Terrible experience. You made me drive 10 miles to pick up trailer with a dirty truck exterior and you broken websire did not allow uploading pictures. Then Upon confirmation of the return I got a phone call to changed location and I had to drive another 10 miles and pay for extra gas myself. Up on return I was chaged $21+ for extra mileage I had to pay at night being dead tired I had no option to release the vehicle at night. I was told by your representative on a recorded line would not be charged and will be added to my package. Horrible experience and I am going after my money. Dee Dee, I believe is the owner and or manager is very rude to the customers. I luckily did not have to work with her, but while in the location and watching how she treats the customers and the employees were hard to witness. Good people but U-Haul sucks been here for over and hour trying to drop my keys off after hours but no where to drop them off I honestly don't believe I will use uhaul again if it's this hard to drop off a trackJalael L.
Wouldn't allow me to use a car hauler with any of their box trucks. The 26' truck had no gas. I reserved 2 Dolly's and they were not in the truck. I had to go back to get them. Half of the service reps look right at you and don't speak.Demesha J.

The wait time for signing the contract in the office is excellent, but the wait time for getting the key is below average. I have waited for 20 minutes long and the truck that I have reserved is already in the parking. I assumed that no wait is necessary since I did everything online. Customer service for both drop off and pick up was great, fast and efficient, It helped make the process easy in a stressful situation! The most time consuming thing was inspecting the vehicle and reporting ALL the damage that wasn't showed in the pictures before we left the property. The inside and outside was filthy could barley see out of the side mirrors. Another thing was the uhal wasn't at the half tank of gas when we left the property (peragreement) however us having to fill it to where it started was nice so I didn't feel like we lost any money there. Overall service made this place worth the money!Amanda L.
Had an appointment for a hitch install. I arrived early and was assisted promptly. The hitch for my truck was not available. The installer Alexander went to another uhaul facility and got the correct one with zero issues. Good job everyone at Uhaul Moreno valley.uriel M.

The truck had no gas and they gave said it had a quarter tank. The truck was extremely dirty and I kept, had damage throughout the truck. The brake light kept going on and ringing without the brake being on.Brian V.

I signed up and did the entire purchase online so I didn't have to stand in a ridiculously long line. When I arrived and checked in online I was called by the manager to come in and check in at the counter!! Added 45 minutes to my day waiting in line. My experience with Uhaul was above and beyond. From Judy's help when I arrived to pick up the truck, to the way the staff executed the pickup and drop to the cleanliness of the truck- was excellent. This is absolute worst experience I’ve had with a moving/storage company. The staff specifically ridiculed my fiancé’s payment method during a national pandemic while the storage manager giggled beside her. My fiancé called the corporate number and filed a report but nothing ever became of it and there was no follow up. Afterwards, we still received harassing phone calls from unprofessional staff. I will never deal with this company again after how my fiancé and I were treated. I’d rather lose all my items in storage, than deal with unprofessional staff, uncaring management, & bad business practices.
