I wouldn't change a thing. The staff was exceedingly helpful and a pleasure to converse with. I found the process of checking in and checking out expedient and simple. The most efficient machine is the one with the least moving parts...good system.

Facility itself was fine. The only real knock was there was only 1 person total working at it and that is tough as multiple customers are waiting to be helped. That person did a good job and knew the business which was good but very tough if that is normal business operations. Thank you.

Check in at the store was way easier than the app. Lol. Very friendly staff. The van was a nice ride and exactly what we needed. Love the fact there was after hrs drop off. Thank you!

Gave me a couple extra days extension and didn't charge me extra. Was great dropping off. Guy met me outside. Checked me in. Unhooked in a parking spot and left.

I have been renting with UHaul for many years and at least over 16 times in the last 6 years. This is the best manager yet. However, UHaul always has the same problem, you computer systems. They are slow and antiquated. Service would be a lot faster if they had better systems. The system was slow slow when checking out and people were waiting for fuel and other rentals.

Staff extremely helpful! I accidentally reserved an upstairs unit, staff transferred me to a better unit downstairs and took care of all the accounting adjustments quickly and accurately. Very friendly staff even with the place being packed Saturday. Moving truck was picked up on time. Awesome service and I highly recommend this uhaul location.

I had trouble with the website (U-Haul’s error, they admitted) which meant I couldn’t use the app to check in or out so I had to stand in line for both. A minor inconvenience and the staff was very accommodating.

Truck while I had coverage had damage which if rained would have damaged my personal belongings. It did not rain, no damage was incurred just letting you know.

Lots of hidden fees.. when I reserved online my total was 19.98 + 1.25 per mile. Get to checkout it’s $87. Get to return the truck 15 minutes early and they tell me it’s $176 when I did the online return process. Desk attendant was nice and my truck was clean, but shady business tactics.. won’t use uhual again or refer it.

Technology has made U-Haul a much faster and easy process. Less waiting than there’s used to be and checking out digitally is significantly faster and easier. Pricing was fair, equipment clean, the rep was great.

Clearer signage for return of vehicles, as it says pull-up and wait in car, yet, sign on door says to go to application.

1. The windshield on the inside was dirty which made it hard to see out 2. The passenger side mirror was not positioned well to see traffic. No option to adjust mirrors without getting outside to adjust them 3. No automatic windows or door locks 4. Insufficient leg room for driver 5. No backup video camera which would have really helped I would gladly pay more to have a modern truck experience and will look at competitors in the future. Seriously, you guys need to upgrade your trucks.

I had never driven a U-Haul truck, It would of being nice if someone had showed me the controls i.e. mirror adjustment, parking brake and where in the place return the vehicle, otherwise it was a good experience.

The Customer Service I received for my trailer hitch by the service Technician/ Installer was great--he is very courteous and honest. I scheduled my hitch appointment online with this U-Haul dealer at the Hookset Road, Manchester, NH location and the work was well done with a decent estimate on the amount of install time it was to take. This is the second trailer hitch I had installed for a bike rack on my new car. I had one installed 3 years ago on my Subaru and purchased the bike rack there as well. I am very pleased with the service.

Although Cargo Van was clean & maintained, the back doors leaked. Rained all the day during my move anything put in back end got wet, Not Damaged but wet & damp. This was reported when vehicle was returned 8-1-25. I will be returning soon & often during the next 3months, Thank You.

My reason for the below average score is 1. We moved out of our storage unit this past Sunday we did let them know in the office yet they were still trying to charge us for another month and tried to charge the card every single day. We are lucky we didn’t have no money on that card. 2. When we were moving out of the storage unit we realized that there was a leak from the unit above and it completely ruin my new mattress and was told a manager would call me the next day. No one ever called but they did call to tell me my card was declining even though they shouldn’t have been charging me. Told her we moved out and they were still trying to charge she said she would make sure they didn’t try to charge again but guess what that same night they tried to charge again. When I asked the woman why a manager never called about the mattress she said I will have them call you. And guess what? A week later and still haven’t heard from a manager about my mattress. I am a hotel manager and would never make a guest wait this long for a call back. This is so unacceptable and someone definitely needs to speak to this manager

I was quite disappointed in the size of the storage unit (very small) for the price. It wasn’t going to work for us so I canceled the storage space and only had it for two days…. But charged the entire amount. The first day we couldn’t even access the space because our cards hadn’t worked. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Felt like I was taken advantage of in a time of crisis. Thanks for nothing….

Jose, Kenny & Riley are life savers!! Jose saw me slowly emptying my 5x5 storage unit & offered help. In 30 minutes, they cleared it out & neatly loaded the van. I offered to pay & they did not charge me. I was thrilled. I’m extremely impressed with U-Haul & these exceptional employees!

Made my storage and moving process a lot easier than it could have went. I also am happy to say I ended up lucking out and got a 5x10 unit for free month because I rented a uhaul truck and got a deal with renting a unit. I only needed the unit for a few weeks so it worked out perfect and the employees were all very helpful and knowledgeable about their jobs. The closing of the unit went smooth and I am very happy.

Jose helped me with my storage unit and was very kind and polite. The staff all seemed to be friendly and helpful. There was a miscommunication with my truck rental and had to be returned sooner than I thought and was behind with my move, but Jose helped me make my frustrating move a little smoother and was able to let me finish with what I was moving which was helpful. I would recommend them to anyone for storage or uhaul rentals.
