Had it not been for Tristan, this facility would have received a lower mark. Some substitute employee, from a different facility, gave our RESERVED unit to someone else. It was the last one in the size we needed. Tristan jumped into action finding us two units that met our needs, at a discounted price, gave us a free month of rent, and a free lock for the extra unit. Tristan worked hard to solve this issue. The other regular staff are amazing and are very customer service oriented. There were no furniture pads included at all. Why would u haul ever advertise this if it was a lie. Then the location shipping to in Arizona double charged me $1447 on 4/16 and I still don't have this money in my account. They lied at the Litchfield Park location saying full refund was processed on 4/16 and told me to call my bank. I called my bank 4/20 and they confirmed no refund was even initiated. Calling back the Litchfield Park location didn't answer and I got through to Corporate after holding an hour. Corporate then confirmed a refund was still under review and not even processed. I expect UHaul to remedy this. I should not be charged May rent for the UBox as UHaul ruined my chances of getting into a home in April by wrongfully taking my home deposit. They should be putting in notes for free delivery once I can get into a home also. I hope action is taken soon.Destinee R.

My experience was, I reserved a 10 foot truck at Armor Storage on north 72 nd Street in Omaha, NE A at 10 AM. Place was closed when I arrived. Previous driver locked truck keys in the cargo area and then pad locked the door. Called another Armor Storage and was told I would receive a code to get a key from the black box but it was opened and empty. Down town office called me so had to find a ride to get there. All was about ready when I arrived. Just needed a hand truck put inside. Down town made sure I had a truck but with no transportation of my own wasn't easy to find. I choose the first location as was across the street from me. I am 65 years old so getting around isn't simple for me. All I wanted to do was pick up some furniture I bought. We had a problem with renting our Uhaul. Something from 2012 came up that was not myself but my ex-husband stealing my identity. Your employees were so disrespectful when we came back after calling number and dealing with it. When your company says it will be a five minute wait to update computers, I expect to be able to rent after the five minutes. We actually waited 10 minutes just to be on safe side. The second person to help us did not want to rent to us and had a horrible attitude while we filled out the paper work. He did not welcome us nor thanked us for useing Uhaul. We have used this location twice since it opened do not know if we will be back a third time.Dennis R.

Wish they would have spent a few minutes walking through how to operate the truck. Things like mirror and seat controls are different than your typical passenger car. Also, I was not aware nor was I informed there was no locking mechanism for the back gate of the truck. Being a cross country trip, of course i'm not going to want to leave it full of stuff with no lock so I had to go back and purchase a padlock. UHaul should provide a lock as standard for a cross country trip, or equip the trucks with a built-in lock.GARY D.

Cab of van wasn't clean but cargo area was very clean. Normally equipment is clean both in cab and cargo area - mud in cab between seats and passenger side. Spilled something (?) passenger door and window. We wiped down interior doors both sides as best as we could before loading vehicle. The first time was the worst time with your company. I was given a wrong quote for my truck and storage space. Robert Danner was the best in changing the whole bad situation into a better solution. I rented a pick up truck from this store and there was approximately 4-inches of snow in the bed. It was removed only after I mentioned it to the gentlemen in the store. Not charge a customer double for one rental period then charge their card again instead of just refunding the overcharge amount. There are currently $80 of charges on my debit card for a $20 trailer rental and the best your local rep could do was tell me to bring the receipts back in a few days if my card has not been accurately credited by then. I have transacted with other locations before and never been treated this poorly.
