This location is well run. I go there often for boxes and packing supplies. Very friendly staff and helpful. Very good inventory of vehicles to rent. Other UHaul locations always seem to be out of certain size boxes, but not this location.

I got a van with very low gas so I have to go to a gas station first. ended up overpaying for the extra gas I put in the van.

I want to particularly point out the professionalism and patience from Frank. He is amazing at what he does and the kindness person I have met. He is smart, efficient, compassionate and a total asset to your company. I do believe uhual should hire security for his location as well as others because online uhual promises or messes up something with a move and people are mad they take it out on him and he doesn’t deserve it. I drove and moved from New York to Philly and didn’t have a unit ready for me but he kept his composure and figured out how to deescalate the situation with some other agitated customers that weren’t so understanding and he deals with this daily. I don’t know how far this review will go but I just felt the need to say something about Frank! Give him a raise!

My time was changed multiple times. I was supposed to get a 26 foot truck and instead got a 20 foot truck. Had to drive a half an hour further to get the truck and my contract was not right.

I never received my 'accessories/supplies' that I paid for. There was only one person working the desk and she had a line. I didn't remember the 20.00 TV box & film wrap and she didn't ask if I got all of my supplies. The passenger side door wouldn't close / catch the latch. I was so distracted with checking the truck I gave uhaul 27.00 because I forgot to ask for my paid items

The $19.99 is definitely a gimmick bc it is totally so much more than $19.99, but it is what it is hsve no choice.

The pick up service was great. The customer service during drop off was adequate but not great.The truck was in good condition. I was charged for 2 days when I only had the vehicle for 1 day. I was charged an additional 100 miles that I did not drive as well. I submitted a dispute to have my invoice corrected . I am now waiting to have these issues resolved.I can not recommend this location if my invoice is not corrected and the ptoii OK er refund is given.

The pick up needed an oil change. Luckily, I only had to move a pool table. However, the vehicle that is rented should not have any minor or major problems. Overall, I would recommend because of convenience.

We were in a pinch and needed a small truck to move some items on the spot. The gentleman who helped us was professional, courteous and proficient. It was refreshing given our current stressful situation.

All employees I dealt with over a couple of weeks were friendly and helpful. Picking up the truck was straightforward. Returning was annoying as the UHaul app couldn't verify my location, though it was clear on Googlr Maps on my phone. I had to call customer service at 3 am and take photos to prove that I was at the right spot.

The return process is not convenient at all. We were informed to just drop the keys off. However, when we reached the location to return the keys, the key box had information that directed us to an online return process. That process was cumbersome and we were not even informed about it during our visit to the store. I think you must keep customers informed about the return process.

Horrible customer service. We ordered a 20 foot truck a few weeks in advance. When we showed up, they only had 15 foot trucks. Staff had no sense of regret and no willingness to help us.

the service was great , however, the equipment sucked..The inside of the truck stunk to high heaven, but this was the last truck available so I had to take it...also the inside of the truck was dusty, the drivers right side arm rest was broken, the radio didn't work, the area for you to put your cup was broken, and the suspension must be going on this truck because the truck squeaked the entire time driving

I had a set pickup time and when i got there the line was out of the door. I know it's Saturday morning but only 1 person working? Well it turns out there were two but the other guy just was not working inside. When he came in, he was not wearing a mask. 40 minutes waiting is not only unprofessional, it is dangerous right now. The air conditioner on the truck was not working correctly, so after moving in a student, we couldn't find relief- and it was raining so we could not really roll the windows down,.

My appointment was for 10:30 on Saturday morning. Only one person was working at a time while about 10 people waited in line. I waited almost 40 minutes. I understand covid and staffing but a 40 minute wait is ridiculous especially with reservations. Secondly, the air conditioning in the van did not work on a humid rainy day. We could not roll the windows up while it was raining because of it. Lastly, the employee who was working did not have her mask covering both her mouth and nose. The guy who ended up helping me did not wear a mask until he sat down. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but during such times, please enforce to minimize chances of spreading. I will not be back to this location.

Customers Drivers License should be given back when the Uhaul Contract is given so that they will not be driving without one. Although, I received a call 30 minutes after I was out of town, I could not return to get my license until the end of the day.

Make sure that you charge the correct price, and make sure the vehicle doesn't smell like dogs, or have dog hair all over the seat! I ruined a garment in the truck.

I had to sweep up lots of mouse & rat droppings from my storage units.. It was all over and in my belongings. I had to wipe my belongings off and check for droppings and live rodents before putting my items in my car. U keep raising the price for "maintenance " but this is unacceptable and customers should be made aware of the rodent problem.

Your website for roadside assistance sucks, as does your 800 number. I sat with a flat tire for hours. Using 3/4 of a tank of gas doing so. Then I was supposed to return the truck and trailer to a grocery store? I will tell everyone I know not to use your services.

NOT ENOUGH STAFFING ! There was only ONE person working the leasing counter on a Saturday morning with every single vehicle rented out. The sole employee had to lease the trucks, answer the phone, answer questions from walk-ins, and deal with people who couldn't find their trucks. One person, on a sold out Saturday morning. I stood in line for over 30 minutes and I had already done EVERYTHING online. Payment, IDs, all done on line. I waited over 30 minutes to be handed a set of keys.

Used the mobile check in and it took over an hour to get my vehicle. The site ended up being down for planned maintenance so during my "Approval" process (which was already taking too long) it stopped working. It then took another 20-30 minutes to just submit the rental from the location. Finally, the truck rented had a STRONG cigarette odor.

When I moved my furniture to your facility from Florida there was nothing wrong with my mattresses. I placed my items in the storage in December and not one time did I come back to enter the unit until Sunday 4/5/20 to remove my furniture and close out my storage account. Sunday night I’m getting bit by bedbugs. Your units have bedbugs and I will be calling to speak to a Manager in regards to this situation. If my things became affected from renting one of your units, I wonder who else unit is being affected. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending that facility to anyone I know.
