The AC in the truck constantly went in and out and my son and I had were sweating like crazy for 3 hours while driving in it. Not happy with Cx service either because when I complained about it the attitude was like “ o well”

You need to fix your reservation system, this was not the location but the Irving location, I reserved my truck at 12 days prior to my move. I was very displeased with the timeframe I was informed that I wouldn't have a truck at my selected location and if you don't have truck available you shouldn't take a reservation or your company should pull one in from a different area.

You gave my rental to someone else while I was trying to check in online so I never rented the van, and to make matters worse, your store actually charged me for a rental that I never used. Terrible customer service!

The employees emphasized customers wore masks but the employees either were wearing them on their chin or not at all. How can you make others wear a mask when they themselves aren't wearing them or wearing them incorrectly?

There was a 5 day minimum rental required, when I only wanted a two day rental. I actually returned the trailer in one day and there was no way for me to get a partial credit . A partial credit would have been nice. $330 for one day is a bit steep. The trailer was excellent. It smoothly towed my car with ease.

Was told I could bring uhaul back a little later and was then charged over $40 more. Then weeks later was charged an additional $10+ for “citations” received on dates that I did not even have the uhaul. I disputed and they charged me anyway. I tried calling and waited on hold before disconnected at 20 minutes. This is a joke.

The guy who collected my money didn't even help with adjusting the outsude mirrors that are critical for safe driving of a big uhaul. Moreover, the driver side mirror kept tilting down on the freeway which made driving extremely difficult and dangerous. The plastic covers under the seat were all broken and hanging out of place.

The van was average on cleanliness. But it had a terrible odor. It smelled so bad my passenger and I felt nauseous. I reported this when I turned it back in. I like the easy on line check out!. Check in was easy too. No problems! Put some deodorizes in you vans. It's not right for a paying customer to smell that odor!

I had provided all information on line prior during the check in process. I was still asked every questions that I had already provided. It took over 45 minutes to get through the check in process and had to request prior to leaving to get the dozen blankets I had reserved. While going out to the trailer the sales person was more dialed in to his phone than getting me out the door.

it feels sooo bad waiting to be checked out will the guys just goofing around and when I was checked out I feel I was hustled they charged me for extra 2 gallons after I added 3 gallons of gas myself for about 46 miles or so, the guy who checked me out has a very bad manor I felt I was in front of a crook, but I am sure you don't give a shit!.
