This is my "go-to" location for truck rental, even after moving out of the immediate area. I have never had any trouble with the staff or equipment. The only difficulty I had was in returning the vehicle after hours. The app requires a photo of the dash to confirm the mileage, but after 10 attempts, I could not get it to accept the photo. So, I ended up just depositing the key in the dropbox and leaving.John J.

I've used this location twice, first time the equipment that was ordered (dolly etc) was not left in the truck even though we pre paid for it, second time we were charged to fill the tank even though we got the truck with 3/4 tank. Staff not personable either. Will not use again.Rayk S.

I reserved a 26 ft truck and had everything calculated for a 26 ft truck. This center gave me a 20 ft truck without telling me. My load didn't fit necessating second trip. The extra trip required me to pay an extra hour of $130 to my movers. When I brought the truck back,this center had the gal to charge me full milage and fast for the additional trip! Due to the Hurricane on Wednesday evening (9/2 5pm reservation time) we called this location and asked if we could come Thursday morning to be safe and were told perfectly fine until 9am. On the way to pick up the truck our reservation was canceled. We had to struggle to get any truck that morning to move our son to college despite what we were told by phone the prior day. The clerk at the store was wonderful allowing us to get a truck even though the system didn't want to give it us.Brian N.

Have you ever asked "friends" to help you move and they never showed up? Of course, you have. Well, obviously, U-Haul have those kind of friends, too. The equipment I rented was never used and it was such a pleasure to see, without asking, I was given some slack on my rental. I rented a 10' truck. The driver's seat back angle adjustment did not work. The seat back lever was loose or broken. I am a small person and could barely reach the steering wheel. When I entered the store to pick up my key (after checking out on my phone using the Uhaul Share feature), two employees saw me and neither said hello, welcome, or How can I help you. As I stood waiting at the desk, the employee didn't look up from his computer until I introduced myself and asked for the key. I'm not looking for fake friendliness - just some common courtesy which was sorely lacking. It made me feel like I was doing something wrong.Maximillian E.

Not waiting in line saves time especially during a return when people are likely tired and wanting to get to their final destination. Thanks! The drivers and passages seat was full of cat or dog hair and the van smelled like animal urine. Because of the smell I drove with the windows down in the poring rain. I mentioned it to the staff at Uhaul and no one seem concerned about it.Joshua R.

The UShare experience was horrible. Without it being through an app it was too slow to be more valuable than dealing with a person. Further the â€œauthorizationâ€ process with having multiple points of contact OR a passport is WAY over the top and far exceeds nominal rental requirements. The â€œapprovalâ€ process was too slow to complete. Why does every person I know need to know that I'm renting a UHaul truck (2 separate people + my company)?! This facility was way too understaffed to manage the volume of business running through it. Even after competing the â€œushareâ€ process I then had to wait 20 minutes to get through the massive queue of people to get my key to the truck. The truck's handling was the worst I've ever experienced with a uhaul. The AC barely worked. This single experience with so many points of failure has seriously degraded my perception of Uhaul overall. I have always defaulted to uhaul for any emergent needs I may have, but next time I'm certainly I'll be thinking twice about my options.Jason B.

Rent a trailer had the hitch and assuming the plug was universal on the trailer get there to find out that I needed an adapter which very convenient the sell it at the store ðŸ¤” , try to return it. This is not so much a knock on this specific U-Haul location but our experience with U-Haul corporate was the worst in over 10 years I've been using U-Haul. We had our reservation time and truck size changed 3 times in 1 week! If I need a truck at 8:00am and you say its available, do NOT change it to 5:00 PM of that day. What was more annoying is when we showed up to the location the rep explained they always have a 15ft truck available even though the U-Haul website said it wasn't. I'm not sure why there is such a discrepancy between the website and the actual locations but U-Haul needs change how both of these entities operate. Very disappointedAndrew K.

shady practices. I was charged for the dolly which was never used, still had the seal on, the "share" app had problems in uploading odometer picture after 15 attempts and customer support not able to help i was forced to drop it off without going through the return process so got charged for that. I picked up the truck at 1/4 fuel level dropped it off at 1/4 level still got charged for 4 gals if fuel. I had filled it up with 4 gals right before dropping it off so some how they can justify that a 15ft box truck can burn 8 gals of fuel in 26 miles. Stay away from this branch and do not rely on the after hour drop off serviceMuhammad A.

I had a truck reserved and went to the location 20 mins early. Representative was so rude and told I was early and made me wait for 20 mins. After 20 mins he said there were no trucks available and he was expecting something back in about 15 mins. Made me wait for another 20 mins and still no truck Finally another representative gave me another truck after 45 mins of waiting and this truck was there in the parking lot whole time I was in the lobby. Not sure why they did not offer me at the first place.could have saved approximately one hourvinay V.
