All of my items in my storage was damaged due to the ceiling falling in rodents all over the place. My entire unit was damaged. EVERYTHING! and the company you use for insurance purposes has not gotten back with me. I am in the process of getting a lawyer to sue Uhaul since you didn’t find the honor in handling the situation correctly.

The staff apologized and notified me of other options to assist. Kathy and Nagel were very patient and explained parts of the contract that I didn’t understand.
