We arrived on several occasions to bring new in/remove old items from and was frustrated to find all loading bays occupied by unused trucks/trailers. That should be parked elsewhere.
Young woman at the counter was courteous and explained everything. Very friendly, especially from to a mom whom just got back from a 14 hour drive back from a college campus!
This facility is excellent! Staff is always very friendly & helpful. Trucks always available & in great condition. Manager Fred Johnson is a great guy. Treats people with decency. He is a true asset!
Very positive experience
My only issue with my storage unit was having to go up and down the steps with big furniture.
All in all the facility was fine. My only two negatives were, the floors were a little bumpy and sometimes things would vibrate off the cart and computer glitches
