When I made my reservation I was assured that the truck would be ready with the hitch at 4:30. When I arrived the truck was not ready the hitch was not on the truck. And the gentleman at the desk had no idea what I was talking about. This took some time which made it difficult for me to be on time at my residence for the gentleman to start packing up the truck I only had a two and a half hour window by the time I left U-Haul it was close to 6:00 p.m. . The crew to Pack the truck was only going to be there from 5:00 to 7:00. After finally getting the truck there was a problem with the backup mechanism. We were so frustrated the driver said I don't have time to take it back I'm just not going to have to back up the whole entire trip. I have never rented with U-Haul. I've always rented with Enterprise truck rental and never had an issue. The time that it took to get my reservation in order the hitch on the truck cost me money. I had to call relatives to help me load the truck. I'm sorry I can't say that it was a pleasant experience. Although the manager she was great! She apologized profusely. I appreciate it that. No additional discount was given.

15 ft trucks steering was loose. Hard to keep straight. No regrets, as we only had to use for 12 miles; but wouldn't want to take on a longer trip.

Arrived a few minutes after closing and could not speak to anyone so had to use the app, but there was an issue so had to call UHaul and was told it was a 60 minute wait; unacceptable. Fortunately a young man came to the door after I knock and sorted me out; had he not, I would have been in real trouble.

Great service all done in one day and looks great. Only advice I would give is to please make sure to wipe down the interior of the vehicle. My light gray interior and steering wheel was covered in dirt & grim.

When I picked up the trailer, the checkout process seemed to take longer than necessary considering I completed everything online first. Then, the representative couldn’t locate the trailer. Upon return, the manager parked the trailer using my vehicle and said I would receive a receipt in an email. Instead, I received a phone asking if I’ve returned the trailer. Not very organized.

There were workers there cleaning out some Trucks. No one acknowledged my arrival. Not even a nod or a wave. Even at a busy airport rental return you’re acknowledged at arrival The inside of the location was dimly lit. The counter was at the extreme end of this large store. Centrally located counter might help and at least a better lit counter area.

the after hours policy seems a little sneaky when you give someone a 6 hour rental from 2-8 and then charge them for having it back by the return time just because you closed at 7. why is there even a charge for returning it after closing hours? did this somehow cost the company more money? the answer is "no it didn't, and this is an obvious money grab" I would appreciate a reply on this topic instead of making a complaint.

Scamming ass location keeps charging my card for shit that I already paid for then charging me an after hour fee when I brought my shit back before closing hours and a incompetent mother fucker didn’t check my shit in when he was suppose to…reached out 3 times and asked for a manger and haven’t heard anything back. Have more help behind the counter on busy days. It was a Saturday morning pickup and there was only one person working. She was incredibly efficient and doing everything she could to move things along, but there were about 7 or 8 customers there in line and the wait was longer than it needed to be if she just had some help.

Pickup was a disaster. I reserved truck for an 8pm pickup. Location was closed and didn't allow for mobile pickup. Why would Uhaul allow me to reserve it for 8pm if there was no way I could pick up at 8pm. Rented from another location the next morning where we were treated rudely by an employee that looked strung out on drugs. This is the last time I will use Uhaul. Horrible experience all the way around.

THE RESAON I SAID OVERALL EXPERIENCE AT THIS U-HAUL WAS, IT SEEMS THE STAFF WAS OVER WORKED DUE TO LACK OF STAFF. ONE TIME I WAS THERE TO MAKE A PAYMENT AND WAITED FOR HOUR FOURTY-FIVE MINUTES. LEFT AND CAME BACK THE WAIT TIME WAS HALF HOUR I WAITED DUE TO BILL HAD TO GET PAID. MY SUGGESTION HIRE MORE PEOPLE THE PLACE WOULD BE AWSOME.

Well you got dead mice in your storage unit and the hallways and it smells like mice in there and we had this problem last year 2 years ago but I was incarcerated at the time and then I didn't get to put my claim in for my storage unit that you guys took because I was incarcerated on top of yes well and it is just in me dirty but you're convenient when you're right around the corner so yes it's every game of a little bit more and get the roads out.

