Your after hours return service sucked it kept kicking me out i was there for almost an hour trying to return my uhaul rentalFERNANDO T.

I had to wait for a taxi after dropping off my rental and I was given a chair to sit on and offered a bottle of cold water. I booked to pickup at 6am before the location opened. The store decided not to honor the reservation and changed it to 7:15am pickup after they opened. No one notified me and then Jerry was rude when I asked him about what happened and walked out. If the store does not honor a service U-Haul offers, it should not be available online.Janice M.

The thing that was really annoying is I did all the stuff ahead of time like scanning my drivers license and putting in payment information in the app like the email advised, and none of it applied to my order. So when I got to Uhaul I had to do it all again! Other than that it was great.SAMUEL D.

At the moment that a vehicle is returned, please make it an automatic practice to tell the customer the exact final charge either verbally or by a printed receipt. I had to speak to several people to get this information. The first person said, "I'll send you an email." This is good for records for later, but I think that the information about charges and milage should be provided immediately at the point of sale, verbally or on paper.Brian M.

I gave it two stars because the personnel was helpful. Everything about this rental, including the cracked side mirror, dirty, smelly inside, and damaged outside of the truck was horrendous and scary at a time of COVID. The prior passenger left personal belongings and the gas was not full - less than was indicated on the rental sheet. I will not rent from this location again. Horrible.MPATANISHI T.
