The first truck had a broken passenger side mirror, I needed to point this out. The second truck was snow covered and the cargo door frozen shut, the team should make sure their trucks are ready to roll.

Not all equipment was available at the time of appointment due to failures of prior customers in returning rented equipment. Staff searched to find other local resources with items that I had reserved and made arrangements for me to pick-up item at a reduced rate.

My only complaint is wait time. I have been in there several times, and each time is terrible wait time, usually one person doing everything. With this busy consistency, i would think they would hire more.

1st stood in line, an then was told there were no open 5x8 trailers available, went outside, an got online, an booked a trailer for pick up, went back inside, stood in line again, an got my trailer. I've rented from this location a number of times, an different equipment, an I see there has been a change in management, or something at this location, an I would have to say its a poor change

I feel that if a customer return the truck early then it should be under the mileage expected then the should get a refund and if the truck is still at a half of tank they should not be be charged for gas if it was not full when picking up

Location was great, customer service was very minimal and checking in was rushed with nothing explained. This included the extra fees for milage. The representative was not very impressionable. The equipment had an engine light on while driving. I notified the CSR and he stated that's normal and assured I will be fine. This was not a comfortable feeling driving 70plus miles with a full cargo.

- Had to wait 40 minutes to complete the transaction, and get the keys. I reserved my truck a week in advance, and completed the online check-in. They were very busy, and only had 1 person at the counter assisting customers. -Trucks check engine light came on during my short 30 mile drive.
