Have spare keys for vehicles. Keys were locked in the truck we rented and you said you have no spares. Not helpful at all

ADRIAN C24/7 pickup is not available at this location. Picking up keys is done in store. So if you schedule online for pickup outside of the store hours you won't have access to your truck.

SUSAN BMy issue is with the U-Haul app. On arrival in destination (San Antonio), the app had me schedule delivery and gave me options for delivery or pickup. I selected delivery and it gave me two options, delivery with moving help and Judy delivery drop of box. The delivery of box was more expensive than delivery with help. I already had help in place so I ordered just box delivery and called to correct the price. The app still thinks I owe an extra $87+ on my tab. Sorry Charlie, fix the app!

DAVID LTodd did a great job of figuring out what I needed to wire our vehicle for the trailer, since a mechanic had wired it wrongly for me. He was very accommodating. And John did a great job of fixing the wiring (wiring a new harness) to get us on our way. Kayla was great to work with as well. Very courteous!

Alejandro CWhen I booked online I booked a 10x20. I was given a reservation number and chose my move in date. When I arrived at the facility I was told there were no 10x20 available. When I booked online it doesn’t actually reserve a unit for me. As a customer, that is dumb. I was led to believe that I had reserved a 10x20 at the location that I wanted to use. Either reserve the unit for me, or tell me I can’t until I arrive. Don’t send me email confirmations that I have reserved a unit and then leave it to the local store to tell me that I don’t. JOE OI was satisfied with the installation overall, but I was not consulted about keeping the plastic cover behind the driver side wheel. Installation instructions call for trimming the plastic cover. It was just removed. I would have preferred to have had it trimmed and reinstalled. I was not consulted or informed about it. I discovered it after I left.

Dan BFirst time using U-Haul and the experience was above and beyond!!! 🌟 Setting up my truck and pick up was a breeze, paying for an estimated trip but received our money back from not miles that wasn’t used, and drop off was so simple. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and I will definitely us U-Haul again for all my trips for now on 😊😊😊

Kevin MDon't double charge your customers because you decided not to turn in the uhaul into the system until the next day. And make sure uhauls are loaded with rented items. Had to load myself.

Greg MThe transmission needs repair. Several times when trying to put the truck in Drive, it would not engage. Instead it does nothing except if you are on a slope, then it starts to roll. I was stuck in this mode once block traffic both ways because I could not get the truck into Drive. Reverse works fine. Fortunately, I did not get into an accident. One time a wrench symbol appeared on the heads up display. I assume it was something to do with the transmission.

Called every other month trying to set an appointment for a lock smith & never got a single call back about setting an appointment. Was told I’d be changed $50 for said locksmith after the U-HAUL lock that was provided, wouldn’t open with U-Haul key. Was always left feeling uncomfortable by disrespectful staff and the constant smell of cigarette smoke. I’ve been with you U-Haul for years so I could definitely tell it had everything to do with this exact location. Everyone needs training, especially the handy man that helps with trailers… he needs training on how to speak to people Correctly. Also maintaining hygiene & washing hands after smoking before touching customers belongings.

So now I had to find somewhere to park the truck and trailer for the night because I did not feel comfortable parking it at the hotel we were staying at. So now I can't move my stuff in till today which now I will be charged another day of rental for the truck. So like i said...NOT HAPPY !!!!

The other people who have the reservation are mad because they don’t have the truck because I’m not finished with it because I can’t unload it because I put the wrong lock on my own Unit and got told I have to wait for Monday for the contractor to come out and cut it or hire a locksmith. So recommend U-Haul ever again absolutely not.

I got the feeling that I was bothering the staff. There was a issue with my payment, I paid online and it was processed by my bank and I showed the attendant and I had to transfer $ from my savings to pay again. So, not a good experience!
