caren mU-Haul Manor is on it! The entire staff was great and super helpful. Iana, the manager, is doing a wonderful job. The facility is gorgeous and the staff are on point. Skyler was absolutely wonderful. She helped me find my storage unit upon move in, showed me how to access the facility using my code and use the new swipe card feature. She also graciously brought me and my family water as we were moving the items into the unit. She checked back with us to make sure we were ok, and answered every question that we had. Thank U-Haul Manor!

Laura MThe uhaul box was never available for access at the time that was requested 3 days in a row. I always had to get to the location and then wait an additional 30mins to an hour for the forklift operator to get the box and place it in the parking lot for access. The place needs more staffing and should not promise the box will be available if it can't do that. You end up wasting a lot of time and effort from customers who are driving from very far away and have tight schedules.

Anna CThe computer system took forever for the agent to access at pickup. She was unable to print the receipt. The appliance dolly had a cut strap as it wasn't long enough to go around my refrigerator. Finally I could not check the trailer in as the return location was closed and again the website would not let me return it. I finally called uhaul and returned by phone with an agent. Quite honestly a very dissapping experience.
Anthony HNothing, the place I was scheduled to return my trailer to did not accept trailers. I drove to this location. They were able to pull up my reservation and change it so that I could return it to their location. They were very helpful and I would highly recommend them.

However apex collision was a terrible original drop off location and had no where to park after hours. It’s off a busy country road which was difficult to back up from when I couldn’t get into the lot.

jose dThis facility I see as a welcome addition to Manor! The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and unexpectedly very very cool. I'm not talking about a climate controlled building which I think it is, no I mean stylish. I felt under dressed. I felt like next occasion I require storage or a rental I gotta up my game and show up looking more stylish (maybe not a mohawk but perhaps an eye patch), not because the staff would shun me if I were not as cool as they, NO! They were totes friendly and welcoming. Rather because they were soo awesome I feel the need to be more awesome my damn self. Not merely a satisfying rental experience, but a calling to better myself through rentals and storage space. 7 out of 7 stars.

DAVID MMy recent U-Haul return experience was a disaster. As instructed by U-Haul, I used the app to reschedule my drop-off to a location closer to home. The app itself scheduled the new return location. When I arrived, the location informed me they do not accept tow dollies. They even contacted a U-Haul representative, who essentially told me it was my problem, not U-Haul’s. I was warned that if I left the equipment, I would be charged. Throughout this ordeal, the representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I then called U-Haul directly multiple times and was repeatedly routed to representatives in San Antonio who could not resolve the issue. Shockingly, they even acknowledged that the U-Haul website and app have an ongoing problem that allows returns to locations that cannot accept the equipment. Yet they still left me solely responsible for fixing an issue caused by U-Haul’s own system failure. This is a textbook example of a customer service breakdown: The U-Haul app directed me to an invalid return location. On-site staff and call center staff refused to take ownership. I was threatened with charges for following U-Haul’s own instructions. Multiple U-Haul employees confirmed this is a “common problem,” yet no one provided a solution.

Each time we came into the store in Seattle everyone went out of their way to help us. and the same was true at destination here in Austin . I would rate U Haul a 10 on scale of 10 in every aspect of their service and product offerings
Bill TEverything was good and the clerk was very helpful at the checkout. However, I was charged for gas even after I returned the gas hand at 1/4 tank because that was how it was given to me. The guy that helped me when I returned the vehicle said everything was good, the gas was where it should be, the mileage was adjusted because I didn’t use the estimated 50 miles, yet I still got over charged.

CARLOS RThe system to try and order boxes and get them delivered and picked up should not require talking to 4 or 5 different people and over an hour to schedule. Your people are fine but the system is terrible
Judy HOther than the exorbitant cost to transfer a pod from New Mexico to Texas, the personnel interaction was fantastic. Scheduling did really well and was flexible when I needed to adjust my delivery date. The delivery drivers were on time, quick to get in and out, and were friendly when I did speak with them.
ALETHEA OI found the whole process was so smooth and everyone was so friendly. I will obviously recommend others to get U-Haul service.
MD Reverything was great. the employees were friendly and supportive of a woman renting a trailer. I'm very grateful for the Uhaul company. they continue to be a great company to do business with.
BELINDA AThe staff members were particularly rude to my elderly parents when they dropped off the container and yelled at us for simply wanting the container to be closer to our front door. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but they were two women, to my knowledge. I understand that they may be underpaid and undervalued, but the projection of these sentiments towards U-Haul's customers does them and the company a disservice. A reminder that kindness goes a long way, and some training on how to treat customers would be appreciated. Yelling at a 75-year-old doesn't look great.
