Super nice staff too!
bera eWhen I booked the truck I was told I could drop off in Chelsea. When I picked up the truck, they told me to call Chelsea first. Later that day (after voicemails and then more than 2 hours on hold) I was finally told that I had to drop the truck off in the Bronx. It took me 2 hours in traffic to get there and then another 45 minutes to get back on the subway. That is unacceptable. The only reason I booked Uhaul in the first place was to be able to drop off in Chelsea. Will not be using Uhaul again.
RICHARD DThe van I rented almost immediately registered a tire pressure warning for the left rear tire. The van should be inspected prior to the next rental.

Super friendly, helpful snd makes the whole rental experience run super Smoothly!! Definitely rent from this location ! You will have the same experience i continue to have!

Dominic RThe truck only had a 1/4 tank of gas in the truck. Should have had at least a half tank. The driver side sun visor fell off on the first bump in the road I hit. It was hanging on by one screw and I had to remove the screw and take it off so it didn’t block my view of the road.

Karen CI used a Visa card and did not need the $25 insurance coverage because I have collision damage insurance by using the Visa. I called in the Amal that ypu remove that charge please. Also I did not know that no one would be there after 5:00. I dropped the keys in the box after returning the truck using your app by 5:30. I would appreciate if you do not charge more till the next day when I returned it by 5:30pm. Please have a customer service person call me to resolve these problems. Otherwise I was happy either way the rental and will rent again if you can keep me as happy customer. Thank you,

Glen KApp issues again. Did not get photo screen asking all the checkout questions initially. It did not ask me for photos and mileage etc until well after I had dropped the key off in the after hours lockbox.

Joseph KWhen I picked up the truck on Saturday, the woman working that morning was amazing! She thought my order looked a little strange and started asking me questions about my move. In the end, she got me into the right size truck (bigger) and reduced my other expenses for additional materials that I had accidentally agreed to through the online rental process. Her customer focus (and on a holiday) has made me a loyal customer and advocate for this U-Haul location.

Timothy GThe man who took the keys from me today has a very bad attitude and treats customers very poorly; people like him shouldn't be at the counter serving customers—unlike the young woman who handed over the truck to me yesterday, who was very kind.

Suhaily RVery aggressive General Manager. Had to call 800 number because she would not listen. They heard the woman and filed a complaint without me asking. They were disturbed. I was charged 350 for a scratch to wheel well. Very minor, I wish I could show pictures it’s very insignificant damage. Not even sure if I caused the scratch. Rented many many U Haul, never any issues. Got updated charges and she added that there was now a scratch and dent! Beware of this place!!!
