It was ok to fit in storage but was not in elevator Tory was not available earlier and when found it was small to my items on top of that trolley was not fit in elevator We had minor injuries because of inconsistency

Debbie M | Overall ExperienceThe first unit I was given had ant hill with larvae crawling around. The employees were great and helpful and switched me to another unit, however, it was a smaller unit. Additionally, there appeared to only be one cart available to move in, which was being used. In my opinion, there should be at least one available for each loading/unloading position.

The representative was very knowledgeable and patient and extremely helpful as I handled the rental of my truck as well as where I inquired about the storage unit. He helped me get everything set up and I really appreciate the service I received. I just wish the facility had freight elevators, which would’ve made my move that much more awesome my sons had to carry my queen size mattress up the stairs to the second floor, and the stairwells were very dirty at this facility. But I guess you can’t have it all. It sure would’ve been nice though if that were the case.

karen s | Overall ExperienceI reserved a 10x10x10 storage unit and arrived to find two narrow units next to each other with no access point inside as stated on a floor that was well over 90 degrees. I had to go back and forth to the office to switch out units as every one they pointed me to was still 2 units with no access point inside as they said there would be. The staff were friendly and tried to be of help but the system was inaccurate and upsetting. I had to settle on the final switch because I had already extended my movers 2 additional paid hours to deal with the discrepancy. On top of all of this the elevators were small and would only come one at a time to the first floor as someone else was also moving. I am extremely disappointed in this location and would not recommend your facility. If i had additional time and funds to pay my movers I would have cancelled the reservation and found a different storage company.
