I was overcharged for fuel. Contract indicated tank was full when it was only 3/4 full. I brought it to the gage reading slightly under 3/4. I received my receipt via email. I was charged for15 gallons.christopher M.

It would have been helpful to get a demonstration of hooking up the trailer to the hitch, and tips on the best way to load and unload with a trailer. Also, the stem coming from the trailer is too long, it results in not being able to back up for unloading. We had to unhook the trailer to load and when we were done, trying to hook the trailer back to the hitch was a nightmare. Almost resulted in a hernia!Solace D.

Three things happened with my reservation. 1) I have reserved the furniture dolly which wasn't available at time of my pick up. I have to buy brand new one to finish my move. 2) The gas was below the quarter tank but the reading said it is above the quarter tank. 3) Finally, this is most important thing. I rented the one way truck and I filled the full gas tank, just wanted to feel safe and not to stop in between and by the time I reach my destination the gas level is close to three quarters of tank. I lost close to 12 gallons of money. I Know it is written in the contract that UHAUL is not responsible for the extra gas but there is some clause for these kind of situations. I called customer service and they were not responsive as well as they were referring back to the contract. I feel if this is the case may be you should the low gas charge as well to make it right for the customers. Apart from the above three, every thing else went fine with my reservation and truck was good as well. I hope UHAUL will make some kind adjustments to the contract in future to help customers.PRUDHVI C.

The staff was just amazingly friendly and helpful. When checking in, browsing for extra supplies and even when we called prior to coming in they were â€˜all' just amazingly customer focused. The fact we had no reservation, still had a truck for rental, the equipment was clean and ready for use goes to show how they are managed to three to ensure they are ready to assist your moving needs.
