Vehicle was given to me on empty. My contract did not reflect the fuel amount upon returning. I was told to bring equipment back on empty. If I did not have verification of a picture I would’ve been charged $120 for fuel and a $30 fuel charge on top of the 160 that was previously taken Another hundred dollars meaning I would’ve paid over $320 for service upon return upon returning it with less mileage and gas

MARCO LI reserved a utility dolly when I reserved the truck online. I was told that there was none available when I went to pick up the truck. I had to purchase a dolly so I could move my furniture. What’s the point of reserving equipment when it’s not available. Not good customer service.

VICTOR MUsing the app at this location was terrible!! No signage made it difficult. Gentleman working inside store, Adrian, was very nice but the gentleman working outside was incredibly offensive! Very rude, talked to us like we were idiots, wasn't helpful at all and drove the vehicles carelessly. I get finding good help can be difficult, but it's sorta obvious that customer service isn't a priority at this location at all. Will never use this location again.

DARLISA WWhen I rented the truck, I wanted to return the truck to a business in Menifee, CA. I was told I would receive a discount if I was willing to drop the truck off in Moreno Valley, CA. I agreed and dropped the truck off. After disputing the amount and receiving a refund, I received an additional bill saying I went over on the mileage. This location was more than 30 minutes out of my way (one direction of travel). I would NOT have gone over on mileage if I could have delivered the truck to the Menifee location. Uhaul has a monopoly on this market. However, next time I will consider another option. I believe the mileage charge should be refunded. I was completely inconvenienced and will not agree to any alterations in the future. Uhaul made an agreement and then fined me after making it seem like I was doing something favorable for them. Pretty ridiculous!

I told the employee, that the Uhaul app said they closed at 10 pm, he stated that it was incorrect. We had to leave with the uhaul truck and inconveniently move the stuff into the storage unit the next morning, and also the truck in.

Customer service from a certain employee was poor as they were condescending and didn’t help me at all. The manager here was kind and understanding and helped me get the storage size I needed even with limited availability.
Ryan G | First ImpressionsIn August 2018 when i first got the storage room no problem payment on time even doing covid pay my bill on time in 2021 that's when it started to get crazy didn't want my niece to hav access to the storage room she been on my list of proof authorization to go in there and they still wouldn't let her go in there at the beginning I told them I get my disability money on the 3rd of every month and I can come in on the 4th of every month and pay it no problem from August excuse me September 2018 come forward all of a sudden when my niece started paying the bill that's when problems started happening U-Haul went back on their word but it's good she said she took everything out and closed account so I don't have to worry about helping her pay the bill no more and whenever use U-Haul ever again I'll find another company if I ever need a service like that ever again and I wish I can give you a bad rating
