The girl at the desk didn't look up when I walked in and was standing in front of her and no one else was in the store. I had to ask her for instructions on where to drop off the uhaul. After that I came back inside to ask if there was anything I had to sign or follow up with and for a receipt. Also I had mentioned that when I spoke with a uhaul rep Thursday they told me that there wouldn't be an additional day charge for dropping my uhaul off 1.5hr later that I could actually keep the uhaul until the 2nd of January with approval from their regional office. I dropped off my uhaul at 12:27pm on Jan 1st instead of at 11am and my receipt shows 3:37pm. Very disappointed in the return uhaul Service.Amanda N.

My bill was twice what I was told. I went 19 miles. I was told not to worry about the time I had it because it was the slow time of year. So I kept it an hour longer and was billed $90 for what was supposed to be $19 plus mileage, plus $11 insurance. Would love to know why!!!Marilyn R.

This location was unorganized, they didn't have my order ready despite having done mobile pick up and check in and payment hours before. The staff was not knowledgeable of anything and they delayed my move by almost an hour. Had I not self advocated I would've ended up paying twice too because they were so disorganized. Then when I got into my truck, it had less than a half a tank of gas and I needed to drive to another state - yet again delaying my move even more because I had to stop in the middle of everything to get gas.MICHAEL M.

Lashell was amazing. I had originally booked a 6x12 enclosed trailer at a different location but it was confirmed me for in another location out of my way. I ended up booking a 5x8 at the orange location. The morning I went to pick it up I saw 6x12s in the driveway and Lashell Said if they weren't picked up within their reservation time I could get one. We hooked up the 5x8 then waited an hour around town and came back was I was able to get the 6x12! She helped me take off the old trailer and put the new trailer on!
