The staff is very friendly, much nicer than the experience I had in that store with the prior manager a little over 5 years ago before Ms. Solano started managing the business. The bathroom in the storage unit area was not clean. The storage unit I was given was not clean but once I brought it to the attention of management I was given a new clean unit. I appreciated how quickly the issue was resolved.

I had a very difficult time retrieving the key. The app wouldn’t load photos I took so I wasn’t able to document the condition of the rental or the mileage in the app. I wasn’t able to get help from an employee because the one person I could find was busy. The help agent in the app just directed me to finding someone in store. When I arrived for drop off an employee told me to just leave the keys in the vehicle and I was all set. I ended up being charged for 99.8 miles which is IMPOSSIBLE for the amount of driving I did. I’m incredibly disappointed. I feel scammed. I tried reaching out to speak to someone and I was immediately put on hold. I’m hopeful my negative experience was just a fluke. But this fluke cost me over $100 more than I’d budgeted for. Which is A LOT especially when you’re in the process of moving. I understand that staffing is a tricky situation. But this was unacceptable.
Amelia BMobile pick up is not convenient at all. The locks don’t open even when correct code is entered. Had to wait until the location opened anyway, and employee said “that’s just how these locks are, difficult to open.” Why doesn’t U-Haul get keyless entry or some other system instead of janky word locks that don’t open even when code entered correctly? This delay made me late with the truck to meet movers, adding to my overall moving stress, not fun.

Because the 8-day rental period exceeded a regional policy, my rental was referred to a regional agent. The regional agent refused to confirm my reservation until the day before I was scheduled to pick up the trailer. This delay caused me significant stress, and I started to seek an alternate source for my rental. I strongly suggest UHaul fix this policy of intentional delay.

Emad QI have moved over 20 times in the past 35 yrs and I was impressed with the customer service, not only that I received, but the other 3 or 4 customers that were in line too. I went the day before to reserve the truck. I saw one employee cleaning and checking in a truck that had just been dropped off. The gentleman that took my reservation was very courteous, helpful and informative. The following day, I arrived at 8:00 a.m. to pick up the truck. As I was in line, I noticed the comradery amongst all the employees. One of the employees that came in from the outside to drop off keys on the board, say hi to all of us and wished us a great day and happy 4th. I was impressed! What was more impressive, as I was approaching the counter, I noticed it was the employee that was cleaning the truck the day before, she was the "General Manager"!! Now that's leading by example. I talked to other employees about my experience, and they all spoke very highly about Nicole. Keep up the great work! I'll definitely will recommend this Uhaul store. They said that they would give us a fuel credit and update the reservation so that we were not charged extra.

The only thing that is going to happen is I’m never using U-Haul ever again and I’ll tell this story to everyone I know and tell them about your poorly maintained equipment and not to use U-Haul.

I stored my stuff there for two weeks after which was told to move my stuff out and that they no longer would rent to me all because someone tried to break into my storage, and I let them know that there was a issue after which the manager disappeared and then the fallowing day was asked to move out since they would no longer be renting to me. It’s not my fault someone tried to break into my unit, they are suppose to have security however I only saw security kne time and the staff could not care less about their jobs or keeping anything clean or secure. I pay to keep my belongings safe in a storage with security and even make sure to get s goid insurance plan since i know how things happen. So I don’t understsnd why I have to leave anc they didn’t even care ny unit was broken into. The key pads and swipe cards never work correctly for both the building, the bathroom? Or the unit, the doors are always open even after hours, and the lights never stay kn or come on when they are supposed to go. Needless to say my experience at this location was horrible and I will not ever refer them or return to this location.

Homeless people stay around the property and nothing is done about it at all! Staff wasn’t helpful just said to make a police report! Then two weeks ago I was informed that they were no longer using the outside storage units and I had to relocate all my things to a storage unit nearby or use a storage box. Had they let me know sooner I would have made plans but given short notice they moved all my things to a u-storage box and didn’t even call me to let me know they had done it! I would 0/10 recommend this storage unit to anyone! If you want your unit constantly being ransacked and everytime you visit your lock is damaged due to someone attempting to pick it then this would definitely be the storage location for you!
