Customer service by management was horrible and very unpleasant! Will not be returning to this location, and will not be returning to Any Uhaul company or referring them to anyone. I was totally embarrassed and humiliated at this location and will be putting in a complaint with the corporate office, even the customer service on the phone was very unprofessional!

Sprinter van truck I rented smelled bad after I initially got it. My wife complained and but I thought she was overreacting. But then we noticed there were a lot of little bugs flying out of it. We believe they were flees and we had a lot of bites on our legs after we used the van. Will never rent from this location again. I should have listened to my wife about the smell and investigated more initially.

At the least allow one half he grace period if a person is late before charging a 54.00 late fee especially when I have been a good customer with that u haul loation and this was the first I have been late in all the times I have rented a truck . She could have waived the fee and not say she had to pay the other customer $50.00 because I was late. I did put gas in the tank. It was not a new truck because the truck had 3 or 4 x's on it for dents. The truck was clean. More customer service training is needed.

Im still reviewing the current charges from my recent reservation that was 60% higher than estimated as well as my reservation location being changed without my knowledge. I cannot say my overall experience until the review is complted.

I had originally booked my u-haul for 10:30AM on September 1st, and then the day before my reservation was bumped to 4:30PM with no apology or compensation. Since my storage unit closed at 4PM, this meant I had to move my entire trip to the next day, which was very inconvenient. In the future make sure vans/trucks are available before "confirming" reservations.

I marked in my reservation that my plan was to pick up from this location and drop off at another location in Philadelphia. At no point during the reservation, pick up, or drop off was it told to me the truck I reserved was not allowed to be dropped off anywhere else than my pick up location. I called your customer service TWICE Sunday to find out why I had not gotten my receipt. When I was finally contacted by this store on Monday they told me that the other U-haul location had said they did not have the truck. I was treated very poorly for dropping off the truck at the wrong location although at no point was I told I couldn't. When I called this location to follow up on the missing truck I was told by the rep that it was my problem they couldn't find the truck despite handing the truck in close to 48 hours prior. I WILL NOT return to this location even if it is the only one open. In contrast the university city location where I mistakenly dropped the truck off at was very helpful. After my terrible conversation with the Overbrook location, I called there to find out what could have happened to the truck. The manager there informed me they had the truck and had said to the other location they had to find the keys, which IS NOT what was said to me by Overbrook at all. The university city manager apologized that her staff did not tell me I could not drop the truck off there, was nice enough to take the truck back to other location as I was out of town on a family emergency, and made sure I did not pay extra since the staff did not inform me at the time of drop off that I could not leave the truck there. I would give the University City a 4-star only because they didn't tell me I couldn't drop the truck off there, and I would recommend that location to friends.

U Haul meter is off I drove five blocks it was a mile and a half than when I brought back the truck with gas meter readings a little under 7/8 they said it was at 5/6 I would never use their truck again.

This branch charge me $91.00 for mileage I didn't put on this vehicle. I feel as though they are rapping and robbing me of my hard-earned money. Someone is doing some fraudulent activity at this location. I want my money. I hate lairs and thieves.
