The only thing I would recommend is that the vehicle be clean inside and out. I rented the pick up because I needed the bed. Unfortunately someone had left some dirt and rocks in the bed of the truck.Teresa R.

You can improve your service by offering a truck with brakes that work . The truck had No Brakes! Seriously? How did the the people who park the trucks not not notice that the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor? Office folks not only didn't offer an apology for giving me me a truck with no brakes, they didn't even seem surprised. I'll be sure to share my experience on social media so that others won't rent a truck that will kill them.Jerry P.

Everything was good at this location, I rented an auto transport. However, I wanted to drop it off at the Redlands and I was treated terrible over the phone by the lady on the other line. She questioned me as to why I wanted drop it off her location a promptly informed me I'd I did, I was in breach of contract. She could have delivered that in a much more professional manner. New to have the equipment clean and ready for a customer. The truck was very filthy both inside and out. With Covid 19 each equipment should be sanitized after use. Also I was asked to removed my mask inside the store to take a picture. That's very unsafe that should be done outside. The store associate that helped my father and I was irritable and abrasive. He came into the store after we had been waiting for awhile, and appeared disinterested when we asked for help. When I told him that I had a rental that was booked through my mobile app and I needed further assistance, his response was to read what was on my phone. I explained that it had been â€œprocessingâ€ and he pulled up my information to help me. When the transaction was complete he handed my paperwork to me and I quickly rushed out the door. His demeanor had made me very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we had to return for assistance because the vehicle would not start. He discovered that he gave us the wrong keys and sent us on our way. It was a small error, and not a big deal, but we were surprised that there was no apology from the associate. That experience makes me hesitant in renting from this particular location in the future.Timothy A.

Unfortunately, I had to drive to this location after my initial trailer reservation, as promised, was not provided. Plus I was met with very rude, cold and inconsiderate staff at this initial location. I was forced to drive from Menifee to Perris and then to Moreno Valley to finally pick up a reserved trailer. Plus, through no fault of the Moreno Valley location, I had to return the trailer all the way in Moreno Valley again. Luckily the Moreno Valley staff was on point. This was a significant inconvenience for me and my family. As much as I like Uhaul, I will consider other trailer rental companies in the future. Very disappointed.Herman H.

When checking the vehicle in, I had an issue with the mileage. I had received a text message from U-HAUL to verify the equipment condition. When I clicked on the link it asked if there was an issue with the amount of fuel or with the original mileage. There was an issue with the starting mileage and I took a picture of the odometer and replied back to the text. But when I turned in the vehicle they had no idea what I was talking about or referring too. So not sure why I was asked to verify anything if no one was aware of how to check if I did or did not. Why did I get a text message from UHAUL asking me to verify anything?CARLOS T.
Staff was attentive and professional. Equipment was ready upon my arrival. Staff filled my propane tank, hitched ,and unhitched my trailer. Drop-off only took a couple of minutes and I was on my way. Fast and easy- a great experience.Robert J.

On the day of my pick which was after hours, my 10ft truck wasn’t prepared for self pick up. I called the agent then she referred to me a different location 30 mins away. However, the new location for pick up was closed also. I drove from San Diego to Redlands only to know that my truck was not prepared and have to stay overnight for next day pick up. Thank you for providing 2 movers to help me. They were very courteous and helpful. I was grateful to be provided the truck I needed last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. The only suggestion I have, provide better lighting & security for when customers need to return their truck after hours.
