Had trouble finding the unit at first; was expecting more space based on the pictures and description online, but somehow the movers made it work! Was told a lock would be in the unit, but there wasn't.. went to the office and they gave me a free lock without any issues. Overall, smooth move-in experience.

After two years of continued patronage and receiving yet another letter stating my rent would be increased by $10 yet again I had to make the decision to close the account. This rate increase would have put the SMALLEST unit at 85 dollars before taxes. My personal opinion is that you will continue to loose customers if you continue to raise rental rates for existing clients. If anything you should be lowering the rates of clients that are loyal.

I was charged an extra $21 stating I didn't put gas in the truck. They monitor the gas by a meter on paper. Luckily I took a Pic of the tank amdiles when I left or I would of been charged $21. After I provided picture proof the $21 charge was removed.

My phone number couldn't be entered when adding my information because I had used it in a previous renovation. So I had to add my sisters number as my own which is weird when they ask for the customers information. Also I did the mobile check in to avoid going inside, yet had to go inside to get the keys. There should be a contactless way to pick up the keys at all times if you opt for the mobile check in.

Joe! Joe made the day end well with his helpfulness and knowledge. I had a rough start to my experience with the online booking, but at the end of a long day, Joe delivered excellent service and customer service. If he is not the manager, he should be. Deserves a raise! I was in good hands at the North Smithfield U-Haul.

The customer service rep I believe is Jarrod/Justin - it started with a J - gave terrible service. I went in twice this week, once to reserve a truck and second to take a look at a storage unit. He was less than friendly, he had an attitude and was confrontational. He needs to find a new profession that doesn't deal with people. Terrible experience.

I was not told until I got back that there would be a $35 service fee for gas brought below 1/4 tank. I literally took the truck 5 miles and was met with this when I got back. I felt that the location put their trucks on 1/4 on purpose to inflict the $35 on customers, but that's a matter of opinion. However, I feel that this should be clearly expressed upon the time of rental.

My container was lost for a few days, didn't arrive for days after it was scheduled to arrive. Staff was very nice and tried to help. I had to miss a flight then had to reschedule a flight which was 4 times the original cost and, missed a few days of work waiting. Needless to say I did receive it eventually and all in one piece thankfully. I drove down here in 24 hrs and it took about 3 weeks for my container to get here. Not sure if I would recommend doing this again. I was so worried I wasn't going to get my stuff, very unnerving.

I'd like to review the Largo location as well as the process to make adjustments and setting timetable for delivery and pick up. The labor higheri g process leaves much to be desired. So I'd say overall I'd pay a moving company in the guy rather than UBox as someone drive a forklift right through our box and cause irreparable damage. The delivery driver on this end said she'd email me some forms. Guess what no forms and she didn't care to look I. The box upon pick up. I could not speak with the local manager even after leaving emails from your useless site. Can't wait to put everything away and have time to write a review Dan Dunne 802.343.2500

This location is fantastic. The staff is always efficient and professional. I would however note that the last several times I have rented a van they are dirty! This time was no exception. It required a full interior wipe down. There were cigarette ashes everywhere. Even a lollipop stick in one of the door cubbies. While I realize staffing may be an issue....we are in the middle of a pandemic. I normally wipe down my van and even blow out the back and interior. Not this time. I am sick of cleaning the vans on both ends of my rental!

I had an emergency move, called in the AM to reserve both a truck and a unit. Both we were to go when I got there. In and out in about 10 min, friendly and informative employees. Highly recommend this location!

I actually have quite a few complaints in regard to this rental. The movers suggested by your site were over 2 hours late due to an issue they had with their first Uhaul move of the day. They were given the wrong information about their first stop as well as mine causing the delay. Both myself and EZ Movers and Shipping were able to trace the issue back to Uhaul. Uhaul also provided me the wrong payment code which caused a hold up going into the following day. The two young men that helped me move waited longer than needed for a very tough job. I also don't understand your policy of charging a months fee for one additional day. Given my experience with your reservation system I would very much appreciate my additional $129 rental fee returned to me. I will also be calling to make a complaint via phone and will be certain to leave numerous reviews describing how uncoordinated your service was. I paid over $500 in total to wait 3 hours for movers who I had to assist, a driver who could not initially find my house to drop off the ubox, and a ridiculous charge for one additional day. I might not be as mad about the additional charge if the rest of my experience wasn't so difficult. I will not ask EZ Movers to refund me because they provided excellent work and customer service which I cannot say for UHhaul.

Open earlier on Sundays. In the van there is limited visibility on the passenger side. This becomes very important because of the sharp turn across 3 lanes south of the location. There is no solution to the location but maybe you can adjust the mirror.

I did not interact with this direct location. My Ubox was dropped off on time and picked up on time. I did not visit the location. I did have an interaction with someone regarding some billing and he was helpful but it was not easy to navigate the website and actually get to the person I needed to speak to easily. When i finally was able to speak to anyone regarding the entire process they were helpful however, it was aggravating to get to that point. Website needs to be updated!

The mobile pick up is annoying and not that easy to complete. It was much quicker to go in. We did end up having to get help and the guy working just seemed bothered by us and like helping us was screwing up his whole day (there was nobody in there) Not friendly at all. I get it customer service sucks, but take it out on the jerks, not the people treating you with respect. Also we had to pull over twice with the uhaul due to overheating
