THOMAS F | First ImpressionsI’m very frustrated because when I chose this location, I strictly chose it because they gave me an internal first floor storage unit and when I got to the unit, they changed up the contract and said they only had a 10‘ x 12 1/2foot available on the third floor or basement. This was literally a lie online and was extremely frustrated but had no choice because I had to get the furniture in a storage unit. As a result, my daughter will have to deal with a third story storage unit. Overall, it’s a clean unit and appears secure but very frustrated with customer service because they did not come through on what the online service said they were gonna do.

Taylor seemed uninterested in helping me with the discrepancies I had between the website, phone customer service and the way they worked in the store. The other lady (I think her name was Natasha?) was extremely helpful as when I asked her not to leave to go on her rounds yet, she didn’t. She sat down and got on your website to see what I had been trying to explain about my discount and then some. Kudos to her!!!
