I visited the location on May 20th 2017 and attempt to reserve a truck. When at the location on that day Jerson helped me. Jerson asked me what truck I needed and I told him I wasn't sure. At that moment a truck pulled up and I said that is the one I want he said okay that's the 10 * 15 so he went ahead in booked the reservation giving me an estimated total of 87 dollars without mileage. I took the paper he wrote up and left. When I came back on May 28th to pick up my uhal after standing on the line for 20 mins the cashier told me my total which was 34.99 ( figure they had a promotion going on) and told me I had a 10*10 (didn't know the number/size difference between the trucks). I went out side to my truck and open the back and I was thinking to myself this is not what I book. That's probably why it came up to 34.99. Went back in and waited another 8 or so minutes because the supervsior call the guy who was helping me (not Jerson) to come and switch with her to pump propane and she would help me. She comes back in, and I tell her the problem/mistake and stated ma'am that's what you order that's all we have. There's nothing I can do for u. I told her that's not what I order and the price that I was originally given was not what she had charged me. I stated to her when I came in last week I was unsure of the size of the truck and show Jerson which one I wanted. Instead of Jerson getting up outta his chair he lean back and stated okay you're all set and gave me the price. She than goes well I won't have nothing available so u would just have to take the one we have. I stated it is now an inconvenience to me because I have to make two trips which is more miles and gas. Her response was it's will be the same price as if you would of had the 10*15. Will not be using this uhal location again!!!!!! Poor customer service!!!!! Lazy employees (Jerson) Under staffed!!!!

Do not triple charge credit cards. While refunds are promised, this is still inconvenient. Train employees how to properly use your card processing equipment.

The alignment was off on the steering wheel so the right turn signal would not stay on . Also I said I didn't want a handcart . Yet there was one taking up valuable room in the back

Getting the doors to lock seemed to be difficult. We are sure it is just knowing how it operates. Our suggestion is to assume customers don't now much about the vehicle and explains some basics such as how the looks work with the remote.

I was incorrectly charged for a missing dolly. I never asked for a dolly and there wasn't one in the truck when I got the keys. Also an employee never put one in there. Very upset that I was charged for something I didn't want, used or even saw during my rental time.

They were busy when I returned trailer. I was asked to take it off myself. I had just had surgery and before I could state that the worker was gone. Usually this place is very good customer service. In the interest of time I did try to get the trailer off myself upon return. Not a great idea.

I had to call the store because I knew that I was going to be late in picking up my reservation. I got hung up at the storage unit place getting my storage unit. But when I got to the UHAUL store, my reservation wasn't even back yet. As I was finding out how I was going to get it, it was returned. But since it wasn't there at my 2nd reservation time, I was still expected to return it within my 4 hour time frame. I lost 25 minutes due to the other person renting it. I now had to rush getting my move done and return the truck within my 4 hour time frame. If you are going to overbook on a Saturday, then don't punish the next person renting the truck. I should have gotten my full 4 hours that I am still paying for.

I booked the truck I needed online, but when I got to the location my reservation had been cancelled due to overbooking. Thankfully, Chris and Ana took care of us & got us into a truck but it was stressful thinking we wouldn't have the truck we needed after having booking confirmation. Something to improve will be making sure you don't overbook, or at least letting customers know when their reservation has been cancelled so they don't show up to pick it up & find out that way.
