The location's office was closed for the holiday when I went to pick up the truck. I had to call someone to come in and then stand in the parking lot and wait until they got there, despite having a phone call confirming my pick up, the night before. I was also charged more than what I was quoted because my equipment had a "split contract" and ended up having to charge my card twice to cover the cost.

I don’t like to be upsold! I asked for a cargo van and told that there were none available. I counted 3 returns and one sitting near the vehicle rentals . When I asked about it , the person was n formed that it was broken. My impression is that either this location has an extremely lazy, short staffed or just don’t maintain these vehicles well. The small truck that I received kept flashing “service TPMS.” I stopped twice to check on the tires and ended up going 10 miles over. I’d rather go anywhere else than to revisit!

The technician who checked me in knew what he was doing. He stopped the less important task that he was on, and promptly took over checking in the trailer. It was quick, easy, he was friendly and I was on my way! Some of the other technicians didn't have the same level of skills. So, work on professional development for the rest of your team and you'll undoubtedly see results regarding customer satisfaction!

Was not happy with access hours closed too early for people that have day jobs. Should’ve got an inside unit the dirt and dust on the outside units was a lot. I was there for almost 15 years the GM when I first got the unit was amazing. But new ownership or change over wasn’t accommodating. Also the rent increase every year was upsetting, for as long as I was there and paying on time month to month I should’ve been grandfathered in or allowed after hour access.

I selected the mobile option, however when I arrived, not only did the system tell me I was at the wrong location, but I still had to go inside to the counter to complete my transaction and obtain a key. They couldn’t find multiple truck keys and the wait was long. There was a delay in the receipt of email and/or text. The mobile check-in and return truck is flawed. Lastly the two staff members weren’t very friendly.

Everything was intuitive and the check in process did not take long on the app, I had to go inside to get the key but they had it waiting for me and didn't need to wait in line again, was able to park my car there for a few hours, for drop off the process was quick and the employee finished it for me quickly. I originally ordered moving blankets they were sitting there for me in the truck but did nbut did not break the seal and did not have to use it, and was not charged for them. Would recommend!

I had two bicycles stolen last year and I knew who stole them and what unit they were in and the Mgr didn’t help me recover them. I filed a police report and the camera were in such poor very pour quality that you couldn’t see there faces. So my experience with this U Haul on sunnymeade in Moreno Valley was not good because my bicycles were stolen.

I got to the facility around 7 pm to move my stuff into the storage unit, but was told the facility is closed. I told the employee, that the Uhaul app said they closed at 10 pm, he stated that it was incorrect. We had to leave with the uhaul truck and inconveniently move the stuff into the storage unit the next morning, and also the truck in.

Access Hours are only available during office hours, which was really inconvenient as it was the reason to choose the storage unit in the first place. In August 2018 when i first got the storage room no problem payment on time even doing covid pay my bill on time in 2021 that's when it started to get crazy didn't want my niece to hav access to the storage room she been on my list of proof authorization to go in there and they still wouldn't let her go in there at the beginning I told them I get my disability money on the 3rd of every month and I can come in on the 4th of every month and pay it no problem from August excuse me September 2018 come forward all of a sudden when my niece started paying the bill that's when problems started happening U-Haul went back on their word but it's good she said she took everything out and closed account so I don't have to worry about helping her pay the bill no more and whenever use U-Haul ever again I'll find another company if I ever need a service like that ever again and I wish I can give you a bad rating

Everyone there is so nice, respectful and helpful. It’s very clean and they have packing materials and have lots of rental storage and truck options. Problems from even before I moved in. Sent to different location to pick up truck, when moving in, the unit was not ready. I had to wait until next day to unload and then was given a smaller unit than what I had reserved.Also had to buy an "Approved" Lock and told to take off the lock I had placed on my unit. Why can I not keep my stuff secure with the lock of my choosing instead of the generic, overpriced lock that they sell. Absolutely unacceptable. When I moved out everything was running smoothly until I parked the truck to grab some Lunch. Came back and the truck didn't turnover at all.i had driven that truck no more than 1.mile from the Storage facility. Waited 4 hours in that parking lot for a tow truck. Had to be towed to my address and unloaded a day later without the help I had the day before. I will personally never use U-Haul services again. A person can only take so many screwups by other people.

The associate who assisted me on Thursday Feb.2 in the office was rude and very unfriendly. She seemed inconvenienced by my question and gave off a very condensing impression. Later that evening I encountered a gentleman outside who was in charge of locking up the units and he was very kind and gave me a lot of information as well as showed me where my unit was although it was closing time. I returned on the 3rd and both ladies working in the front office were amazing. They assisted me and answered all my questions their interactions with other customers were also welcoming and friendly!

Staff was friendly but clear instructions for access were not given for first time storage user. My access card did not work and I required assistance gaining access at the storage building. There are not enough access doors for such a large building. The complimentary carts were helpful but it would have been much easier to have an additional unload area on the other side of the building.

The storage outside should be secured with a gate. Our storage got broken into and we lost items. It has an “alarm” but doesn’t help cause I wasn’t notified immediately, I’m sure if the alarm worked, mgmt would have been notified and then they should have contacted us. I was told “I was going to call you to let you know during my rounds I noticed your lock was gone,” this was after we discovered it was broken into. Even tho’ the staff is friendly, doesn’t make up for the lack of security (considering the city we live in) and notification. For the price I paid a month, they could do better!

It didn’t seem very secure, you could enter the building without a key card since the door was always unlocked. I never saw any security or employee around. As far as cleanliness, there were always spiders and spiderwebs in my unit. It seemed like they never fumigated.

This facility is a very nice and well maintained one. At first we had a 10 by 10 reserved and that wasn't available. We had to pay a bit extra for a 10 by 15, which wasn't ideal, but was still a good unit. I would recommend uhaul for storage simply on the basis of security.

This is absolute worst experience I’ve had with a moving/storage company. The staff specifically ridiculed my fiancé’s payment method during a national pandemic while the storage manager giggled beside her. My fiancé called the corporate number and filed a report but nothing ever became of it and there was no follow up. Afterwards, we still received harassing phone calls from unprofessional staff. I will never deal with this company again after how my fiancé and I were treated. I’d rather lose all my items in storage, than deal with unprofessional staff, uncaring management, & bad business practices. This behavior for a business can never be acceptable and I will advise anyone who will listen against using your company.

I appreciate the phone call clear up after I got a call saying I forgot my lock on the door several days after I left the unit clean. I did not know the lock was mines. And I told the lady at the counter my husband gave the keys along with the keys to the truck we rented. Why didn’t she tell me at that point that the keys and lock were mine?

On the day of my pick which was after hours, my 10ft truck wasn’t prepared for self pick up. I called the agent then she referred to me a different location 30 mins away. However, the new location for pick up was closed also. I drove from San Diego to Redlands only to know that my truck was not prepared and have to stay overnight for next day pick up. Totally disappointed with the service and the waste of time.
