The associate who assisted me with my equipment had no knowledge about h[king up my trailer. And when I brought it back the other associate was trying to ask me out. Did not stop until I had to tell him I wasn't interested in men. Even then pushed well we can be friends.

Back door was extremely hard to open. Driver lower rear view mirror was broken. Truck was almost out of fuel. Told us next location to pick up auto carrier was open until 8 pm - it closed at 4 pm and would not reopen u too after the weekend. We ordered two sets of furniture pads and none were available. I will never go to this location again. Second visit within the last two months of poor service.

Christopher H.Customer service experience was very chaotic. We were told we had to return the truck the following day because there was no after hours drop box, this turned out to be false. We made a second, very inconvenient trip the following day only to be told that there was a drop box we could have used. —- I am going to call in as well as we used gas and time that was not necessary. Employee was new, and had issues with the checkout process. This is okay, the issue was he clearly was not supported by the other employees. They did not even show us where are truck was or do a visual inspection.

I had to give all the information I had given to the reservation service and then they gave me a truck that was two blocked in the middle of a fleet of trucks. Equipment was snowbound.

Michael B.We ordered furniture blankets and a dolly to assist with our move. Neither one was available. We really needed those furniture blankets! I got numerous emails from Uhaul marketing various products to help with the move, but we didn't even get the items we asked for. I would, therefore, not suggest utilizing Uhaul's additional services, especially the help of movers (people to help move boxes). If someone relied on Uhaul to provide additional moving help and didn't get it, they would be in quite a predicament.

Jacqueline W.(08/28/22) Pre paperwork to a very long time! The individual then sent me out to wait in the yard near trailer , twenty five minutes later a separate co worker noticed me me out in the yard and asked why i was parked out there! I explained my situation! He apologized immediately and sprung into action, he explained his coworker at the desk never informed anyone I was out there and needed help ! He apologized three or more times and said he would inform his boss ! !! Im disabled or I would have loaded it myself!!!!! To top it off the delays at uhaul at maplewood causing me to be late! Costing me additional money because my scheduled movers had wait till I arrived! Also i had to dispose of small furniture and garbage left in trailer from previous renter

I started at 14635 and dropped it off at 14649 but the attendant entered 14694 into the system which has caused me to be overcharged. I have sent an email asking for the correction and refund of the overcharge and attached a pic I took of the odometer when I dropped it off. Always take pictures.
David B.The most convenient way to enter the multi-building complex from the street sent me to the sliding glass door grand entrance for the storage facility (which had locked / in operational doors & no activity). I had called the local number 15 minutes earlier & knew they were open. Called again, but got national phone rollover line this time. This back area needs signage to indicate that there is a shed on the other side of the building for rentals of trailers and trucks & to purchase boxes & rent dollys.

You could be in the office and the workers would act like they didn’t see you till they wanted to. When working with people an acknowledgment goes along way. The last couple days of cleaning out my unit I dealt with 2 of the workers there. Both were very helpful and nice. One of the gentlemen came off of his break and helped me check out when I had questions about one of the online checkout steps. He then checked me out right in the office. Threw conversation I found out he was the manager and the old staff was no longer there. With the new staff I would totally recommend this facility 100 percent.

I asked why they'd assume that and the guy said, "because there's only this round thing left in your unit". Just days after renting the $129 space, the uhaul employees opened my rented space!! I just can't believe it. NOW to the best part. The monthly rental was effectively ended abruptly by uhaul as soon as that Wagon Wheel Chandelier has been moved out. I received half a month and they sent me a move out receipt THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE.

My experience with the young lady Ronai (excuse the spelling) was not pleasant. She was borderline rude and condescending. I rarely feel the need to send negative feedback, I get it when someone is having an off day, but in this instance, my observation was that this behavior was not a one-time occurrence. Also got charged $20 for $5 worth of gas. I was too exhausted to fill up the minimal amount as I had worked all day and had a finite amount of time to move heavy and many items only to do it all again the next day. Uhaul shouldn’t expect renters to refill tanks. Or at least penalize them terribly when they can’t. The space is also too small for 195.00 a month . When I checked in the clerk only gave me the rental vehicle and didn’t notice I was renting a space. I am severely disappointed.
