When customers return rentals during business hours, the final inspection should be conducted then and there. My rental apparently had two inspections, one while I was returning the vehicle and a second after I left that resulted in a $75 fine. With no way to defend myself, having already begun a move several hundred miles away, I had no choice but to take hit. If the business had said something while I was still at the facility, it might have been a different story. Ultimately, it felt a bit like I was being scammed out of extra money, whether that was the case or not.Robert A.

There needs to be an option not as electronically based so that â€œolder, less tech savvyâ€ renters aren't made to feel like they just came out of a cave. I had issues with my camera and your agent would not bypass the need for taking a photo of the front and back of my driver's license even though I had it right in front of her. I had an awful experience. I also filed a complaint and was told that someone had to reply within 48 hours and they still haven't called me! Next time I will use Penske even if it is more expensive. John and his team were wonderful to work with!!! My son had stored his personal belongs at this facility, shortly thereafter my son was involved in a horrific car accident. He has two broken ankles three surgeries so far with two to three more required. Broken back that required three surgeries, and multiple other injuries. He was in the Trauma unit at Vanderbilt for months. John worked with me on his storage and late fees that my son had accumulated due to the accident. John was extremely carrying and genuinely concerned and went way above the call of duty. John is the best Customer Service Manager that I have ever had the honor to work with.
