My things had roaches crawling on them I didn’t live with one roach before bringing my things into storage I seen the mouse traps so I knew that had a mice problem but the roaches was absolutely crazy to see made me feel like my things aren’t safe in a storage

Bigger issue is poor communications with management, and no response to our continuing calls requesting review of what we owed. Also, they charged for a full month when we vacated one day after the month began, and would not respond to repeated calls about it. Really irritating and a ripoff.
