargo van was in excellent condition and easy to drive. All great except for the 2 women who work the desk. I noticed they had misspelled my email address on my reservation form so called on Monday morning 2/23 to have it corrected in order for me to receive my receipt by email. Both women were short tempered and rude. I ended the call rather than deal with them. I'm not sure these are the type of employees you want representing your business. Overall, the experience was great, until it wasn't.

LEOLA TThe staff at the location were great however the movers that helped me move broke my dresser and stole my mother's ring. I do not recommend getting moving help from the u haul app.
GUADALUPE CThere was a hole in the top of my U-Haul which led to my mattress getting soaked during the move. I had to get a new mattress which was very expensive. This would have been prevented if the mattress cover I had ordered with the U-Haul has been in the back of the truck contract #17208156 which confirms the mattress cover order. Appreciate y'all forcing me to through money down the drain.
ANDREW RTRUCK VERY CLEAN AND MAINTAINED
EDGAR BI bought a motorcycle in Dalas. I made a reservationn for a utility trailer to bring it down to Louisiana. When I got there they found my reservation butg when I said I was renting it one way they said I could not do that and would have to bring it back to that store. I was then directed to a store 11 miles away where I was charged three times the price of the one I reserved.

LATRICIA RThe whole thing was easy-peasy the old fashioned way, in person. Check in was easy and fast, extending my rental by phone took two minutes and the check in was handing the keys to the guy standing outside the door when I pulled up. I have used this location many times and they are always great.

TABITHA BThis 10 x 10 truck was the worst driving truck I have ever rented from UHaul. I have rented from this location many times over the years and this was the first time I have gotten a truck I didn't like. It had 159,000+ miles. The drivers seat was ripped up and worn badly. You had to slam the doors to shut them. And worst of all, the shocks were none existent. This truck bounced all over the place. If I were going on a long haul or even across town I would have returned it the minute I drove off the lot. I will say it was very clean, and staff at this location is top notch. My complaint is with the truck.

FREDDY VThe Uhaul car I rented had the check engine light on. On top of this emergency break were not working and the light was on as if this was activated. This is one of the most unsafe cars i have rented.

TYLER AWhen I checked out reserving a truck myself at uhaul.com, I was presented multiple return locations around my destination, all very close and convenient. When I eventually had the reservation made by the store clerk via phone and went to pick the truck up, the clerk (and thus, I) was NOT presented any such acceptable return location options by your system.
NIHAT OI booked my reservation online and the price was different when I came to pickup rental. The rep did not take time to ask for the confirmation number just started stating different prices. He never found the price I was advised online. I just basically paid the higher price so I could get the rental and get to my location to load up truck. I would advise reps to be more willing to listen to what the customer is saying they have booked and what the price is showing in there email or phone.
FREDRICK RI ordered a dolly and when I got to my house to move and opened the door the dolly was not there. Also the people who were working when I picked the truck up we're very nice but the people who were working when I dropped the truck off work not so friendly

Tommy NI returned the truck a day early and think my bill should have been reduced for doing so and was told Uhaul wouldn't allow it. When I changed my reservation and picked it up one day later instead of the earlier reservation date my bill was adjusted lower. Sample principal should aply to returns.

Unfortunately the access hours do not align with what I need. Also saturdays are big event days for me, having to wait in line just to see if I paid so that someone can escort me back to unlock my unit was a little unsettling. All in all the staff at this location are phenomenal and friendly!

Wanda A | Overall ExperienceI called on Sunday A.M. to make a reservation for a van and storage. I received the reservation and when to church. I came back from church and wnet to the Greenville location to get van and storage to use between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 5:00 P.M. No, the man at the desk took one hour to complet the transaction. Not one time during the one hour did he tell me, "Oh by the way, this storage is on the fourth floor." I took van at now 3:30 P.M. and went to my garage to load over 60 one gallon cans and at least 4 Five gallon drums of paints. I came back to the Greenville location at around 3:45 P.M. and then I was told by the attendant outside that the storage was on the fourth floor. I had to take the cans of paint an place them at my home on the front porch and sidewalk because of the hour of the day, now 4:00 P.M. I am seventy-two and cannot load these items upstairs which is what I was directed to do. When I complained inside, one of the men remarked, "Well, if you had been nice about this, we would have helped you." I believe that you have a business run by fools. My $19.95 van rental cost me almost $90.00 with all your charges of fraud and fees. I will never use your company again. I will never fail to discourage others from using your crazy and fradulent business.

They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are incredibly accommodating. This particular storage unit is great because you have to go through the office to access it so it is incredibly safe. I was on the bottom level so even in the 100 degree Texas summer my items were still nice and cool. I would 100% recommended.
