First can stop over charging people telling them the rental is 19.95 a day but turn around and charge a weekly rate 200.00 plus tax coming up to 340.00 for six days plus adding extra miles on there Tab in the truck I had was dirty I had to clean it out myself when it was giving to me so next time yall want to over charge customers make sure the truck is clean geesErica C.

I needed a truck to haul my in-law's belonging out of their home. Some items were packed placed into a storage unit. Some items were packed up and brought home with us. This truck made everything so much easier. Given a 12 hour notice of the move the staff was very helpful in renting the perfect truck of our needs. This is not the first time we have rented and hopefully if we need a truck in our future it will not be the last.CONNIE P.

Everything went as smoothly as possible and the three associates I interacted with were very good at their jobs and take pride in providing friendly customer service. First of all when we walked in to pickup our uhaul. The lady at the desk immediately yelled at us to put on a mask. We didn't have one with us and asked her if she had one and told us no you can leave and go buy one across the street and come back. So right before leaving i asked her how do we do online pickup and she acted like she didnt want to answer me so i asked again and she rudely told me just look up the app and enter your info. She was extremely rude and acted like we inconvenienced her. We then went outside and tried to do the app which wasnt working. Then a very nice gentleman worker brought over a mask and apologized for the way the lady was with us. My husband went inside to pick up the keys and dealt with the ladys crappy attitude again. She also gave us the worst dolly. It barely would roll. I would not use this location ever.Jason L.
8:00AM online reservation did not work through the app or website. Had to wait until 9AM until the place opened. We got there at 9AM, doors were still locked. Asked u-haul associate, who was moving cars, for help multiple times and they just kept moving cars and walking around the parking lot. Vehicle had no problems but customer service at the majority of u-haul locations is awful and seem like you have a culture problem. Planning to move to a new house at the end of the month and will do everything possible not to use U-haul for any of it.HINES V.

The lady was very rude. We needed a drop hitch because our truck was too high for the trailer, the bumper was on the ground. So i got a 7in drop hitch which would make the trailer level. She comes out and says i dont know what im doing and says i only need a 2 in drop and that she wont rent to us with the 7in drop hitch. So since i needed the trailer asap i went with it. It made the towing very difficult because the trailer was not level. All of the stuff that i stacked in the front ended up falling over because the hitch was too high. I was not pleased with this experience and i will probably not use this company again.Michael K.

Storage had broken glass inside it when I moved in. Employee that checked me in saw it but just left the mess. I mived out three weeks later, checked out, cleaned unit, removed lock and turned in card. Then I get a bill with a late notice attached. I called and I was told someone would call me back. We moved my son's apartment into a unit over four years ago. When we recently came to get his stuff, we found a U-Haul lock in a slot next to the lock we put on. When we asked the staff, they said that they did not have the key and that the U-Haul lock was required. He said he had been working there two years and they always require that lock. When I told him that we were not required to get that type of lock when we moved in, he said it was required back then also. Obviously he was lying as he was not there four years ago and I was. I called Diane, the manager to see if they had a remedy but alas more terrible service as she never called me back. Probably too embarrassed by there blatant incompetence. We had to call a locksmith to have the U-Haul lock removed for $173. I would never use this location and warn everyone to stay away.Donald M. | Overall Experience

I moved from another storage facility years ago to this one and have never had a problem. I've used uhaul many times and this experience has by far been the worst. Pick up location was amazing . The staff was helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. They were above amazing with customer service. The drop of location was the worst experience I have ever had with a business ever. The location itself was clean and tidy. Jarom/ jason not sure exactly his name. ( Light blonde/Reddish fuzzy hair in a bun on his head, wore orange bandana) and the the other man who Claimed to be the assist manager by far worst customer service from those two. You never tell or talk down to your customers. The assistant manager wouldn't reprimand his employee from be obstinate after I asked him several times to stop speaking to me. I even called Diane Talley.....useless ....she just wanted me to use online. I had to continue to tell her employees to stop telling at me so I could even speak to her. The way to this store is run is absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling and filing s formal complaint. They had one employee that went above and beyond to try and fix the situation. Angel May. He apologized even said he was sorry that I shouldn't have been treated like that. You definitely need to go through clean house and hire more people like Angel May.
