I think reserving the trailer using the website could be improved. I spent an hour doing it on the website, and when I called it wasn't in the system and had to do it via phone anyway.

The mobile check in process was not user friendly and took a long time because your system was down. It threw our whole moving day time frame off. Not the fault of this location though

It was a little confusing as to where to go when I arrived. Maybe a few signs that directed the customer to the counter would be helpful. Not ever sure how to exit the facility either, maybe a few more signs would help. It didn't help that the south entrance/exit was closed off.

I rented a 26ft truck, turned out to be broke the whole time which made the 8 hours driving it completly miserable. However, U-Haul was amazing and very understanding. They were able to find me another truck for the ride home and it ran great! They even called to make sure I wasnt having to sleep outside over night. While the inital truck had some issues the made every effort to make it right and made for a safe way home. I always have and will continue to stick with U-Haul and I thank them very much for making a pretty bad situation much better!!

They had me scheduled to pick up in Delaware Ohio but then my pick up location changed without any notification. Was compensated for this.. Arrived at Sinclair location and signage showed where to go to drop off equipment but not where to pick up. I was told to go to under the awning to pick up equipment. It wasn't. It was under the covered drop off area. Drop off was much easier than pick up when I reached my destination.

The staff who checked me in were great, however inexperienced. No one knew how to get the ratchet to release the web straps securing my car to the trailer. They were literally Googling for videos on how to do it in the parking lot. I had movers waiting on me to unhook the trailer so we could unload the truck. Finally out of desperation, they cut the straps off to get it loose. Then the car still would not come off because the safety chain was still hooked up. I suggested they unhook the chain. I would suggest training is needed in this area and have at least one qualified employee to handle this equipment on duty. I gave a positive review overall because of the employees' positive can do attitude. They were doing the best they could considering their level of experience. I put this debacle on U-Haul management not the employees.

I went to 3 different location before finally locating the two pieces of equipment I needed. No one informed me that the first located where my reservation was, did not have the tow dolly. After traveling around in pouring rain for over an hour to locate both pieces of equipment, we finally found what we needed but we were 3 hours off track due to all the running around. We got the front driver side muddy due to the pouring rain and locations we traveled to. We were charged a cleaning fee after all our inconvenience.

Great customer service! It was snowing hard the day of my pickup, and I would have liked a recommendation for a snow brush or advice on how to clear the truck. Other than that, a solid experience and friendly sales people.

Your employees were courteous. The 10 foot truck ran well, but it was a wreck. It had 15 existing damages. I had to waste an hour picking up the truck due to writing up all of these damages and taking photos of the damages. I had to write up the damages TWICE because your employees failed to tell me that the App automatically to document damages times out after 10 minutes. I do NOT have time to waste on things like this. It appeared to me that during the entire life of the truck, ZERO work was done to repair the damages as they occurred. I do not like renting a truck that looks like a wreck!

I was 2hrs late from my reservation time. Upon arrival i was informed that my reservation was cancelled & the truck held for me was given away. I did not receive a phone call or email to let me know that this was happening nor was it brought to my attention that this was a policy. It was extremely frustrating to show up at the store and find this out from an employee that didnt seem to care at all about the situation. I asked for a discount or a refund for the alternative solution and he would not comply. We returned the truck in under 4hrs. Thank you for your time.

I arrived right at 7pm as did another customer. We both pulled up to return trucks as an employee was locking the door to leave. They were closing at 7. Good customer service would have been her Helping us return the trucks. Instead she was running out the door to get out of there at 7 on the nose. The other gentleman and I each had to sign into the App to return the trucks that way and drop key in the drop box. I work in a customer service industry as well and although we like to leave on time, it isn't always possible. The customer should come first.

Moved from Ohio to Colorado. Had a 15' truck and an auto transport trailer and the move went totally smooth. The equipment was fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend UHaul. They do a great job. MM in Colorado

I reserved this trailer at a location 1 mile from my home. I was called several days prior to the rental and told I needed to pick up at the Sinclair road location which is 9 miles from home. This was not as convenient. I knew I would be returning the trailer late Sunday and this additional distance added 20 plus minutes to my return. When I asked the rep at the Sinclair address if I could return at the originally requested rental location, he simply said "NOPE". I responded I knew my local location had the same trailer because I'd just driven by there. He said it was beyond his control, this was a local trailer, and there was nothing he could do. His attitude was dismissive and disinterested at best. I manage customer service reps and can tell you his attitude was not how you want U-Haul to be portrayed. I've always had good service in the past so hopefully this was an anomaly or perhaps just a bad employee. Thanks, Jeff Kirkey

I would recommend uhaul work to streamline the mobile pick up and drop off experience. Was taking entirely too long to mobile check in (especially the verification process) that I went inside to do the traditional check in. Also the driver's side door didn't seem to shut well.

The guy at the location called because we were less than an hour late. Normally the 24 hours is until Monday from our previous experiences with Uhaul. To continue to try to charge for $7 is ridiculous. I have never been so belittled from a customer service worker. He was completely rude and had no helpful tone to his voice. I'm irritated that this worker can be treating customers this way. I will not ever return to the location.

I am a senior citizen and had to walk to the back of the lot to get the van I was renting. Having the van up closer a head of my pickup time would have been nice. But all in all everything was great !

Provide a better method to signal rental associates that the equipment was back and waiting for them so I wasn't sitting there wondering if they knew I had returned with the truck or how long I might have to sit there before someone came out to complete the turn-in process. This is only a very minor issue that stood out because of how easy, convenient, and smooth the reservation and pickup process was. Will definitely use this service and location again!

Return process via iphone app took a while and I was very very frustrated. My phone battery level was below 20% and when I uploaded photo of the miles, app kicked me out with network exception and I have restart from the scratch, if I manage to make it far until to upload pictures of cab app kicked me out and again I have to redo the whole process. Once I logged into app I should be logged in for a while, app shouldn't ask me to enter my credentials every time
