The staff at this location are friendly and quick to get the needs of customers met. I walked in the same day I needed a truck and I was able to get one without any issues. The truck was clean and much better maintained than one I rented (from a different location) a few weeks ago. There was a sticky spill mess in the cup holders but the seats and the back of the truck were in nice shape and the truck was easy to drive and maneuver and I felt safe in the vehicle. The men were quick to meet me when I returned the vehicle. Thank you to the staff at this location for being nice to work with and for being available when this customer needed assistance!Maggie M.

We were locked out of the store and therefore unable to retrieve our key from the clerk at the front desk. However, he was present to watch us stand outside and freeze while trying to get him to come and talk to us. When he finally did unlock the door to assist us we were harassed for Uhaul having given us a truck that required him to move a vehicle in front of it. Switched storage units to a new company that is $45 less than yours for the same size and features. Its 6 blocks away so the same area. They also offer free first month and free moving truck. Consider lowering prices to get more businessKAREENA T. | Overall Experience

One evening I spent an hour or more talking with a rep and getting my hitch appointment set up. It was long, I thought, but I understood under the circumstances. The manager at this location was not helpful to my husband. We needed more U Boxes and said we can't get you any! So we had to spend six thousand to get PODS they came out very promptly! Also TV boxes had no packing in them several were the same. On this end in Chapin, SC we had no phone call and they said we aren't delivering today because you didn't answer. I had no record of the phone call on my phone. It took me several phone calls and finally they did get the unboxes to us in time because we had unpackers coming. Lots of work and unnescessary. Windshield was dirty on both the inside and outside when we picked up the truck. We didn't notice the inside was dirty until we were driving into the sun late in the day and it made it hard to see to drive. The rest of the vehicle was spotless. Overall a very pleasant experience. The consistent problem of not having someone answer a phone call from customer service is unacceptable as a customer. This was an issue in my last rental where my brake cable broke and when I called I was on the phone waiting for 30+ minutes on hold. This rental I was not issued my receipt via email as they stated they would. Turns out he forgot to put it in and therefore my rental remained open. I tried calling to verify the rental was closed, but I could not get through. I had to drive to the store and confirm with the individual that I turned it in the day before. He acknowledged that he forgot to do so. I would give this facility 5 stars if the phone call system worked in a better manner.PETER V.

Where to park the uhaul was very confusing. The app said anywhere but their was some track set up at the location that looked like a combination of a CDL training track and maybe somewhere you were supposed to return trucks. Only one side of the tent said return tent so I did not see it until I had already gave keys up in lock boxLauren B.
I rent frequently from this location because the staff are upbeat and helpful, but not on Saturday. Not sure if these staff were new (not the usual 2 I see here), if they were short staffed but they did not seem to want to be there. They were not only short with me, but with other customers and on the phone. I have never been handed the keys and told to find my rental in the lot... I will still use this location in hopes this was just a fluke, but not sure I would return again if it happens a second time. I don't mean to complain or be a snitch, but this location has ALWAYS had amazing customer service, hope this was just a 1 time thing. :)Jenna L.

They changed my location so instead of only driving 12 miles I had to drive 41... they changed my gas rate to .69 to the mile but the gas put back in it and the extra miles I really ended up on the crap end of the deal just because they didn't have my truck ready even though i ordered way ahead it's like they didn't careEarl S.

I rented the trailer, I stated that it would be on a friends truck of which was discussed no further, the lights didn't work correctly and therefore we returned the next day to have the lights checked, two boys came out to check and one kid said that I checked out the trailer with another truck and both of these idiots simply got up and left the trailer and went inside leaving me with a trailer with no lights! I eventually spent 3 hours working to get these lights to work of which I make $75.00 an hour and therefore you owe me $225.00. They stated they didn't need to repair this, if it was a real issue they should have told me to come in and correct the rental agreement. Your personal should be fired, I wouldn't allow someone with the attitude these children gave me that work for you wouldn't work for me cleaning the my toilets! Your service is absolutely crap and I am serious that you owe me my time to fix your equipment!Brian H.
