Went to return uhaul truck and during drop off process the website crashes. No uhaul website would work, phone calls would no go through to any location and also tried to call the general manager number posted on the door. Waited 30 minutes trying to get through to someone with no luck. Ended up dropping key in drop box folded up in lease agreement and wrote a note. Did not call to apologize for any inconvenience only call to ask if I still had the key. Very unprofessional. One worker that morning seem to be pretty nice and professional but the worker that came in to help was very fast in talking details and felt very rushed during the transaction. He did not seem like he liked his job very much he may seek another opportunity somewhere else where he may be a better fit.NOEL P.

The container that Sacramento Uhaul gave me was a very old container. As I mentioned several times, the locks had to be re-positioned after I had filled the container just so it would lock. You could see that was done prior for other customer's before I even received the box and it needed to be done again after all contents were removed. They at least sent someone to do that in Sacramento but didn't care about that after in Colorado as I had to put all the blankets in the trunk of my car so that they wouldn't get stolen since I couldn't lock it up.dawna M.

The trailer that was rented to us was missing side marker lights making it hard to see it at night. The back ramps could not be secured or locked while in transport. However, the customer service rep who checked us in was great in resolving our issues.SAMANTHA S.

I pulled into the driveway and waited at the "park your equipment here" sign for over 15 minutes. I called the number and it went to the call center, who could not get a hold of anyone at the facility either. There appeared 2 employees smoking a cigarette and looking at their phones . the employees there just walked by my car without even looking at me, even though a line of customers had formed behind me. I went inside and there was only one person at the desk. They acknowledged me, and I was finally allowed to return the trailer. Not too happy with this experience.William F.

They put me in an extremely dangerous situation on the road with a truck that was seriously damaged mechanically (not something the prior renters could have done). Then as I was exchanging the broken truck, after almost getting killed on the road, they offered the truck to another customer!! Their only "solution" was to say they didn't have another one-way rental, but a round trip, which ended up costing me an additional $155 in mover time due to the delays and two additional hours at 10pm to return it. Oh, and a $15 discount. I would like a full refund.RACHAEL R.
One of the most important problems I experienced was the "Communication". It was almost impossible to get someone on the phone to give you an answer. a lot of wasted time with no result. I had to keep my boxes in storage for a few months the and twice because of the mistakes by UHaul I had to endure loss of a lot of time and energy to rectify.Mort M.

This is an amazing location. The GM was very helpful and went out of her way to help me with my reservation. I was going to go to public storage, but the staff there was so rude, so I went to U-Haul and I needed storage so they told me about the U-box and how it works and so I went for it and was excited about where the location and the cleanliness of this U-Haul was and the staff was terrific. the contactless check in process did not work for me so I had to go. In addition, it would have been nice for the employee to mention if I knew the procedure for returning the truck. I asked and the person said I would get a text but I never did. Perhaps this is a technical issue that needs to get fixed. However, final payment went smoothly so no complaints there.ASHLEY S.

Tony at6 the traffic control center did not follow through and make sure that my containers got delivered to the sunset location for loading. I had to rent a truck (currently at my cost - have disputed the charges) load my goods and drive them across town to this location and load them into the containers (only needed 3 out of 6). Trucks should be rented with full tank. It only benefits u-haul to rent trucks with varying degrees of fuel in the tank. If you can calculate how much to charge me for under fills then you can calculate my refunds for overfills. You are ripping off your customers.FERNANDO A C.
