Performed express online checkin and then waited 45 minutes to get the keys to the truck anyway and had to go through the whole checkin process again. What a waste of time! People working counter were rude, could care less that there was a long line, and attempted to overcharge me 100 dollars.

Not sure if anything can be done but at the end of the day Friday and Saturday when picking up and dropping off the returns area was very congested.

The lady working the desk had really nasty scans on her face that were bleeding , she didn’t have a mask or gloves in and was scratching her face then had the nerve to touch my ID and CC. With everything going on right now and the way her scabs were bleeding that was unsanitary

I booked a trailer in line, they changed the pick up location from Norristown to Glenside. I called them and rebooked for Norristown to pick up Sunday at 9:00am. I looked online and they changed my pick up time to 2:45pm. I called back and they didn’t have the trailer I wanted but booked me a bigger one for the same price. When I went to pick it up they charged me full price and had to re-enter my information for the trailer 3 times, even though I checked in on line. I was the second customer in the morning and they were already frazzled. This place is a logistical nightmare.

On a busy Saturday morning there needs to be a quicker pickup policy. It took one hour to wait in line to pickup. There were only 2 people working and one was filling propane tanks.

Make sure you have your employees accurately notate the milage during truck drop-off. I was charged $100 more than I was supposed to. so they "canceled" that transaction after calling in about their error and they charged my card AGAIN, this time for the correct price. so those plus the $60 estimated rate/charge from the beginning when reserving truck make THREE different pending charges on my card. It should've been a simple $68 charge and done. but now my card has been charged for about $300 in total. This is completely unacceptable. I expect my money back as soon as possible. Does U-Haul have anything to say about this at all?

The trailer I picked up had one of the running tail lights out. All the rest worked, just the one running tail light. So I returned the trailer because I was planning on doing some driving at night.

Listen to the customer. When I got there the service rep on the phone messed up my reservation and once I did get it straight, I just got handed keys and had to ask for the equipment I rent as well. Phone rep didn’t help me and sent an email and told me to reply and she didn’t respond. I would start to look at newer services out there. U-Haul is starting to not be customer first. Sad after using them for over 20 years
