My reservation was made to Woodland site. After arriving there, i was told that they do not have my reservation, and my pick up is changed to the Sacramento site, which is 30 minutes driving.Yifan C.

I was overcharged and when I went to ask what these extra charges were for I wasn't given an answer I returned the equipment in better condition than what I received it and they still tried to tell me there is a cleaning fee. Super disappointed yes it's easy to get equipment from them but be careful they always try to charge you for extras without you knowingNANCY R.

Though our original trailer pick-up location that we had reserved a trailer with in Woodland didn't have a trailer available for us when we showed up, they were able to find a new location about 30 minutes drive in Sacramento and the folks there were very helpful. It would have been much more helpful to have our reservation accepted at a location that actually had a trailer. We will not use the Woodland location again.Bruce D.

The agent (Alexandria Alexander on the contract) was really helpful and showed me some safe procedures I had not learned before, like twist the chain to shorten it and drive a few feet then double check the torque on the ball. Truck was wedged behind another truck so we couldn't even get it out. Had to walk all the way back inside to get them to move it - no apology for inconvenience. Provide more parking at this location, so people have a place to park while they go into the office. It seems the few spaces out front are taken up by employee parking. Also person who checked me out was vague, didn't explain entire process of the charges.Gina D.

I was charged $40 for an extra day when I returned the truck the next day. Not sure why I was charged an extra day especially when my truck was given to me later than my pickup time the day before and resulted in me being late to work.Joseph R.

I was greeted by Alexandria when I arrived. She took care of me quickly so I could get on my way. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She was also the person I dropped the van off with when I was done . She did a great job she knew her job well. I am in guest experience for a major Barbecue company corporate and I really appreciate when I receive great service . I hope you recognizes team members when they do well. I had accidentally locked my bag in the cab of the truck at the store and notice it after I had put the keys is the overnight drop box. I was thinking it was going to be safe for the night, but when I arrived in the morning. nobody knew about any bag. I kept pushing to have them look around and suggest maybe someone through it away. Come to find out they did and it clearly had been gone through. Luckily nothing was stolen, but I think they when holding it for later. I will never go to that store again!Michael B.

I had question on final bill/receipt contract no: 25712198. I was charged $30 fuel service fee and $32.25 for 4GL of fuel just for driving 12 miles cargo van!!! I called customer care and inquired about it, call was put on hold because operator wanted to talk to supervisor, I waited for almost 10 mins and didn't get any response and it was ended or cut deliberately !!!Praveen G.

Uhaul trailer was clean but Jesus cleared everything out while I waited. We were doing same day drop off instead of a two day rental. There was nothing anyone could do about the two day rental and price even though I didn't need the trailer but a few hours that day.Jeni D.

Overall I had a good experience and everyone I worked with was pleasant and helpful, but I had so much confusion when I tried to change my shipping destination and no one seemed to be on the same page which just made everything more confusing. There should be a way to change the destination online and have that change be reflected on all the paperwork associated with the shipment!Davia K.
