Not enough help at check in-had to wait too long. Workers kept getting up to go into the parking lot while a long line formed. Staff were friendly. Get more help for peak times.

Waited in line for a half an hour just to pick up my uhaul I already rented online. This made me late to start moving where everyone was waiting for us. Then dropping it off it took 20 minutes in line just to turn the keys in. The workers were nice but you could tell they were overwhelmed. On a busy Saturday this location needs more workers.

I was double charged on 8/16 for a truck rental. I have been renting continuously for over a year, and was disappointed by the lack of response. When I realized I had been doubled charged, I made five separate phone calls to customer service without anyone providing proper assistance. During one call, I was left on hold for 30 minutes without anyone providing an update. I never received any sort of resolution A charge was made against my credit card in the amount of $1263, without my authorization. I would like to discuss this matter with a member of senior management.

The latch on our truck was defective. It opened during our move and our things fell onto the street, some things were broken. I tried to call the call center. I spoke with Sharon, who was completely rude and insensitive. All she could tell me was to call the roadside assistance to get our time to return the truck extended. I called the roadside assistance and was on hold for 30 mins while I was trying to move! I never reached a representative. It was a horrible experience and I lost some sentimental things in the process. I think I will go to another service my next move. The gentlemen in the location were nice but your call center and roadside assistance are horrible. Sharon was the worst rep ever!

My experience with the phone app drop off was horrendous. After an hour of trying repeatedly to get into the system, only to be told again and again that my contract didn't exist, I had to leave the truck overnight and return the following morning, which was not convenient. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, so check out during business hours is wonderful, but the phone app is TERRIBLE. It also takes about five minutes for the app to download.
