Unit had a rusty door latch, hard to close. Bigger issue is poor communications with management, and no response to our continuing calls requesting review of what we owed. Also, they charged for a full month when we vacated one day after the month began, and would not respond to repeated calls about it. Really irritating and a ripoff.
