I think it is unacceptable to be given a vehicle without the gas tank being was only at one-half. How am I supposed to calculate how much fuel the vehicle takes to get it back to a half without it being under to get stuck with a surcharge?! Where is the volume of the tank written anywhere? I deserve a rebate of $20 in gasoline.

Due to the carona virus I was unable to return the truck the day I originally said I would return it I called talked with people who told me to bring 100 more dollars and they would figure something out for me but when I brought the 100 they acted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about and then when I did return it they realized I only went 24 miles and still tried to charge me 600 dollars

I provided feedback to Chris, store manager. There were multiple things wrong with the truck most notably the box leaked (which caused damage to 3 box contents), steering poorly aligned along with other things. I shared this with him and offered to provide pictures. He didn't seem concerned, offered 20% off and went on with his day. After I shared my concerns he stated he drove the truck and didn't find any issues which is shocking. I understand if this was my first rental but I have rented or been a passenger in multiple trucks. The customer service was poor, no safety check upon renting (pointed to the truck) and drove off. Very disappointed in my experience. All he needed to ask was "what do you think I should do?" I was not requesting money off I didn't want another family to drive this truck until issues properly addressed. Even though I was told uhaul is committed to safety by Chris this was not the case because they put me in this truck. Please don't rent this unit out before issues fixed. Feel free to call me with questions.

Very bad attitude from Chris Arndt. As well as I returned the truck at 7:55 and clearly seen the employee in the store. I walked up to the locations front door and the door was locked and was told by the employee the location was closed and I needed to complete the online return. The door clearly stated that on friday the location does not close until 8:00 pm. I was told by the employee there is nothing he can do to help me. Also i was told on the online review I would only be charged an extra $10.00 For the extra 10 miles I used. I was charged an extra 20$ to my cRd two days after the fact.

Sunday the location closed at 5pm I returned my equipment at 4:58pm when I went to the door to return my keys the employee inside was yelling "I'm closed" at me. I believe I was charged a $20 late fee as well. Wouldn't recommend the location to anyone.

Austin was incredibly helpful, advising me that the 10' truck I'd reserved did not have a ramp, since he noticed I'd also reserved an appliance dolly. It would be nice to have that combination trigger an alert when booking online

We had to pay extra to have employees help with tow dolly. We are elderly and there was now way we could do this ourselves. We didn't have the strength to tighten straps and couldn't crawl under car to attach chains. We find it hard to believe that U haul expects customer to do this alone-even after watching video. In Florida they willingly helped us.

Truck roof loose from support beams, thus noisy as it flexed while driving. Otherwise truck drove and ran great.
