Computers extremely slow. What should have been a 5 min check in was 20 mins because the computers won’t load. The parking lot is massive with only two spots designated for the office. Both taken up. The lot has no direction or flow of where to go. Drop off line had 4 Uhaul trucks so the guy told me to drive up and around but no where to stop to unload as there’s no signage. Horrible design for a massive lot.

Pick up took a while since no one in office for 10 min and a person in front of me. But the ridiculous return with the guy on a cell phone making me wait checking the tire pressure on the trailer when they didn’t check that or walk the condition before I got it and arrogant attitude. Won’t rent from them any more and they’re the closest to my new home. Wow loosing a potential storage and at least one more trailer rental.

I was promised to get refund bud haven't received anything. And the track had issue. The steering wheel did not return to its original position after steering. I almost drove onto the sidewalk when I first pulled out of the parking lot. And had issues with the doors. The car body seemed warped, and I had to slam the door hard to close it. I also couldn't adjust the side mirror it was stuck.

Fuel reading was inaccurate. There was less fuel in the tank than displayed in my contract. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the error until after I had left the facility, which ended up costing about $10 in fuel charges.

I called earlier in the day but they were busy so they could not get to answer the phone directly but Jeff immediately called me back at the first opportunity. He is an excellent in promoting the UHAUL products and services. Bailey was there for my rental turn in and made it quick, easy and simple for me to complete. First class all the way! Thank you!

I felt like I am in a fabric, rented for the first time so I had a few questions. Employee told me he would come by and I waited 30 minutes to figure it out with Chat gbt. No one told me about miles that I had free and once I got over it was $50 charged more?

At the Mill Creek site, The Attendant helping me did not seem to have the knowledge to answer all of my basic questions. This was young man who seemed less than enthusiastic to help, but was capable other than not having answers to some basic questions. He appeared to be fatigued and less than knowledgeable about the business. I was there 12/26/2026 at 4:45 pm. He did not seem capable of doing anything without the computer in his hand as he kept looking at it. Basic Questions: asked 1. How much do you charge for a gallon of gas to replace gas used by truck? 2. How many gallons in a full tank of the truck? 3. How many gallons did we use on our trip today as we started with a full tank. The facility was nice at Mill Creek and the truck was very nice and clean. The service person at the Neptune Beach site, Cedrick I think was his name, knew his stuff. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall all a good experience, but disappointed in the attitude of service at Mill Creek.

The fuel light was on and they knew the truck was on E. They told me I needed to leave and go get gas. They quoted me a rate and said not to exceed 100 miles or the rate would increase. I returned it with 3/4 of a tank and only drove 93 miles. The rate was changed on me so my cost went up. Terrible experience.

The staff(Skylar and Jeff) is very helpful great customer service and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and we will do continue utilizing as a storage facility ! Additionally, the Grupo RH moving were great !! Mr. Orlando and Jr, we’re very professional, efficient and careful with our items. Amelia was meticulous and detail oriented and made sure the move went according to plan. Very cost efficient and professional.

This location should be the expectation all locations should strive to look like…within reason. Many locations are space confined and are not pleasing to the eye. I equate some U-Haul locations as a third world extremely deprived country. There should be lot size mandatory requirements every location should meet for safety of your customers…should you care that is.

My only complaint was one tire was a low on air and trying to find a air station to pump 75 psi on the road is impossible with the junk scam air machines out there that cost a fortune.

Location is very inconvenient. Also we were originally scheduled to drop off at the location at 3524 US 1 in St. Augustine which is much closer than this one. Then we were told at the last minute to drop off here Would take about 20 minutes to drive to the one in St. Augustine. Instead it took us about an hour to get to this one and an hour back. Uhaul should reimburse us for the extra time and gas. Very inconvenient.

Skylar was great getting me on the road and Bailey was right on getting me checked in and disconnected. Skylar resolved a hitch issue quick with skill and excellent service. After the other store was closed this store was great, the online help on the phone got me to a dealer that was open in two minutes. Thank you your customer service was amazing.

I am single senior living on a tight budget. For Uhaul to place a hold on twice as funds as my actual cost is a very unfair policy. I used my debit card to move this furniture to storage, and I incur fees on the Uhaul mileage debit as well as the filling the tank with gas charge and even the lunch I purchased. My initial charge was 95.77 and your company held $170.77 of my funds. I'm sure I will end up incurring $90 of fees for this unfair practice. I will use a credit card next time

Arriving at this location, there was a sign to stay with vehicle and someone would come to me to help check it in. No one came, ended up taking the advice of another customer, and went in to the counter. A young man looked at me and said, are you dropping off? I replied yes. He then said, give me your keys and we will email you a receipt. I handed him my keys and left. Later that everning after not receiving an email, I contacted the location. A young man was helpful and got me my receipt.

The only thing i wasn't happy with was when we were done with the initial paperwork, the agent gave me the keys and said, " here's the key, your truck is out there somewhere near the front by the road, just find the number on the truck that matches the key??" There were dozens of trucks and nobody accompanied me. I would have the truck already parked in a spot "reserved for pickup" near the office and how easy would it be to say, "there's your truck right out front, I'll come out in case you have any questions." The facility is brand new and the staff was friendly overall. Would recommend.

This is the best Uhaul facility I have ever been to. From the knowledgeable, friendly staff to the clean facility-everything is top notch at this location!

Only issue was with this U-Haul receiving its mail in a timely manner. I set up my payments through my bank to release the 1st week of the month for a payment due date of 29 of each month. Many times, I received late notices. Staff always corrected the late fee as check was fate pre due date. Staff super friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I am extremely unhappy that a living roach came in my refrigerator. I had no roaches since I moved to texas 5 years ago. Apparently someone brought them to your storage site and it's distressing that this is affecting me. I recommend you do a through desifesstation so as to not affect customers such as me who hates these invasive parasites...

Moved items out do to roaches from other units that are infested and moving into my unit. All my items were $60,00.00 in brand new merchandise and could not let it all be ruined from roach infestation caused by other rental units.

Facilities are brand new and the unit has security system as well as available carts which are easily found. Premises are very clean. I was helped when dropping off my auto carrier even thought it was after hours by an employee who was leaving. He took the time to make sure if I needed help before driving off.

No fault of the local office, but 800# told me I had. 10’ truck and a 1st floor storage space. Got to the store and had a 15’ truck and a 2nd floor space. My choices were not available upon check-in at the store. Otherwise, staff and experience was friendly and efficient.

This facility is not ready for customers. It shows when you look at the phone number on the website. After cancelling storage because it wasn't the keypads didn't have power yet to get in they still changed me. Also insisted that I do my move in over the phone a week ahead of time.