My stuff was eaten up by mice there is mice boop on most of my things, they ate through a lot of my clothes my boxes are shredded, I reported it and got threatened by the manager Ms. Mary that is there now to lock my unit if I didn't pay full price and it wasn't time to pay, so I just took my stuff out. Will never use them again. The sold one of my units that I had without letting me know. And I only had it for 4 months. The other unit I had there for over 10 years. For some reason they started selling people stuff and threatening them for more money saying the policy changed if you don't pay by the first of the month the can lock your unit and sell it if you don't pay full price by the 5 the of the month. Never got that note but I took my stuff out. They refuse to give me the insurance information and I asked for it since my stuff is destroyed. Never given that either and insurance was paid for.

First I rented a unit and moved from Tennessee when I got here my unit was rented out I then had to rent a unit half the size bc it was all that was left and had the donate and get rid of half my belongings. Then I stores my computer equipment in what I was told was an environmental controlled unit, went to pick things up months later to play on a computer and the unit was 100 degrees. So I then rented a truck from this facility, loaded my unit up told them I was closing my unit left with my stuff, dropped the truck off and was over charged for the truck and then kept rcving bills for a unit I closed out!

I had absolutely the best experience possible with Marlo. She was so helpful so understanding and she went above and beyond for me and my family. I couldn’t thank her more for all of her help absolutely an outstanding employee. I would hire her for my own personal business, any day of the year. The company has an extremely valuable asset, keeping her as an employee for the company.

I have been with them for years I move around alot, just to come and check on my unit and the lock was changed, then I couldn't pay for one month and never got a call but when I called to make a payment was told I had to come and move my things out of the unit before they put it on auction. I had 72 hours to move it during Thanksgiving day holiday. There was no lights in the area the hours was changed for the holiday and there was no employees area for any kind of help. I got a call about beds left in the unit , no one was there for me to rent a truck from at that time. But was told they will charge it to my sons account, that isn't his agreement with them. The people are shady

Not understanding still how I was told because I paid for a friends u-haul truck rental that I was liable for monthly bills from Dec-April. I never checked my bank statement but was told to screw off when I said something about it. The rental was never my own. I am still contemplating legally resolving this matter. I recommended this place but cube smart will be my future go to.

Between the Gentleman that helped setting me up with my storage (I believe it was Joseph) and the one (Kevin) that helped close us out and sent off in a tow trailer; I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Everyone was wonderful there. I allowed a friend access to my storage which gt me kicked out. I was required to vacate on feb 12th and was not given money back for days paid. I felt I should have been compensated or allowed to stay until the end of the term paid. I wound up having most of my belongings stolen because they were put outside. I was given only hours notice and I had no car to move my belongings. I am homeless so everything I owned was in that storage. I am now starting over from basically nothing.

Your rental trucks are priced Extremely high, for a one-way. Where budget rental trucks were $1000 cheaper than yours. Thankful, For the gentleman that assisted me that day of Friday, February 24 he was very helpful and understanding regarding the price differences between the two companies.

There were I few safety issues with this facility, And they block the garage entrance door with trucks and or trailers making it harder for people to get stuff inside ..chains on the docks is definitely a safety concern..definitely needs to be addressed

Access code to get in does not work. Had to wait for someone to let me in every time. Since access code does not work I can only come while someone is in the office, which decreased my moving/ ccess time from 10pm to 5pm. The employee said this is a common problem at the facility. If unresolved I will be moving my belongings which is a great inconvenience!

We reserved a unit a month in advance and were told the day we were moving in that the unit we reserved doesn’t exist, despite us calling the day prior to confirm. Then the unit was not the size we wanted but had no choice but to move in anyway. We asked for the price we reserved but were told that we would have to pay more. Then I look online and it’s more than the price that was quoted to us for the unit we moved into. NOT HAPPY
