DAKOTA M. | First ImpressionsI use my own gate code to get into the facility and tried to leave and the code didn’t work and get told well we’re closed. That’s why! You’ll send someone out 45 minutes later no one‘s here my code works from the outside. My truck is late. The other people who have the reservation are mad because they don’t have the truck because I’m not finished with it because I can’t unload it because I put the wrong lock on my own Unit and got told I have to wait for Monday for the contractor to come out and cut it or hire a locksmith. So recommend U-Haul ever again absolutely not.
MICHAEL F. | First ImpressionsFirst off 70$ is steep, then another 8$ for insurance(why am I paying Insurance when you'll should be covered) and finally 12$ for a lock I thought was included that I will probably never use again. I got the feeling that I was bothering the staff. There was a issue with my payment, I paid online and it was processed by my bank and I showed the attendant and I had to transfer $ from my savings to pay again. So, not a good experience!
