This was not the pick-up location I wanted. The pick-up location was changed twice, and increasingly farther away from my original selection. I also was provided a larger truck than I wanted. You could at least move the truck to my desiered location. Instead of being able to walk to the Uhaul location I had to take a Lyft that cost $15.

I was very happy with my experience! PARTICULARLY because I was being such a DITZ about scheduling a pick-up on line. I was dealing with "3" different locations but it all worked out wonderfully. In addition, returning the truck after hours was a good experience as well. There was an error on my e-mail address. When I called the 800 number, they were able to change it immediately and the return went extremely smoothly. I would totally use U-Haul MUCH more comfortably because of this experience. Thank you!

I reserved the van for pick up at the Havertown location with email confirmation on 11/19/18 only to be told upon arrival that the location was changed to the above location with my approval via telephone contact on 11/28/18 (nine days to determine no vans are in Havertown). I was never contacted by U-Haul and in fact was in class during the time noted by U-Haul. I was not told the identity of the individual who reported making contact, only that is was mid afternoon on the 28th. If Havertown does not keep vans, it should be noted when reserving a van on the web site. If telephone contact is made to change the reservation it should be followed by an email. Very poor business practice.

Customer service by management was horrible and very unpleasant! Will not be returning to this location, and will not be returning to Any Uhaul company or referring them to anyone. I was totally embarrassed and humiliated at this location and will be putting in a complaint with the corporate office, even the customer service on the phone was very unprofessional!

Sprinter van truck I rented smelled bad after I initially got it. My wife complained and but I thought she was overreacting. But then we noticed there were a lot of little bugs flying out of it. We believe they were flees and we had a lot of bites on our legs after we used the van. Will never rent from this location again. I should have listened to my wife about the smell and investigated more initially.

At the least allow one half he grace period if a person is late before charging a 54.00 late fee especially when I have been a good customer with that u haul loation and this was the first I have been late in all the times I have rented a truck . She could have waived the fee and not say she had to pay the other customer $50.00 because I was late. I did put gas in the tank. It was not a new truck because the truck had 3 or 4 x's on it for dents. The truck was clean. More customer service training is needed.
