This location needs better signage directing people where to park. People pull up to the front doors blocking two lanes; consequently this leads to pull in's backing up to the road. They need better signage with directions so that the pattern of traffic can flow better. This will also alleviate over-innundating workers trying to control traffic flow and make for a much smoother transaction.Bill G.
I rented a storage space in 2013, in order to house the remnants of my Mother’s estate. A decision on what to do with these things was finally accomplished. The truck was old, had a damaged and potentially visual impairing loose visor on the driver's side, the light switch was pushed inside the dash and was in operable, the siding was peeling back, and there was a cigarette burn in the ceiling and the cab smelled like someone had smoked in it. The office staff was great, the GM was nice, the return was crummy because there were so many vehicles I was practically in the street.Scott B.

When I came in there were no employees in the store. When the lady finally came out I approached the counter and let her know that I was there to complete my reservation for a storage unit and to drop off my truck. She very rudely told me she did t have any of the units that I reserved, when I asked about the available units she continued to be rude. I calmly asked her to stop being so rude and that she should treat her customers as if she were the GM, not the way she was treating me. She then told me that if I didn’t change my attitude, ( which I didn’t even have, tho I am very close to showing up and having one after yesterday) she would refuse my service and send me elsewhere. The check in process takes far too long. I was there an hour and 15 minutes to pick up a trailer that already had a reservation on it. The employees were all very friendly, but the location was short staffed and that only complicated a very convoluted rental experience. The parking situation at this location is terrible too. It lacks much needed open space for turning around big trucks and backing trailers. Hope U Haul listens to this feedback.tom W.

Equipment was clean but NOT well maintained. Had 2 faulty tires that caused several hours of travel delays and needing to travel extra miles for repairs. Both roadside service providers said that it is uhaul policy that tires are Michelin brand. One of the problem tires was not and had a valve stem leak that never should have been allowed to leave the facility. The truck was also out of alignment and rode incredibly rough.Kyle A.

The door wouldn't close so I went back to get help. Man that was there was unhelpful and rude! I was there at 7:45pm. On Friday May 27th. Told me to call roadside assistance and didn't even try to be helpful. Felt like I was a burden since you closed at 8pm. I will probably never use Uhaul again.Jessica M.

The only thing we struggled with was the main access door to our storage area (not the unit but the area); constantly opening it was a challenge and some of the items on the cart were too large to fit through the doorframe. Employees shouldn’t park in the storage unit area. We had a long bed truck and a trailer and it was almost impossible to swing wide enough to get out of the gate without hitting things. The price was not a driving factor for my departure from the facility but a lower cost would be my only constructive criticism. Uhaul forces you to book online, I tried to call the toll free # and was on hold for greater than 40 minutes and then had to give up due to an appointment. I did not get the truck I ordered or the pick up location that I requested. That was rectified when I had to call, but was given a local number. On truck pick up, I was informed that they did not have the furniture dolly that I reserved. I reserved a 10x15 storage unit. When I arrived to unload, I was told that a unit of that size had not been available for months. I was frustrated because I was forced to order online an nothing I ordered was actually available. I questioned the person helping me and it was obvious that she could have cared less about my frustration. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told they were unavailable. I asked when they would be available and told they did know. I asked when I could call and was told the manager was on vacation. I asked when they would return and told by the extremely unhelpful employee that they didn’t know when the manager would be back from vacation. Really? To top things off, the 10x10 unit that I had to use, was very dirty. The floor was dirty and there were cobwebs throughout. I wish I had bought a broom. I did not expect it to be spotless, but I expected debris to be sweep out. Overall, I did not get services ordered or expected. It was a bad experience and the apathetic employee was ridiculous. It will be along time before I use Uhaul again. Customer service matters and I felt misled. My frustrations could also have been lessened with better communication.Kathleen G. | First Impressions

There were trucks everywhere including in front of the door where I wanted to unload. I unloaded then when it was time to leave the gate was closed. The keypad would not except my code. The office did not answer using on the call button on the key pad. I tried phoning ling the office, got put on hold & never did get a human being. Finally a lady came out to move a truck. I leaned on my horn to get her attention. She was angry! I was too since I'd been trapped for 10-15 minutes behind your fence. She yelled at me to enter my code to which I responded I had done that (several times). She stomped over & pushed some buttons. Finally, I was free! This is not my first rental from this facility. Beyond happy with my experience. Especially clearing out the storage. The guys were extremely friendly, helpful, and patient despite the customers. Very very respectful. I actually wish I still had a unit to rent just so I could encounter them occasionally because it’s refreshing to have wonderful decent humans with hearts in this world right now. I’ve always had a good experience at this uhaul but it’s been made so much much better. And Bailey is such a sweet sweet spirit.
