You have to come up with a more efficient way to handle express check ins and returns. I did the express checkin on line, and still waited in line 45 minutes when I got to your location in the am. Then waited another 30 minutes to drop off the vehicle, of which I spent less than 2 minutes actually interacting with an employee. If the rental car agencies can process hundreds of cars an hour, you can figure out a way as well. I realize it probably comes down to a staffing issue, but knowing what's being rented each day and the timing involved, there has to be a way to better schedule help. I have used your location for many years and will continue to do so because I think the availability of equipment and the staff are great - but if you can come up with a way to handle that wait time, your business will increase measurably because word will get around that you've figured it out. Reahed there at 8 am and got the truck after 9 am.. Staffs were really slow in processing orders.. I will never ever go to this location for pickup trucks.

The people that helped me get a truck set up and also the people when I returned the truck were so very helpful and made renting from them an easy and stress free process. I was moving from one home to another home and anyone who has ever moved knows how stressful it is. These guys were so helpful and I was so please. They were the best. Thank you.

Hire more than 2 people and have more than 2 people working when there's a lot of reservations and they should probably be more respectful and also not lie to customers. The actual drop off location here in town was amazing and is the only reason I would ever consider using uhaul ever again.

I used the truck 14 miles I put $5.00 in gas and they said I didn't they charged me almost 14.00 for gas not happy will go to henjy rental next time

Reserved U-haul trailer for 9am at the start of the business day. Arrived shortly after 9:30am and there was already two lines out the door with two employees trying to handle a line by themselves with eight people queued in each. I was the ninth person in my particular line. Approximately 45 minutes later at 10:20am the third person in my line was done being helped. There was no way I was going to wait until all of the people in front of me were serviced-eight in all. It was taking roughly 15 minutes per person. Three hours is way too long to wait to pick up a trailer. I was not the only who felt this way-I witnessed four different parties during the time I was waiting in line come into the store with reservations for equipment but after seeing the lines decided not to even bother with their plans. This store is throwing away business! Where are all the employees needed to handle this many customers? There should have been twice the staff for the amount of people renting equipment. As for me, I decided to go about my day and stop in later in the afternoon to see if it was still busy. It was busy but not as bad. Still two lines queued up. Still only two employees but this time I was third in line. Had my equipment checked out and hooked up in 45 minutes. This is still way too long--my incentive was that I would have lost out on a free sofa if I couldn't pick it up that day. Despite the wait time, the employees were extremely patience given the circumstances and helpful. I felt sorry for them-this job must just suck. Where is the management and corporate oversight? There is about a half a dozen things that could be done to streamline the check out process but it all starts with U-haul as a corporation deciding that their customers matter and doing something to handle the challenges of this line of business. Want a good example--go to an Apple Computer Store and see how they expertly handle their customers in an extremely busy environment. Good Luck. For now I have to decline on ever renting from U-haul again. I haven't see any change in their customer service in three decades. Poor-Poor-Poor. It is a shame--you have good employees but you don't even give them a chance to be good to their customers.

Staff was great, but the location was understaffed to handle the demand on Sunday. They need three people. They had two guys when I picked up the truck, and only one at the end of the day. I'd say two minimum, but should have three to keep them sane. Kudos to those guys for keeping a cool head in that hectic scenario all day, give them a raise.

Was told I could pickup my truck rental at 10:00 but ended up standing in line with many other upset customers for over an hour and was finally on the road 1 hour and 15 minutes later. There was only one employee working the desk who was friendly given the circumstances he was put in. Many customers after standing in line for awhile became frustrated and left.

The location size never seems to be conducive to handle the peak pick up times as there seems to be considerable lines and wait times with no waiting space available with all of the accessories displayed such as boxes, tape, bags etc.
