One thing. I ordered a rental truck two days ago you charged me 100 dollar deposit. But I needed it a second day when I brought it back the next day you said there was enough money to cover both day from the 100 deposit. But when I got to the hospital I noticed on my phone that I was doubled charged and now I'm 98dlars over drawn. You charged me the 100 deposit plus the total for the two days. instead of the two days coming from the deposit. So it put my bank account overdrawn by 98 dolly. I hope you can fix that Otherwise the service was great
Steven S.This facility requires you to purchase insurance which is not listed in their initial offer. They also require you to purchase a specific lock that most people don’t have. The facility is unwilling to negotiate pricing on a given unit. Parking can be difficult as well.

I love it so as for me the drive was worth it P.S.for someone that’s moving from out of town. I really don’t know a whole lot about the city into actually find a place that’s secure and clean and customer service was very nice. I’m happy to have peace knowing that your property is going to be OK.

KENNETH R.Con el permiso del dueño de esta tienda mi comentario será de muy mal gusto para usted pero es la verdad esta tienda donde estuve casi por cuatro años manager se iban y llegaban otros nunca tuvieron una persona que se responsabilizara en su trabajo la tienda está muy sucia con cucarachas los estacionamientos demasiado sucios y la actitud de sus manager muy mala en especial de la señora Teresa Young de la tienda localizada en la 506 fesslers ln esta señora no sabe cómo ser manager ni como correr una tienda ya que no tiene autoridad para mandar a los empleados todos hacen lo que quieren y ella no dice nada a pero con los clientes si se porta de una manera grosera y nefasta no sería el único q se quejaría de ella se que tuve problemas económicos y no podía pagar lo adeudado asumo toda mi responsabilidad pero esta señora nunca tuvo la disponibilidad para arreglar la situación y prefirió cancelar el contrato con un cliente q no era nuevo ni tampoco se porto mala gente con ella ya que cada que avía un problema en la noche yo le hablaba para comunicárselo si alguien trataba de hacer algo malo en la locación le hablaba si a ella o a los empleados se les olvidaba cerrar alguna puerta o algo de valor tirado en el estacionamiento le habla y le comunicaba a esta persona nunca fui grosero con ella pero no se ni siquiera cual fue la razón de q no quisiera arreglar lo de mi adeudo que nunca me negué a pagar de lo contrario buscaba la manera para seguir haciendo negocios hasta pedí al hijo de mi esposa que rentara una unidad a nombre de él para poder tener dinero y pagar mi deuda con ustedes pero esta señora se enteró y canceló el contrato del hijo de mi señora y lo trato como una basura así q esta señora no merece estar trabajando para usted dueño de la locación porq incluso le pedi que me diera la autorización de sacar mis pertenencias y me limitó el horario y se llego el día y ni siquiera me dio un par de horas mas para poder terminar de sacar todo lo que tenia pero esta razón si se porq es que ella entra en las bodegas de los clientes y toma lo de más valor para poder venderlo y lo de más lo pone. danna S.The 10' truck was in such poor condition it needs to be junked. The door handles are broken off. The drivers seat was broken and would not move forward or backwards, the steering wheel was so damaged it was hard to hold onto. A/C contols were damaged and lastly the entire unit smelt like a ashtray. The staff was very nice but this truck is not ok to rent. Terrible

I did order 2 online - and you don't have them? I questioned that there are always dolly's in the U-Hauls that we could use - and was told they disappear and don't come back. Umm, okay, I suggest replacing them them.

Arnetta A.Customer service is just a little slow I understand that the rep gets very busy however if they focus a bit more on the person in front of them that will be great the reason why I say this is because customers are coming in to use your service meaning to rent a truck for moving or renting a storage unit and customers want to come in get the service and leave so they can get done moving so they can get the truck back on time. I am a time management kind of person and I like to be on time so that me and my family be able to move in such a way that we meet our scheduled times.

Wendy L.There is absolutely no parking here. It makes loading and unloading extremely difficult. When I got into my rental truck I found that the A/c only worked on the defrost setting. Furthermore the truck had an extremely rough idle and the rear diff was leaking fluid it was leaking so heavily in fact that when we first looked at the truck there was a puddle of diff fluid underneath it. The left front tire was at 35 PSI when it needed to be at 65. Overall not the best experience when renting a truck.
Sean M.Make sure the internet is working at the office or have an alternative so people can check out the equipment. I was delayed due to the internet being out at this location, and had to wait until it was back online to get the keys. Everything else was great.
Paul B.I will never use U Haul storage or moving again. When I first arrived to the storage unit the women immediately told me she has no units available, although I had reserved a unit and just arrived to TN from AL. After much back and forth she finally "found a unit." Then, the movers that U Haul assigned to me showed up and were completely awful. They reeked of weed and fought the entire time about who was in charge. After everything was moved into the unit, the storage unit manager then proceeded to tell me I had to drop the truck off at a DIFFERENT location. It was nearly 5pm at this point and she said I could call the scheduling department to see if I could get it switched to the 506 Fesslers lane. Thankfully that was able to be arranged. The whole experience was a nightmare and like I said, I will never be using U haul moving, storage or movers ever again and will share my experience with others.

We showed up to the drop off location after driving all day and was told we could not drop off at this location although this was the location my storage unit was located in. I did not find this out until closer to 5pm when I was instructed to call the scheduling department to see if I could switch the drop off location. After being on hold for 20 mins, thankfully I was able to switch the location. Very very poor organization and customer service.

But the wonderful lady at the desk told me she was gonna take care of everything :-) she was amazing!!!! if you're not a professional truck driver I do not recommend that drop off spot.

Firstly - this employee smokes next to the business doors, instead of adhering to a 20ft distance policy. Non smokers don’t enjoy smelling that, and it makes the facility feel “lesser than.” Second - this same employee closed the doors on us at 6:59pm on a close time of 7pm. We exited the elevator prolly around 7:02? She stood there, looked at us, I knocked, she ignored us. Then waved us off to go to a small hallway door. Then she walked outside and argued with my fiancé about. Eventually speeding off in her car. Problem is - she spent more time telling us why she wasn’t going to open than doors then it would have taken for her to briefly open and close the doors again. It’s poor service. Frankly, unacceptable in regard to common sense communication and actions taken by the employee. Maybe she isn’t paid enough to care, or she simply doesn’t care about client experience in general. Elevator was a pain I had to keep swipping the card also the parking lot is to small and to top my experience they said that I had a balance of 139.00 but they didn't know why my balance was so high because I paid a 80.00 deposit and a 155.00 deposit and 78.00 for the same truck!!!
