Received a reminder/confirmation call before pickup from a young man, Very poor phone etiquette. During pick up, the gentleman that helped me and set up the trailer was friendly and patient. When I dropped off the trailer, 2 employees were busy chatting and we were not greeted. Acted like we were interrupting. Then the man who came to remove the trailer, didn’t even remove it. My boyfriend unhooked everything. The man was smoking a cigarette and never even made eye contact. Extremely poor customer service and manners. U-Haul at this location sets the bar very low for employment. Train your workers.

They only think was that when I picked up the truck they guy told me not to worry with the engine lit because it was missing a CO2 sensor and they knew it. I was a little uneasy but I had no problems with the truck. Only 25 miles in town.

Overall my experience was very positive. The only negatives where that it took more than an hour to execute the contract because of a computer glitch and the location needs more staff. The two gentlemen working did a great job but the volume of customers was more than two people could reasonably handle. A third of fourth person to check people in and out of the rentals would greatly increase efficiency.

It was lunchtime and only ONE employee available for the whole large facility. Waited 20 minutes and finally, a new person arrived and did everything to get us out of there quickly. Very satisfied with that service once the employee got there. I would expect such a large facility to have more than one person available at lunchtime.

At this location, I had to pull up to an open gate, park, and wait for someone to come out. The gentleman, who did come out, was good at his job and the handoff was surprisingly easy.

I would vhwve likevyo know The hold on my debit card would take 3-10business days . I need my money and wasn't informed how long this would take or else i wouldnt have paid all cash, I would've let u guys keep the money u already charged on card and little bit remainder cash. Now I'm out of cash and money on card til it decides to pop up back on my card.

Ask for Shaun-best in The business for Uhaul. I’ve worked with Shaun over six years with Uhaul as A moving company and I cannot tell you how invaluable he is. Second time I used this location and like last time, very good service. Courteous reps when getting signed up and when returning. Look forward to when they have the indoor storage ready to go. Will use this location again.

Unit we were quoted was not available because it died and wouldn't restart. Prices came out twice as much the quoted amount. (As always) Staff had to rewrite the contract 3 times because they didn't know what they were doing because computer kept giving error, waisted 2 hours just to rent a van and trailer. If I wasnt under a severe time deadline I would not have used Uhaul. This company sucks everytime.

there wasn't any room to park the truck. we had to ask the guy i front of us to pull up in order for us to squeeze the truck in.

We set up an appointment to pick up on the uhaul app before opening but when I showed up at 8am there was no truck available for me as promised. I had to pay the workers helping me an extra hour because I wasn't able to pick up the truck until 930( waiting until 9 to open then going through paperwork). When I mentioned to the cleck he merely said "Yeah, I'm mad at night guys. They left a lot for us to do as well". He was nice enough but WTF? You literally cost me an extra $150 and that's all you can say. I won't be using uhaul again.

There were 2 changes in location for pick up within 48 hours of the date of pick up. Actually showed up at the 2nd location the morning of the reservation and was told the reservation was for the following day. I had written confirmation that we arrived on the correct day. They sent us back to the North Freeway location, which was our original requested location. When we arrived, no mention or apology was made for your lack of communication or error. We finally got the truck nearly 2 hours after our scheduled pick up time. Poor communication, below average customer service. We would not choose to use this location again.

All the Staff very attentive on the customers and they work very hard to get everyone out as fast as they can..sometimes the computers are really slow, but is not the employees fault.. The truck was nice but the car dolly was only adequate. The strap tensioner were rusty and the attendant could not demonstrate it properly. I’m sure the attendant knew how to do it but because of the condition he was unable to show me. Fortunately when it came time for me to use the dolly I found a friend that knew how to do it and it worked fine.

Pods were delivered to home, but no one in office was clear about the price $60-$90 ?beat up and most of them missing the included moving pads. Decided not to use them and they charged us trucking fee
